The location is genuinely unbeatable — right in the centre of Barcelona, making it effortless to reach shops, restaurants, and attractions on foot. The apartment was a comfortable size for a family of three. We had hoped for a pleasant view from our room, given the central location, but unfortunately the windows faced an active construction site, making the outlook quite disappointing. Being in the heart of the city, some noise is inevitable, but the soundproofing was noticeably poor. We were regularly disturbed by loud voices from the street late at night and by rubbish collection trucks in the early hours of the morning, which made it very difficult to sleep properly throughout our stay. The most significant issue, however, was with the hot water. We specifically chose a room with a bathtub, hoping to relax and recover from the fatigue of travelling. Unfortunately, only the first person to use the bath each evening had access to genuinely hot water. By the time the second and third guests wanted to bathe or wash their hair, the water had turned cold. This was the case every single night across all three nights of our stay. In late May this was uncomfortable enough; in winter, it would be completely unacceptable. We would strongly advise anyone hoping to unwind in a warm bath after a long day of sightseeing to look elsewhere. Finally, while the room was cleaned during our multi-night stay, the towels were never replaced. For guests staying several nights, this was a disappointing oversight.

Modern comfortable Nil

The central location, cleanliness and size of room. Great for a small family and comfortably accolades our party of 4 adults. The air conditioning was sporadic. So temperature was at times too warm.

Wow .. we had a amazing time. Location is unbeatable. Metro station is just opposite of the property.. !! La Rambla, Gothic quarter, La Bauquerie , Plaça Catalunya are at walkable distance. Rooms were super clean and big compared to other properties in Barcelona. We will come back again definitely. Upon arrival we came to know that there was some pipe leakage in one of the room and unfortunately they had to shift us in some nearby place. It was a upgrade as room they had given was big but we preferred Serennia because of the location. Rest all 6 nights we were at Serennia Exclusive rooms

Room is not clean enough, dust are clinging into the bed headboard. Even we requested for room clean, they didn't clean the toilet. they probably replace only the consumables.

Fine for one night .as plenty of eating and drinking places close bye Wouldn't want more than one night as no where to sit because 3 of us in one bedroom .

The room is very central and the balcony with view over the city is nice. But didn’t sleep much because of lot of noise of yelling football supporters and fireworks on the street all night. Also I think the price is way too high for what you get. Like I said, too expensive for what you get.

I rate my stay at the hotel positively. The apartment is located close to Plaça de Catalunya. The friendly staff is a huge asset of this place—everyone was very helpful. A great convenience was the possibility to leave our luggage at the hotel on the last day, which allowed us to explore the city freely after check-out and pick up our bags in the evening, just before departure. The staff cleans the rooms every day and provides fresh, clean towels whenever we want to exchange them. We stayed in a triple room equipped with one large double bed (with one shared duvet) and a sofa bed, which served as the third sleeping spot. The small elevator. You have to be prepared for the fact that the elevator in the building is small and narrow. It can be a challenge when transporting luggage or for people who don't like cramped spaces. One night, it was a bit stuffy. There was no air conditioner in the room, so it seems there isn't one available. During our stay, there was ongoing renovation of the building's facade. It's worth keeping in mind as it involves scaffolding, although it wasn't a big problem for us.

Location I did not like view the front of entire building had scaffolding with tarp on front of it.there was no lobby the property had four suites on 1st floor and 4 suites on 7th floor and office was on 8th floor

Room is big and nice. Close to Aerobus stop and La Rambla. Lots of attractions are within walking distance. The only thing I don't like was I needed to carry my luggage up 12 steps before I could reach the elevator.
