location only For $400.00 room was a huge disappointment. way smaller then shown for type of room paid for and then safe and coffee maker didn't work. Stayed there before much better room, now supposedly 5 stars, and it has gone downhill. Complained when checking out and again, by email- no response and I was responsible for 8 people staying there. embarrassed that I recommended it.

Luxury hotel in the heart of Barcelona. Central to everything . Rooms were nice size and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with noise and the staff assisted us to change rooms . Thanks especially to Cristina and Ivan at the front desk . Thereafter we had a most pleasant stay ! Breakfast was good and adequate and we really appreciated the halal labels on the foods . Thank you

Our room was beautiful with a Juliette balcony facing the Cathedral amongst trees on 1st floor......I got to watch the Pope come and go !! Location was amazing and staff was so friendly The breakfast buffet was not very good so I think I should of ordered fresh made eggs but fruit ,juice and pastries were good

Perfect position in the centre. Unsigtly terrace. There was a mess on the ground. Cigarets, papaers……. In 5 star hotel they do not serve coffee on the terrace???

Friendly staff, great location, very cool roof terrace bar. Breakfast a bit ordinary for a 5 star hotel. Limited leasure/exercise facilities. Perhaps a bit corporate.
