Everything was good. The location was perfect and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The only issue was that there were no English TV channels, not even a music channel. An electric kettle was available, but there were no plates or utensils provided in the room. The staff was not very friendly and only did the minimum required, nothing more. They did not allow us to check in even one minute earlier. Overall, they were not very welcoming or warm. There were no English TV channels, not even a music channel.

Location Stairs need attention- loose and broken tiles. Hot breakfast items require replenishment more often. Hotel should advise customers of major building work next door, not the hotels fault , but people should be made aware.

It was easy to walk to the hotel from where the Aerobus stopped in Placa de Catalunya - and easy 7 minute walk so very central. The street was busy but once you closed the window you didn't hear the noise outside. The accessibility to the Gothic Quarter and the ability to just walk out the hotel and find restaurants, shops and interesting streets to explore Nothing - there was construction going on next door, but it didn't disturb us.

The shower was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. Considering the location, the hotel was quiet. The rooms are small. It is a typical European hotel room.

Good service from the reception desk. They helped with our bags, and ordered a taxi right to the door, with specific instructions to the driver. Much appreciated! Also excellent breakfast. The price for drinks was too much, we were charged 60 euros for 2 gin and tonics!

It’s very well-located (we were working at Palau de la Música) and comfortable, and particularly the outdoor area is fabulous: nice garden (thankfully, smoking allowed), large pool and excellent breakfast! The staff is super kind, helpful and they speak Catalan :) The outdoor area could expand its opening times…
