Easy check-in, nice breakfast, standard amenities were what we needed Painfully slow elevator (only one?), not enough space for the breakfast crowd, folks had to sit on the floor and overflow into the reception area, entrance is difficult off i-35, signs to a back entrance would make it easier for those coming from the south side (most that come from the airport). Oh and the tv is in a weird spot so it doesn't turn all the way to the left, it can only go straight, where there's a wall, or the right. This is probably okay for the subset of rooms that have a flipped blueprint to the one we got.

We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are really nice, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast has lots of options. Plenty of parking. The only issue is how incredibly slow the elevator (yes, singular) is. We ended up having to use the stairs half the time. The elevator system definitely needs an upgrade, but everything else was fantastic!

The location. The room was hot and unclean. There was glitter all over the pull out couch. The tub was not clean the towels were rough. The pool was small. The beds were not comfortable at all.

It was in a convenient location and the breakfast was good. The bed in the room was clean. The pool was working and clean with toys and floats for kids. Main entry of hotel was clean with complimentary drinks and snacks The elevators were so slow and tiny, by the time it got to you it would already be full, forcing you to use the stairs which there is no ac in. The tub in room wasn’t clean and the hair conditioner was completely empty. The overhead light in kitchen area didn’t work. Had a hard time finding a working ice machine. The entry door into the hotel by the pool didn’t work; I had to go through the outdoor and indoor pool area to get inside the building with my belongings.

clean throughout the property although the bathroom had some mold on the ceiling in the bathroom not a big issue but the waffles were overly sweet it was coated with sugar so when added syrup it was too much i hate throwing food away but it was too sweet for liking that way

I can't rate this property as I didn't stay there. I had called that i will be checking in late but upon arrival i was told the hotel was fully booked and they didn't have any rooms available. They did transfer me to a sister hotel courtyard mariott although that process was not as smooth as i expected.

Our room was never cleaned after leaving the hotel for the entire day. Room was no cleaned. The restrooms are odd placement which is why they don’t post the restroom on the photos for a reason. And they don’t look very appealing.

Room smelled like mildew, used our own air freshener to treat carpet because it was so bad. Bed was super warn down and for sure needs to be replaced. There was dust all over the edges and seems of the walls, even the top on the TV. Staff experience was top notch, great people working at the hotel.

The location was perfect even if you’re just looking for a getaway. Hotel was nice and comfy overall! The restroom could use a bit of an upgrade but it’s not a huge dealbreaker, it’s mostly the lighting that made it seem dull.

Main thing is a comfortable bed and quiet room. Complimentary Breakfast is also good, especially the crustless soufles.

Place was spacious for a family of 5, had a sofa that converted to a bed. Good breakfast selection and clean dining room. Quiet night and friendly staff. Restroom could benefit from an upgrade but for the affordable price I would say that it was better than expected

This was our first time in a Marriott. The property was nice and the room was nice and spacious. It only has one TV and it has a sitting area. The closet was tiny.The one amenity that I was looking forward to was the indoor pool. Unfortunately it was closed for maintenance, they did have a date that the pool was going to be home. The shower pressure was okay but the water did not get hot. Lol my husband isn't crazy over hot water and he had something to say about how hot it was.

Our stay was wonderful! The front desk team at check in were kind and helpful. Breakfast, well was breakfast. It’s a small space for the size of the hotel, so it became crowded very quickly. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool for our toddler and it was a hit!

Upon arrival I was informed that they did not have the room I booked available and that they only have rooms with 1 bed. I ended up sleeping on the floor. When i spoke with the hotel manager informed me that despite paying for and prebooking a room with 2 beds, they dont guarantee you will get what you pay for. Hotel staff informed me that this hotel does this sort of thing all the time. Marriot should be embarrassed and ashamed of this practice as well as the hotels handling of the situation.

