Location, good service by the bellboy, nice view from rooftop, free candies at the front desk Asked to put a small jar with milk in the free coffe stand in the room. They said they will do so, but never did. The room was not cleaned for 2 dsys untill we demand it. Not what I expected from 5 star hotel. There are street renovation outside: bad swear smell and tragfic issues.Should notify guests before making reservation.

The beds were comfortable. Reception and room service were very polite and helpful. We watched sunset on the rooftop terrace which was nice and relaxing. The toilet door was clear glass and the mini bar fridge was barely cool.

The hotel is perfect ! Ideal for our short trip. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms have everything you need. Breakfast was delicious and so much choice. The staff were amazing! So helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back to this hotel next time Nothing.
