Central location. Very friendly & helpful reception staff . Breakfast & buffet tasty and appreciated. Room was clean and comfortable. Entrance to hotel was dirty with dim lighting.

Great location, wonderfully accommodating staff, good breakfast selection, 24 hour snacks and drinks available, comfortable room with great balcony view of La Rambla. No complaints.

This is a gem on La Rambla. Besides being conveniently located just off Placa Catalunya and walkable to Gaudi Casas, the waterfront, museums and restaurants - the hotel staff is simply amazing, taking care of each request with understanding and maturity. It is a well preserved hotel and the set up is itself a pleasant experience. And there is always something to eat, no matter the time! Drinks include a variety of options, hot and cold. On the day it rained this hotel offered umbrellas for us to take all day. I would definitely return to this wonderful base from which to explore the beautiful city of Barcelona. Local taxis are available "round the corner" on Placa Catalunya as are buses while the hotel cheerfully books airport taxis!

Gemma and the young man who assisted her (I forgot his name) were exceptional. Also, I forgot her name, the woman who was at the front desk after 5 pm was of great help in fixing the air conditioning. A special thank you to her. The food was fresh and very good. Thank you to the woman who was there each day preparing the food. All were very welcoming to us. I wish the elevator was larger but all worked out just fine.
