Location! The room was spacious with a good shower. The door to the outside space was broken and needed maintenance, it was good that the maintenance team fixed it that first night. No glasses for drinking water. No coffee or tea provided in the room. No staff on site, and so all check in and forms had to be done on-line and it seemed complicated. It felt like the bare basics, but we paid more for this private room than anywhere else in Spain for a room with own bathroom/toilet. I thought for the price it should have been better equipped.

Once you complete everything, the check-in process is smooth. Pretty quiet at night and no disturbance. Didn't love having to leave the room to go to the bathroom and I wasn't sure if the bathroom was shared or not but by the morning I think I realized it was only for me.

Great location.. located right next to a metro station one stop away from La Rambla. Comfortable beds, very spacious room! Nice balcony :) and the room was cleaned and beds made daily.. nice touch! :) The only one thing I could put here is that the shower / bath didn’t have a plug.. but this wasn’t a major issue as we were happy with the shower :)

Good place for that price, clean and on good location A bit hard to find and there is no one working on a reception which is a real problem when check in app is in spanish and you don't speak the language.

Excellent location, very close to the metro stations. Specific to the room, had a huge balcony/terrace which we enjoyed so much. Big enough room for two. Clean and well-furnished bathroom with supplies. Overall the stay was amazing. Self check-in available, good as it was very late when we arrived. Self check-in available, was not excellent as it was a bit tedious and even though we had already done it online, we had to do it again in the entrance of the loft. But maybe it’s our mistake, that idk The ground was shaking a bit, but then again, it seems like a general metro-related problem in Barcelona.

Great hotel in a super location, walking distance to everywhere. Comfortable bed and powerful shower. Great seating area. Will return!!
