Very cozy great garden, and fabulous location Property was very good, but need some updating new furniture paint

Excellent, small B&B. Wonderful staff, they were very helpful in every way. The breakfast was exceptional, and the cozy environment made for an unforgettable stay. nothing really.

Great location, good breakfast. Building is old, no hot water two days, wifi was out the day we arrived, ac was broken for 3 days.

Gorgeous property, convenient to many areas and bus/metro stops. The rear terrace and garden are amazing …a lovely spot for breakfast or afternoon tea. Staff was so friendly and accommodating - they held our luggage on our last day and welcomed us back in the afternoon for coffee and relaxing before we had to leave for our train.

This B&B was lovely! The rooms were very comfortable and the facility was very relaxing. The breakfast room and living areas were inviting and the outdoor patio was a nice retreat when the weather permitted. The staff is extremely attentive and while I encountered a few minor hiccups, they were resolved quickly with great attention. I highly recommend this place for the traveler that likes their privacy and doesn't need lots of attention. The location is perfect and safe and I will definitely return when I come back to Barcelona!

Large elegant rooms with beautiful design touches. Extremely helpful staff ! Nice breakfast and coffee access. Interesting art that may not suit all travelers. However, we did not mind it.

The breakfast was nice and the outdoor common space was also enjoyable. The A/C did not stay on when set to a particular temp. You had to reset it every so often. Also all of the furniture is very dated.

The staff we interacted with (William, Vanessa, and Fatima) were all very pleasant, helpful and cheerful! The breakfast service was exceptional in comparison to what is typical of a stay in Europe: Nespresso machine, cold water, fresh cut fruit, variety of offerings. The "honest bar" was also a nice amenity, impressed that the donations were used for charitable organizations. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the late afternoon, early evenings. Very peaceful despite being in the middle of the Eixample area. The air conditioning in our room worked well and the shower's water pressure was very good. We also enjoyed the shared library/sitting area and that the hotel was not a noisy place. The only times we saw other guests were during the breakfast hours. It often felt like we were the only ones there! The location of this hotel is excellent- literally 10 minutes walk to Paisage de Gracia, and numerous bars and shops were all around. The metro stop was just around the corner. Being in Spain, one can expect at times for things to not be as they are at home, so it wasn't a big deal, but the shower was a bit tight for my husband who is over 6ft tall. The ceilings of the bathroom and the entry space to our room were lower than what we're used to. However, the bedrooms' ceilings were very high, which was nice! It was also noted that the plants and gardens of the terrace looked very neglected- as if they've not been watered for some time. I don't know if there's a water restriction or not, but it was not as I'd expected it to look based on the advertisting of the space.

Breakfast was not diverse but was enough. Hotel has an excellent location and nice staff. The building is beautiful and our room was spacious with a small balcony. Rambla de Cataluna is walking distance where you can find nice restaurants for dinner. We walked out every night for dinner and shopping as well.

Perfectly located to explore Barcelona by foot, bus or metro. Convenient to a variety of restaurants, stores and sites. William and the staff were outstanding.and facilitated our stay from beginning to end. Provided assistance at every opportunity, with a smile. The suite was well appointed, large, very clean. High ceilings, period shutters, art deco, large rooms everywhere and very need provided. Having to leave so soon.

The staff are amazing. Guillaume was incredibly kind!! He gave us a wonderful list of places to visit which we would have missed otherwise. He also brought us out and helped us hail a cab. Plus, he is genuinely a great young man. The B&B is in a lovely building with a huge terrace! The location is fabulous. We would have stayed longer, but they were fully booked so make your reservation early!

Our room had everything we needed, and the shared spaces were comfortable and welcoming, with a huge outdoor terrace and spacious living room, along with fantastic breakfasts. We especially liked the architectural and artistic details of the building for us to appreciate in our down time, and the location was close enough to the action, but far enough off the main streets, to be peaceful and relaxing for our entire stay. Special shout-out to Vanessa and the rest of the crew who helped with travel logistics, advice on Barcelona activities and attractions, and made us feel at home

Fabulous stay—location & staff were great, the B&B was beautiful, and our suite was just lovely!

Everything was just excellent - breakfast, room, shared places. I’ll say they just generous with attitude and service. Everything has an extra for us over there - spacious room, the terrace, food and coffee machine available all the time. After a long flight I couldn’t sleep at night and I was able just to seat on the terrace and have hot tee and little snack. Most importantly it was very clean everywhere and also it was quiet at night. Thank you so much.
