Wonderful location and helpful staff.

My group love the location, the staffs, the breakfast. The hotel was close to everything: metro, shop, restaurant... The staff, Gerald and Mark were the great help with directions and sight seeing suggestions. The breakfast was fantastic: you have enough selection for a great breakfast. Everyone loves the coffee! I reserved 3 rooms with balcony facing the street from 5/11 thru 5/14/26. However, the airline crew up delayed my departure 1 day. Therefore, I rescheduled the hotel stay from 05/11 thru 05/15/26. Booking.com only changed the date for myself and did not change the other 2 rooms. Then when we check in none of the rooms were facing the street with balcony. I spoke to Gerald and was able to have 1 room as I reserved. Hotel was able to provide another room with balcony the next day. The price of the 1 day extra was pretty stiff. I need Booking.com review my charged versus the reservation.

Location The room we had was placed next to a garage door opening throughout the night. We requested a room change for a quieter room in the morning and they said they’d move our room and speak to the front desk for the new room. In the evening when we went to the front desk we said “hey in the morning we requested a room change and they said ok they’ll move the room, so where is the room” the one guy said “you can’t change rooms unless you ask in the morning” with attitude and we said “yes…that’s what we did”. The other guy came and resolved the issue but it was quite embarrassing to see and experience. Overall with the loss of sleep and the very unpleasant conversations of the staff (the first staff said are you sure???) plus the surprising battery change of the door while we were inside with no notice…it ended up being a disappointing experience.

Great facility and room None

Super welcoming and attentive front desk staff! The room was great with easy-to-use air con and well-stocked bathroom. Amazing location at the Diagonal metro stop to easily get to and from the airport! This happens really anywhere you stay in Spain, but there could be some late-night commotion on the street below— just loud talking, etc.

Great location. Close to public transportation but also easy to walk anywhere. The rooms are very small.
-
Excellent Staff! - Wonderful location. rooms on lower floors facing the street can be noisy.

There were two elevators and one would go up to sixth floor only, and we were on 7th, therefore only one elevator was going to the seventh floor, it wouldn't be a problem but pir elevator was out of order and we needed to go the last floor up by stairs, which was inconvenient

Location is really good, minute away from metro station, lots of restaurants/bars nearby, supermarkets also. Very friendly staff. Firstly, no picture shows a family room. When we arrived, it was a pull out bunk bed for kids, that looked really sketchy. Upon asking, that was the only family option, so we pulled the mattreses on the floor for kids to sleep. Double bed for us was way too soft and uncomfortable.

location and pretty much it. nothing special at all. much better options exist. I had no phone (landline) in my room and the staff were barely helpful and that's if they are present. it was a disappointing experience if I'm being honest. I could not contact reception unless i call them through my phone.

The rooms were comfortable and the location was great! The breakfasts and the staff were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. The beds could have been more comfortable.

Great location, friendly staff, clean Building and rooms are slightly dated.

We stayed for 5 nights and they provided us a 1st floor room. It is below swimming pool level with a small window without sunlight. Can hear other guests walking around. We are a group of 3 people and the extra bed is not comfortable. Only 2 sets of glasses/cups provided.

The location was closed to everything you would need . The rooms could be larger but as a solo traveler , it was excellent.

Fantastic location, parking included (not for rookie drivers) great bed, spacious room and friendly staff. Breakfast is a little pricy but good.

Good location, walking distance from metro. Away from the touristy busy area yet easy access to sagrada familia and other tourist attractions.
