The staff is ?! The are most helpful and in our case were of great help deleing with KLM in retrieving our lost luggage. The property is central to all top attractions. The metro station is just one block to the south. And many bus stops are just 3 blocks to the north at Placa de Catalunya. Las Ramblas is under heavy construction at this time. But this doesn’t affect the hotel operation.

Great location!! The room was clean and spacious. Overlooking the Main Street yet quiet. I would definitely stay here again!!

Location! Close to metro station and beautiful Miro mosaic! Very lively neighborhood with many convenient places. Staff was very helpful! Smelly bathroom.

The location is the only thing going for this hotel my room was right next to the elevator and the front desk. It was very noisy. The air conditioner does not work during the winter, so your room is extremely hot, and if you open the window which leads to an inner tunnel, the elevators even louder.

Nichole was the best . Could not ask for a better host!!!

The location is unmatched. Literally 2 minutes walk from the L3 train which takes you to most tourist sites. Walking distance from the Harbour side and Catalunya. Right across the street from the Mercat de la Boqueria. The staff are at reception 24/7 and they were very friendly and helpful. There is an elevator which takes you from ground floor to avoid the lots of steps. Room was spacious, comfy bed The reviews I saw, said walls were thin and that is definitely true. Walls are paper thin, you can literally hear everything in rooms next to and above you. However, after long days of exploring I had no problem falling asleep when I needed to.

Location and staff was very good The metro is hearable in the room

It is right on the central street la Rambla, and even though we had view to the city, it was really good isolated and we couldn t hear the outside noise. You could hear and feel a little bit the Subway, but it dorn t bothered us

You can't get more central than this location. It was in a busy Ramblas location but since the room faces the inner court, you don't hear anything... Unfortunately, my first room (single occupancy room) smelled really, really bad, something similar to a urine smell. It didn't help that the room had a tiny window that faced an inner court, so it felt really claustrophobic. I understand that this hostel is in a prime location, but the smell of the room was really off-putting. The staff on duty was sooooo nice and understanding (he must get that complaint a lot) so he told me I can change my room the next morning, which I did. The second room was a bit better with less offensive smell.. I made it a point not to stay in the room too long since it was the last night of my long European trip.

The location is great, right in front the famous market, very convenient with walking and taking metros. The room is much bigger than the picture shows. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our flight was 2 hours delayed and we didn't have any problem checking in after mid night. We could feel the metro passing under the building (a bit shaky and noisy) and we asked the staff, apparently it's same for all buildings on Las Ramblas.

Location worked for me. Walked to Sagrada Familia, the Gothic District, the waterfront, and 2 metro stations.daily housekeeping. Good value The female staff I interacted with were all very pleasant and helpful. They allowed me to store my luggage for a few hours after checking out To get coffee you have to go downstairs and pay 1Euro. It is really my pleasure in the morning to get up and have coffee without having to get dressed. Maybe it is not a European thing to provide coffee in hotel rooms? A little nespresso machine and 1 pod a day would be sooooo enjoyed.
