    My check-in on Thursday was great. The young lady was very professional and noticed I had two reservations Thursday-Saturday and Saturday for one night. She made a note that I wanted to keep my same room for all three nights. Well Saturday is when my trip went downhill. The front desk lady called my room to say checkout was an hour ago. I mentioned I had Saturday night reserved also. She told me no I didn’t and due to I used a third party I have to checkout. She was very rude, I told her I will be down to show her my reservation. As I walked to the desk I notice she was was on the computer and found my reservation. The young man at the desk with her had his head down on the counter as if he was hungover. Not professional at all. As I showed the rude lady my reservation she never apologized for being rude. She just said I needed to provide card for incidentals. I was ok with that. My issue is her being unprofessional in her tone. Needless to say to say I’ve X this property off and will never stay here again when in Austin.

    For some of the staff greetings were cold at best! It was odd to me that breakfast was included for some but not for others? The bed was in good shape and comfortable linens were clean and nice. It was more than obvious that management we're trying to pinch pennies in small ways. No pen or pad to be found , one napkin with the coffee maker? Lighting was so poor you needed a flashlight to find additional lights to turn on.

    The entire staff treated us like a welcomed family, especially Faheem Raza. My husband went in for open heart surgery which kept me very stressed. But the staff worked wit me and eased my stress. There's not enough words to convey how wonderful the staff & especially Faheem Raza treated us. Your company would do well to have more people like Faheem Raza and the staff.

    Breakfast was buffet style, yet very good with freshly cooked eggs, bacon, potatoes, and oatmeal. Other choices filled out continental breakfast. We especially enjoyed the trail around 2 ponds for our morning walk. Last, the Sushi bar 2 doors down was a pleasant surprise—so good we ate there twice!

    Price was pretty reasonable and staffs were great! What I could see from my unbiased eyes, this is fairly old property as I saw a few wears and tears in my room. One such item was the door at the shower "booth." As the water sealing was not working as it should have, the water from the shower head continuously leaks out to the bathroom floor, which was unpleasant. Overall, the huge room (itself was superb) was too dark and so much space felt "emptiness" (Room 302). Nonetheless, it was a great stay and did work for us. Thank you very much for your effort!!

    The bathroom shower stall was leaking and when I finished my shower, I had a flooded bathroom. I requested a room change and requested for the room to be checked before I moved over and was told that all is good and there is no leakage in the shower stall. But again the shower stall was leaking and we had a flooded bathroom again after taking a shower. Very annoying

    The room itself was fairly clean. The photos make the entire place look way nicer than it actually is. The pool is comedically small, when you get to the halls to find your room the walls and doors are all filthy. It was the quality of a motel 6 that the edited photos made look like it would be way higher quality.

    This hotel is close to the highway with easy access to downtown. The rooms facing the pond are quiet. Rates are great. Bathroom is clean. But the TVs are not smart TVs. Parking is plenty, and service is generally quick. But the staff who checked out gave us the wrong info - It clearly stated on the in-room water bottles that silver members get 2 bottles of water for free, but he told us it only applied to higher tiers. Better training is required.

    I was really surprised when I sat down for breakfast to see a sign for the first time that there was 12$ plus charge for breakfast. Every single hotel I have stayed at. Which is many have a complementary breakfast. This breakfast was not worth the money. I asked the front desk why is the sign not placed where you see if when coming from your room into the diner. She told me they get many complaints on that and she said she has suggested they move the sign where you do not see if AFTER you have your plate and have sat down. This is obviously a money making decision on the Hotel Managemnt. I will not return. I am a Hilton Honors member and cannot believe Hilton allows this.

    Nice facility, good breakfast, loved the walking track in the back around the pond. The front desk clerk was very nice - we paid for breakfast, then she noticed breakfast was included in the room, so refunded our money, which I appreciated. Aggressive, loud dog barking in the room across from mine - barked aggressively and loudly every time I went to go to enter my room, which startled me, as well as in the evening and other times, - I am 76 with high blood pressure - I complained to the front desk and she said she would wait to see if anyone else complains- they should have moved the person in the room with the dog - but the room was right across from mine. I certainly don't mind true service dogs but this is obviously not one - if a hotel is "pet friendly" the animals should be well behaved and not barking all day and night. Why do dogs have more rights than me, when I am paying for the room? This stressed me and ruined my stay. I want my money back.

