I’ve never met friendlier staff, they were fantastic! They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and helped with any question we raised. I had a great experience.

The property was perfect. Location was perfect. The staff was incredible. Especially Alfredo, he was so welcoming and felt like a friend after our stay.
-
Great location. Helpful staff. No tissue paper provided. A bit noisy as the room is close to the staff elevator.
-
Ideal location, staff were amazing. Adam in reception was more than helpful and accommodating.

Location was great!! Staff helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable

I would say the best part was the staff. Adam, the concierge, was fantastic, and everyone went out of their way to be helpful. The room was great. Very efficient, clean and comfortable. The spa amenities were terrific. It was a bit cold for the rooftop pool (which was beautiful), but the downstairs heated pool and sauna was perfect! Best stay of our trip so far. Honestly, nothing. The whole experience was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff was incredibly attentive, friendly and extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, obtaining tickets to museums and other sites. Great location. Comfortable room. Can’t fault this hotel for anything.

Great Front Desk staff, starting with Adam, he's a superstar. He helped us many times during our visit, providing sightseeing recommendations, directions, restaurant suggestions. He also provided us a glass of the local Cava when we arrived. Other front desk staff that we also excellent were: Kevin, Simo, and Alfredo. We loved the very large room, comfortable bed, large luxury bathroom and rain shower. The location is great, only a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral. Down in the exercise room they have a filtered water machine where you can fill up your water bottle (Barcelona water though is very safe to drink). The hotel is very close to Luigi Restaurant where we ate three times in the evening. Nothing

The staff was beyond welcoming and helpful. The location is wonderful for exploring Barcelona. The hotel lobby, facilities and room was exceptionally well kept. N/A

Location. Friendly front desk staff. Room layout not ideal. When you open the shades you could see into other rooms and vice versa. Therefore, the room had a dark feel to it. Layout also had lots of wasted space. I should have either done the breakfast package or ate outside the hotel. The coffee was adequate (not great) and price was expensive (40 Euro) for the offerings. I was just too lazy to look for somewhere else. Breakfast value was definitely not as good as many comparable hotels I've stayed in Spain.

Good stay. Hotel is in a great location. Rooms are good, spacious. Overlook a courtyard and can see into other rooms facing the courtyard. Had to keep my shades down which made the room dark.

Don’t know because upon check in, they down graded us to a sister hotel “due to technical issues” with no warning, or offer of refund. Called multiple times to see why the down grade as I had 3 rooms booked. Would love to have found out

Everything. Beautiful boutique hotel with lots to do around the hotel.

Everything was great. Especially, personnel, Alfredo and everyone else were just fantastic. For every request they were running extra mile. Location is just perfect. Walking distance to literally EVERYWHERE: Casa Battlo, Casa Milla, La Sagrada Familia, Barcelona Cathedral. Hotel thought about every detail: even our kids’ size bath robes were provided, That was just over cute :) Everything was very clean. Everyone was taking full responsibility of their job. My daughter forgot her puppy dog, but punctual housekeeper were in the room before we left, they called from upstairs, stopped us, brought my daughter’s plush toy.

The staff were very friendly especially Simo and Alfonso they really took care of me and my son. I loved the hotel's location it's close to everything and still quiet enough to have a good nights rest.

I have stayed here before and enjoy the location, the staff, and the comfort. We were upgraded to a larger room upon arrival, which was nice! I was only here for 1 night, but have had the room service and drinks and both were good.
