great location and friendly staff. the AC was not very good.

The soaps were really good Found a roach in the room upon entry at around 4 am. The staff of that time came up, searched for a bit and than said it's gone and left. He showed me the hotel was fully booked and transferring me to another branch was impossble. At that hour I had no option but to stay the night as i was exhausted by a long delay. Thankfully as i was changing the roach reappeared on the ground as i was able to kill it with my shoes. The next day i told about the incident to another receptionist and asked for the room to be cleaned well. He offered another room but as it was the same structure i didn't bother carrying everything to another room, plus if there is one there could also be another one. By the way this doesn't mean the hotel is infested, there can be one and doesn't mean there will be others. That night I sleep at another place and next morning when I came to the room the stain of the dead bug was still there, after two staff member already knowing and my asking the room to be properly cleaned. At that point I decide to leave the room as it's one thing to find an accidental bug but another that the stain is still there after two cleanings. The hotel management contacted me afterwards and I believe their sincerity, yet it was all nice words without any offer for a refund for the night I couldn't anymore stay. What could have been a very nice hotel is unfortunately an example of carelessness by the staff. When you ask for the room to be cleaned, to two of your receptionists and the stain is still there, to me it means there are deep hygene related issues. On a positive note, their soaps are heaven.

Everything. Very stylish place, location is super central, nice balcony, rooftop terrace, nice stuff. Highly recommend! Nothing, truly everything was perfect

Exceptional

Great location in central Barcelona (just off the Rambla) which meant everywhere we wanted to visit was in walking distance. The staff on the front desk were very helpful at check-in and also when we wanted to store our luggage at the hotel on our last day. There are free pastries and hot drinks available in the kitchen throughout the day. Our room was comfortable (if a little small) and the bathroom facilities clean and functional.

The location

Very clean, central to metro. Very approachable staff, nice decor. Nice little balconies on the rooms.

Exceptional

Close proximity to all major attractions , lots of good restaurants/cafes nearby and nearby hop on hop off bus. Room is having balcony and bed is comfortable and bathroom is big Room is not soundproof and street downstairs can be noisy. Not enough towel hanging place in the bathroom. Main entrance is locked even during daytime and this can be a hassle to ring the bell for receptionist to open especially during rainy days.

The beautiful city restaurants and people

the location is very close to main street, Metro and market. The mattress on the bed could be newer, or it might just have been in my room.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The location is amazing.

There was no water in the room; when we requested some, we were told that they provide it in limited quantities. There weren't enough towels, and—most importantly—we asked for slippers, but even those were unavailable. This was particularly disappointing, as we had done extensive research and chosen this hotel with great enthusiasm.
