I arrived to the hotel and in the reception was a girl name JANET she give me immediately paper and commend me to fill all my details without mistake because it’s go to the police! I said what? She answered very serious yes the police need to check all the guests . I felt like immigration not in hotel . Then I ask her when the room will be ready she answer again in very strict way at 3pm only! I visit Barcelona often but will not go back to this hotel. BTW I pay for room almost 200 e , but you can go out from the shower because the toilet block the door shower ?♀️

The room was and interior and didn't include breakfast. There were three steps before entering the elevator which was problematic.

Room was very clean, good-sized. Cleaning staff came only when requested and did a great job. Bed was comfortable and available in two twin mattresses. We could make coffee in the room which was also very convenient. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very nice but a little pricey so we went to the little cafe across the street for a simple breakfast (pastry, sandwich) and coffee most mornings. Great location to get to the metro. Felt very safe at that location. Location of the hand soap dispenser was inconveniently placed two feet to the left and below the sink level so a little awkward to reach. Toilet was also a little close to the sink- might be a problem for really large guests. Could have used a couple extra rolls of toilet paper on hand but cleaning staff were quick to resupply.

Location !!! Easy to access bus, subway, Ubers, and plenty of food and shops nearby. Walls were thin. I constantly heard water running, toilets flushing . I wasn’t one who stayed in the hotel all day so I could see past that, but still.