For a Marriott I was very disappointed. This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. There were two holes in the carpet that were quite an eyesore. The tub had yellow around it especially in the corner of the tub. The tub was quite slippery and I was afraid of falling when I took a shower. The grab bar was by the shower head but you have to move forward to get soap and shampoo. And you can’t get out with the grab bar because the toilet was in the way.

I woked up to skin rash. all of my body is filled with rash especially in my upper body, arms and hands. I believe they never changed their bedsheets and blanket. Will never stay here!!

The property was overbooked and so I was moved to a sister Inn. Not hotel but Inn and i wasnt notified prior either and there was no effort to try and secure a room for me at the location even though Im a long term attendee.

Hotel is in a terrible area. Came back to the ceiling leaking through into the bathtub so they said they would switch me rooms. Waited two hours (until after midnight) to actually get switched. I couldn't find anyone at the front desk and once I did, they had completely forgot about me. Had a fire alarm at 4:30am due to the leaks AND they had ants and roaches, dirty floors and bathtub. I had a nightmare of an experience here....

Check in took a while since no one was at the front desk & only one person was working, so took her a while to make it to the front desk since she was alone & this was at 3pm check in time. Someone set the fire alarm off & it woke everyone up at 5am & we had to evacuate & nobody even said what was the reason after 30 min of the alarm going off.

The property is old which is fine, places to eat. An heb and food all around. The room itself is ok run down but we were stuck in a room in which the door didn’t lock. Don’t stay here. We asked for another room and he said they didn’t have any. Room 516. The young man was polite and compensated us with $20 but not worth it all . We had to lock the room with the hinge from the top and put the sofa bed against the door. Never again . Don’t stay here.

Was next to the maintenance room I believe so it was very noisy early in the morning before checkout time. Housekeeping was knocking on my door and it wasn’t checkout time yet. Very noisy and did not sleep at all.

This Springhill suites is very sub-standard compared to other Springhill suite locations . There was a gross stain on the mattress in the sofa bed amd only a little lamp for lighting where the queen beds are —it was super dark and the front desk does not have a lamp to provide. Pillows were flat and lumpy. Breakfast didn’t have a waffle bar as it usually does Springhill suites. It was a quiet location and convenient to the freeway.

Horrible experience! Room was dirty! There’s was roaches in our room and there wasn’t any rooms available to accommodate my friends & I we had to cancel our room then drive back home to San Antonio. And to make things worse, we got stuck in the elevator!

we had an amazing stay at this location, the pool is heated. it was freezing outside and our kids are able to swim indoor. that's a plus. the room is very clean and spacious.

Though the property was safe and quiet, it was quite old and everything was old and not in perfect condition like beds, toilet etc

It was great. The breakfast could use a little upgrade, but overall a great experience.

Great property! Staff was amazing

Great weekend visiting with Grandkids. Child friendly hotel with very nice roomy accommodations and indoor pool were a plus. The desk clerk was exceptional in finding getting us connecting rooms which added to the stay.

Room was not clean dirty sofa and torn carpet.poor wifi. Couldn't work. No veg options in breakfast so no breakfast for me

Very disappointed wthe Springhill

Areas for improvement: The bathroom had paint chipping off the tub so that was not very appealing. Also, I could hear guests in neighboring rooms, so if you are a light sleeper that might be an issue for you. Smoking was allowed very close to the hotel entrance so that was not pleasant for non-smokers. Again, great overall value for the stay and bed was comfortable. Additionally a variety of fresh fruits, oatmeal, lots of grab and go options for breakfast.

I had reservations days in advance and wad transferred to another smaller sister hotel on the day of my arrival. All supposedly there was a race going on in town. So because I made reservations through a third company and paid less they decided i should stsy in a less quality hotel. Was totally shocked and upset with their actions and addit

The hotel was really good. And at a decent price. I was upset at first since the pool was out of order (only reason we booked), but it was back in order the same night. A lot of construction around, but overall a good stay. Will book here again.

Very comfortable stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is 20 min from everything in Ausitn and that was a great plus for our business/pleasure trip.
