    Last year I stayed and it was amazing! My stay this week was a disaster! First off, got to the hotel approximately 40 minutes early. 103 temp at the time.They charged me a extra 20 to get my room. Got to rm. refrigerator not working! So maintenance came ( took up our early check inn time). fixed it.Woke up to a pipe had burst in the wall and soaked the dressing area, clothes closet and area at my bed. My suitcases I had layed sideways so my little girl would not get hurt if falling out of bed. Suit cases drenched! Clothes were soaked. Had manager come in and exam the room and my cases. She gave us another rm. And agreed to refund 85.00. But our other rm was a down grade. It had no refrigerator, floor not swept, cupboard door off the hinge, all wires built up dust, counters and toilet had debris all over. Took a shower and a long hair on the towell wraps around my chin.Fire alarm had no battery and halfway hanging out of wall, electrical plugs stopped working by bed. Metal bench outside next to sliding door, open wires! Could not let my daughter out there.Also boombox blaring allday on friday.Took pictures and videos of all. When my food was lost due to no refrigerator I left 1 night early. Im home its Monday morning and still have not got refund. This was a complete nightmare. Having to move rooms, spending money to have our clothes cleaned for wedding due to water, loss of spoiled food, lack of rest, and putting us in danger, Is a cause for a full refund. Don't you agree?

    The property is beautiful and you can see the amazing resort it once was. The building definitely shows its wear, but there are handymen and landscapers visible working to keep the location functional. The parking lot when you first enter looks clean and well-kept, but once you get to the back parking lot there is garbage and debris all along the building. The gated parking lot is a great idea for the area, but having to be buzzed in and out is annoying, particularly when you are stuck waiting for someone at the front desk to answer and you have a scheduled event to be at. There has got to be a way to make this more efficient. Maybe the room keys double as a gate card when activated or something. The room was very basic, but clean. The tv was blurry and the picture didn’t fit the screen. The advertised laundry room was closed. The pool is terrific, but not given enough attention. Slimy walls, visible algae, floating debris. We were scared to use the hot tub. Most disappointing was our breakfast experience. The food was good, but the poor girl working was by herself with at least 20 customers when we arrived and more coming. She was expected to be hostess, waitress, busser, and even prepare parts of orders. She was set up to fail. There should always be a second person to do the bussing, at least. The fact that she maintained her composure as long as she did was kudos to her because I think I would’ve just walked off the job.

    My recent stay was deeply disappointing due to multiple maintenance and service failures. The kitchen closed before its posted hours, leaving me without the dining options I had planned for. Upon entering the room, I noticed a slight but persistent unpleasant odor. The shower head was visibly dirty with buildup, and worse, I discovered mold growing underneath the sink—clear signs of neglected cleaning & moisture problems. The most frustrating issue came the next morning when I discovered the shower drain was completely clogged. I had no choice but to shower in standing water, essentially bathing in my own filth, which was both disgusting and humiliating. I immediately notified the front desk, showed them the mold, dirty shower head, & clogged drain, and requested a discount on my room for these unacceptable conditions. The staff claimed only a manager could authorize any compensation, yet despite their assurances, I never heard back from management. I was completely ghosted—no follow-up call, no email, no apology, & absolutely no resolution. This experience reflects severe operational neglect, & the blame falls squarely on management & maintenance for allowing these conditions to persist & failing to address them when confronted. A functional bathroom & responsive customer service are bare-minimum standards, not luxuries. The fact that multiple issues—mold, a clogged drain, & a dirty shower head—existed in one room raises serious concerns about whether more rooms suffer.

    The history of this old place is amazing! Fun to see the pool and old palm trees. Room was reasonably clean (someone else's soap left in shower), the entryways from the back need new carpet and upkeep. Breakfast was great, at the adjoining cafe.

    My husband and I stayed here for a motorcycle event! The rooms were nice but could use a little upgrade. The air conditioner didnt work like i wouldve liked it to but... it worked! The bed was very comfortable! The pool and outdoor area was super nice as well!

    Rooms were clean, parking was little uncomfortable based on what rooms were assigned. Breakfast options for vegetarians were limited and you needed to select any 1 option out of 5 available options. On first day, one of option which had milk, cereal was not available or out of stock. Due to this, Kid can only have fruit bowl. The breakfast is done at near by restaurant. Gated parking at hotel

    First off, the most comfortable bed ever! Staff was really nice and helpful. Didn’t like the way to get in and out of the parking but that may be an area issue? Pool was clean and spa was warm. Food in the cafe for dinner was really good and low priced. Breakfast was a mess with only one staff member so may skip that in the future. For a one night stay, I would say book it

    This hotel need more staff. We had to wait at check-in and also need to wait for breakfast to be served, because only 2 people were working and it’s not enough. They work hard and service was good. But can’t handle too many people at once if only 2 staff.