    We arrived at 8:30 am at Hilton the lady stored our luggage. We headed to St.Davids Hospital 7 min away. We told the lady we had no idea what time we would be back for check in. A family member was having surgery. We arrived back at the hotel at 9:30 PM. We were told king rooms were no longer available and he would upgrade us to 2 queens. I said 2 queens is not an upgrade to us we are married and booked a king on hotels .com. It was that or nothing. We ere exhausted and took the Queen beds . At check out in the morning the girl from previous day was checking us out I asked why our king bed room was not saved we left our luggage and they knew we were coming back late. She checked and said I don’t understand why you did not get your king room it was assigned to you. Very disappointing

    The staff was nice when I got there, but when I left the next day, the refunded my deposit, but charged me for a water bottle, which I never took any of their water bottles cause I always bring my own. When I called to tell them I didn’t take their water bottle, they said the maid said you did, so we charged you, they said they were gonna talk to the maid and call me back, never called me back and charged me for the bottle, so I’m very disappointed on how they treated me. So I’m not gonna use that hotel ever again.

    My brother and I traveled to attend my son’s graduation from the Army. We stayed 4 different places between Austin and San Antonio. The other 3 hotels were friendly and had free breakfast. Your hotel were 1.5 hours late for our check in. Yuni was pleasant and apologetic. Her co-worker was a complete B….! She had a huge chip on her shoulder and not friendly at all. She ruined our stay. They could have offered us free breakfast for them running late on check ins. They didn’t. Will never stay at a Hilton again. I do travel for work often and I will make sure that I spread the word to my associates. Stay away from Hilton. Get rid of the bad attitude people that can’t be friendly

    On Day 3 at around 9:30 AM, I went to the front desk to request housekeeping, only to find the front desk unattended. I had to ask a breakfast staff member to leave a message for me. When I returned at 6:00 PM, the front desk told me “I have no idea of your room’s cleanness, and the cleaning guys had done their job today.” This was not true—the room was untouched and had developed an unpleasant odor from uncollected food waste. A multi-day stay with zero housekeeping service and inaccurate front desk communication is unacceptable for a Hilton-branded property.

    Place was pretty clean. Hallway carpets need deep cleaning. Breakfast is not included, but nothing special. Room was extremely hot and front desk was no help. The hotel as a whole was hot even the front lobby. Yes, it was 65 outside and 50 at night, but the hotel felt like 80 degrees.

    The bath tub had issues. We called twice but no one came to fix the issue. The water was not draining and my entire family couldn’t take the shower properly. We did report the issue but they never came to fix it. When I went down for the coffee they did not had cups and told me that they are out of the cup but did not offer any anything else.

    The check inn was unforgivable. You get what you pay for is a perfect example for this property .Arrived at 3 p.m. and was told my room was given away .and no other rooms available.     Housekeeping didn’t go to replace the towels or linens but we did see them outside in the hall when we were leaving the hotel room. The shower was leaking water and mold was growing on the edge of the tiles. It was absolutely disgusting. This has to be the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I didn’t even want to get inside the shower. We only stayed for two days thankfully but we just wanted to sightsee Austin but going back to the hotel felt dreadful. I would’ve rather slept inside my truck. As well the shower pressure was very very low and it was gross how the shower towels were inside the shower on the opposite side on a metal rack. This hotel definitely needs upgrades. As well on my last night I did read other reviews how housekeeping was stealing from them. So I am glad we left. I am never staying at this hotel again. My husband and I felt so grossed out and uncomfortable.

    called and Spoke to staff twice asking if I could do an early check in. She informed me to come after 1030 as they were able to make that happen for me. When I arrived after 1030 then told me my room was not ready, I then had to wait almost 2hrs. I was spoken to very rudely by the female manager for being at the front and for asking for an early check in, keep in mind, I had called TWICE and was told THIS IS SOMETHING THEY WERE ABLE TO DO. after being spoken to very rudely, they tried to charge me TRIPLE for a room when I had booked a month prior. The manager then called the testing center they though I was taking my board exam at and told them I was being very combative/rude/yelling/cursing/aggressive and I made everyone feel unsafe. The manager then said that I was no longer allowed to return to the hotel or police would be involved. I was never once rude to the staff and was just asking for an early check in which once again, was told they could do for me. I dont appricate the staff giving out my full name, address and phone number to strangers to contact me. I dont appreciate the manager lying about what happened to get me in trouble with the testing center that I was testing at. He called the wrong place and I was not testing there but its the fact he felt the need to be petty for a situation they escalated for no reason. I just wanted an early check in and I was spoken to very rudely and was treated poorly for the lack of communication on their end.

    The first room did not smell good so I asked for a second room which was a bit noisy there was some Machinery next to it. But overall it was okay. The lady at the front desk when I first checked in told me breakfast was until 11:00 a.m. and then when I came downstairs the second shift front desk lady told me that breakfast closed at 10:00 p.m. which is not a big deal but truthful consistency does help in communication

    The location is convenient for highway access, though quite far from downtown or the main attractions. Free parking is a plus. Breakfast was good, but the continental option costs extra and the full hot breakfast comes with an additional charge. At this level, I think the continental breakfast should be complimentary. Overall, it’s a decent stay if you need to be in North Austin, but the hotel could use some modernization.

