It was very clean and in a good location. The workers were very nice. I booked our reservation through Bookinga.com and they cancelled our reservation a few days before we were supposed to arrive. The price then went up when I had to rebook this.

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were lovely. We absolutely loved the breakfast at this hotel and the staff were so kind and helpful. Mariker, the lady who prepared and served our breakfast was amazing and always went the extra mile! The property was a little difficult to find and our taxi driver took a while to locate it.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room and bathroom was beautiful. The location was very good. The breakfast was excellent. Gaining access to the building from the street was a difficult. There needs to be an easier way to get into the lobby. Because there is not someone available 24 hours, we had to rely on someone coming out the front door to let us in. We also found that the phone numbers did not always work

Staff were great, prepared a lunch since we were leaving before breakfast. Location is awesome. Breakfast was good, hard boiled egg only hot option. Security was excellent. Metro station/taxi located right in front of hotel. Bed was a little firm. If you are a light sleeper, you can slightly feel and hear the vibration of the metro below. It was a little bit expensive but comparable to Barcelona hotel prices.
