Centrally located in gothic square. Easy to get to all sites or just enjoy the Spanish style. Fantastic large room with small private wading pool. Staff was excellent in suggesting restaurants. Coffee shops etc Nothing

The Catalonia brand is always reliable when it comes to quality. Rooms are immaculate and well-appointed, staff friendly and helpful. We chose to have breakfast locally since there are many choices in the area that are less pricey than the hotel fare.

Staff were amazingly helpful, welcoming and warm. Our room was spotless and spacious . Location was fantastic.. Restaurants and bars were delicious and fun. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, location, room (especially the upgrade on arrival) and evening meal. Pillows a bit too soft for us but that's a personal issue.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. It is completely walkable to brilliant bars, restaurants, shopping, and all the main sights, making it a perfect base for exploring Barcelona on foot. The design is great too, a modern vibe with just the right amount of rustic character and charm. Unfortunately, our room was incredibly uncomfortable. The air conditioning was completely ineffective, turning the room into a total sweatbox. We barely slept. We reported it to the staff twice during our stay, but nothing was done to fix it. To make matters worse, when checking out, the receptionist asked the standard "was everything okay with your stay?" question. When I honestly replied no and explained the issue, they completely blanked and had absolutely no idea what to do next. There is genuinely no point in asking guests for feedback if you aren't willing to listen, take action, or offer an apology. A real shame, as the property itself has so much potential.

The location was great. It is in the middle of shopping, resturants, siteseeing. The room was large and comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and hotel location was just right! the facility was very poor, I paid an extra night as I was arriving early morning and expected to have rest, the AC was not working even when we reported it, the day was wasted and nothing was done, their solution was to give us a fan which is not acceptable; only until 9pm they finally changed our room!