    The staff messed up our reservation, and could not be bothered to fix it. The manager was pretty uncaring, and the front desk attendant was taking a personal phonecall while I was trying to get our issues resolved, and our hotel room didn't have the right amenities and also had torn furniture.

    The front staff was friendly and helpful. The room bedspread had a foul odor, the bathroom tub was leaking somewhere even with the shower curtain secured. Key card to room stopped working three times and had to be replaced, housekeeping service did not replace towels when dirty ones were placed outside of room door. Still have not received my $200.00 deposit x2 for the two rooms that I rented. Will try the Marriott courtyard next door on my next visit to Austin.

    Place wasn’t horrible. I chose it for a good price but found I had to deal with issues that I wouldn’t have had to at a nicer hotel. Place was somewhat clean with a little mold smell. Had to know on the neighbors door to ask her to stop allowing her children to scream after 10 pm. Was annoyed that I purchased the breakfast while in hotels.com so we could just eat breakfast there. They tried charging me and my other two guest for our breakfast and had to argue with them and show my own proof I had paid for it. They said they had no record of it and all 3 of us had to argue each time we individually went down. I was so annoyed by it we didn’t even bother eating the breakfast the second day before checking out. Guess that’s what I get for trying to save a little money. Room wasn’t horrible, AC worked well, carpet could have been cleaner.

    This is CB probably one of the worst Hilton’s I’ve stayed in. The room had a smell, the air conditioner was humid, the bathroom fixtures had rust all on them, and the sink would back up. We were only there for a few hours. Only good thing I can say is the pillows were soft & comfortable . The front desk clerk was pleasant.

    I was very pleased with the two young ladies that checked us in Saturday night they were very courteous, smiling polite, and I really enjoy speaking with them. But on Sunday when we checked out, the gentleman was very polite, but the young lady that was working at that time didn’t seem to be bothered. She didn’t smile she wasn’t courteous she acted like we were bothering her at the moment. She was too busy to acknowledge us but as far as the hotel, it was very nice.

    Room was comfortable and clean, with the exception of the shower (chunks of brown brown stuff in shower) microwave had mold in it which was disappointing because I wanted to heat up my food. The receptionist helped move my room as I was concerned about dust from the construction next door. I was really appreciative for her doing so. All the staff I interacted with during my stay were amazing. Overall, was content with my stay. I would stay there again.

    Everything is average or below average in my opinion. Location is right off busy I35 and not convenient to go back and forth. The breakfast, surprisingly is additional cost. The fitness center below average. Parking was ok. Service was ok mixed some were super friendly others not so much. Room was fine but small and not a lot coffee. Overall it was disappointing, I’m a pretty loyal Hilton customer who travels 4-5 time a year for business and this one let me down.

    We requested an accessible room. We checked in and went to the room. The shower was in a tub, as is most often the case. I returned to the front desk and the clerk reassigned our room. The shower was still in a tub. I requested a walk-in shower and the clerk again reassigned us a room and walked with me down to the new room, which had a walk-in shower The clerks were always friendly and helpful. The walk-in shower got water all over the bathroom floor, despite the two drains in the floor. I used the bath mat and my towel (after drying off) to get most of the water off the floor, and was grateful that neither of us fell on the wet floor. I was surprised that housekeeping did not come to pick up the wet towels and bring fresh ones, but went to the desk and the clerk was again happy to help. It wasn't until a couple of days later that I saw the notice on the bathroom mirror that housekeeping comes every other day. That sounds like a good policy - I just hadn't noticed the sign before.

Grade A+ staff Definitely the best part of the stay was their friendliness, helpfulness & professionalism. The breakfast was NOT it. Breakfast was in option and definitely not worth it. Very dated hotel. The room was dark, lighting was not good at all, the curtains were broken, dusty, stains on the toilet & walls, carpet was dated & not vacuumed well. Location was convenient for what we had planned.

    They told us what time breakfast started, HOWEVER, they DID NOT tell us that it was not included and had OUTRAGEOUS prices. Over $9 for cold cereal, cold muffins etc. Over $19 of you wanted cooked food. We won’t be Hilton regulars for sure. Disappointed!!!

    Not enough convenient parking spots for less walking to get checked in. Beer bottles all outside and I got put in a room that was smoked in that the person wasn’t suppose to be smoking in. And they left my bag in the room made me go get it and transfer my stuff to the other room, instead of doing it for me and when I get back to the hotel give me the room key and I go on my way!

    When booking this stay, the amenities were worded as if breakfast was included. I called the hotel prior to arriving and was told it was included. When checking in the front desk clerk told me breakfast was included and served 7-11 am. To my surprise when my family got downstairs breakfast came at an additional fee. In the room itself there was a strange smell like mildew. Opened the window to air the room out still smelled. Called downstairs for additional towels never received them.

    Refrigerator didn’t work nor the replacement. Dust on all tables. No new towels by staff. Bed was made & that was it.
