This hotel is perfect for a stay in the center part of Sevilla. We went to celebrate our anniversary and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Ana and Jacobo were the two staff that helped us with everything the most and they were the most welcoming and professional people we could ask for. They made our anniversary special, recommended Michelin a star restaurant, and helped us to enjoy every minute of our stay. Our room (deluxe) was spacious and had a beautiful little courtyard outside the window. Little did I know that we booked one of lower level rooms, but it was still wonderful. When I peaked into another room when it was being cleaned I noticed high vaulted ceilings and beautiful artwork on the wall. I inquired about it and then to my surprise the hotel staff upgraded us to a suite for our last night when it became available!!! That suite was the most beautiful room I’ve ever stayed in. It was perfect. So - my advice is to look at their website to see which room is right for you. Booking.com doesn’t do a good job of describing the different levels of rooms that are available. Our first room was fine and wonderful but if I had known there were more ornate and spacious I would have booked that from the beginning. Nothing. It was beautiful.

The location is perfect — right by the main square where the sightseeing buses stop, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Even though the hotel is in such a central area, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, much more than we expected. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable. And best "Sangria" in local bar !!! Thank you for a wonderful stay — we would happily come back again! There was nothing we didn’t like — everything met or exceeded our expectations. Maybe the weather could have been better, but that’s not the hotel’s fault

The location and the staff are excellent. The rooms are comfortable and the shower is excellent. The master electrical switch is not convenient. There are no individual controls. We have to switch off the master and that switches off everything including the charging station for phones and mobiles.

The room was beautifully maintained, both clean and comfortable. The location was ideal, with convenient access to nearby attractions and transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and eager to help, which truly enhanced the overall experience. Breakfast was a highlight as well, offering a delicious and satisfying start to each day. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again. The only item that needs improvement is the wifi. It was slow or would sometimes lost connection which can be frustrating when trying to book tours or tickets.

Sfaff was amazing. Receptionist gave us a warm welcome, very emphatic. She noticed we were extremely tired so she offered a coffee and tried to hurry up the check in as soon as she could. That was truly appreciated. Walking distance from the ciudad gotica, casa La Pedrera, casa Batló, not far from Guëll Parc, there is a metro station right in the hotel door. We used biciclets to move around which are also at the hotel gate. - Room was perfect: extra sofa bed and spacious. There is a coffee station in the room and also in one of the floors. Place to chill/work. - Breakfast is 5 stars: all baked products are clean, fresh, organic and healthy as well as other gourmet options. Freling like home ? GRACIAS Sorry, I can only give good feedback about it.

Excellent location! The rooms were comfortable, very clean and had an upscale feel. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the breakfast and felt the hotel was a good value overall. We have nothing bad to say.
