The restroom was not mopped during cleaning. The black marks from my sandals (with mud) were still present on the floor. But otherwise the hotel was amazing.

Everything was great except the room was set to 58 when we walked in. Lobby was cold but rooms shouldn’t be set that low.

The house keeping was very poor. They never vacuumed, cleaned the shower, or correctly made the beds. It was rushed and because of that, we shortened our stay.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very professional and polite , room was very well maintained and the walking trail was really nice , loved the breakfast we had at the bistro and the staff was also great there too , would highly recommend for anyone to stay here .

Great location The second night (of the 3 night stay) they did not clean my room nor exchanged the towels. I got extra towels after requesting from the front desk; while the old towels piled up in the bathroom floor. May be house keeping staffs were shortages due to Mother’s Day. Ice machine on my floor was broken

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a bar/restaurant, but it was something that we did not use while we stayed here. The room was fantastic and was everything that we needed. Very clean hotel overall. Would recommend this hotel to others.

The room was dark and cold which is exactly what you want on a long road trip. Customer service was unbeatable at this location, healthy food less than five minutes away that I will never forget. (ND Cafe & Nancy's Sky Diner), 5 minutes down Lamar there is hiking and a huge playground for the kiddos. Cannot beat this place for the price!

There was a party going on in the room next to us which totally ruined our travel plans. We wound up having to leave the hotel at 1:30 AM and resume our travel to Memphis. Our stay the night before was fine and the front desk staff was great. I can’t say the same for last night. The clerk didn’t seem at all interested in quieting the other guests down. Very disappointed!

Surroundings outside beautiful!! No free breakfast to expensive . No place to go eat within walking distance from motel. Checkout was confusing because we used booking. Com. Our deposit not handled right. We charged nothing to the room. Checked out finally with no extra charges. Don’t like side chair in room my husband was uncomfortable, no where’s to set coffe by chair. Lighting for reading not adequate.

It was a nice clean hotel staff was nice only problem was that they sold my room and put me in a smaller room which I didn’t think was right. Why reserve the room for months a head just so they can sell it. They did make up on it but still as big as a family I have it would had been nice to have the suit I had reserved.

It was in a good area Property itself was fine. The issue was that there were pubes all in my shower and I told the front desk and they never cleaned it like they said they would. I had to clean ur myself.

Still haven’t received my “deposit” back. The man in the front desk as soon as I check out it would be refunded. It’s been over 12 hours and still haven’t gotten it back.

Upon arrival, I approached the front desk to check in. The front desk agent attempted to charge my card for what I assumed was a security deposit; however, after my card declined, he informed me he was charging me for the full amount of the stay plus the deposit. I explained multiple times that my reservation had already been paid for in advance and even showed my Booking.com confirmation. Despite this, he insisted that the reservation showed as unpaid and told me there was nothing he could do, instructing me to contact Booking.com directly. I then spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Booking.com, who confirmed that my reservation had been paid in full for weeks and that Courtyard Marriott had already received payment. The Booking.com agent even called the hotel directly to verify this. When I returned to the lobby to complete the security deposit, my card was again declined. I informed the front desk agent that the issue was likely with the payment terminal, as neither tap, chip, nor swipe functions worked. He displayed a dismissive attitude and made it clear he did not care to help resolve the issue. I then spent another 30 minutes on the phone with my bank, only to be told that the problem was on the hotel’s end — the agent had been running my debit card as credit. At this point, another staff member overheard the situation and recognized that the front desk agent was handling the process incorrectly. She intervened, corrected his mistake, and finally assisted me in checking in. While I am grateful for her help, this entire ordeal took over an hour

The lobby is so cool, there's a bar, tv room, lounge chairs, and private nooks with monitors to watch tv. It was a great place for my friends and I to have coffee together in the mornings. They have a cafe that makes food to order which my friends said was good. Christian at the front desk was amazing. We had such a warm welcome, he was very professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond in his service. The rooms are spacious, and we loved the patio area. Even though I was there for work, it felt like such a nice getaway. Will definitely stay there again if I go back to Austin.

The room is clean, very big and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. I wish it has a safe box, luckily I only stay for 1 night so its didn't affect me on this trip. I would not stay here again though because of the shower's door bad design. It open at the end of the Tub so to get to the shower valve to turn on the shower, The shower head is not moveable and its big so I would get very cold water on me while turning it on because the water doesn't get warm right away. They can solve this problem by install a moveable shower head.

None of the outlets worked near the bed to charge phones. It was only one outlet that worked so we had to take turns using it. The refrigerator didn’t work. We had to plug it into that one microwave didn’t work. We had to plug it into that one outlet, the beds were hard as rock. The bathroom body wash container was broken. BUT one thing we really liked was the Starbucks in the lobby.

Okay it is good

The smell of a certain substance started seeping through the vents. In the hallway, it reeked horribly of said substance. We we asked to be switched to another room if possible, but seemed like it was an inconvenience to ask to be moved. Staff wasn't willing to take care of the smell problem.

I have come to expect more from Courtyard Marriott. The room I was in had a broken shower head, under two minutes of hot water, running toilet, and several other bad maintenance issues.

Noisy!! TVs and radios on all night. Delivery truck parked outside my window at 4am with diesel engine running and was still there when I left at 6:30 am.

What i did not like , i was reserved 2 bed queen and they dont have it...that is good..and he gave me the key and when im open the room. Was one bed king side.

Nice clean environment. Lobby and rooms were nice. Air conditioning works great. No bedding in the room for the sofa bed, sofa bed was full of crumbs, we had to call down for it and pick it up ourselves. Next day had to pick up additional toilet paper the room was never restocked. Front desk staff was nice and professional. Easy access to the highway and everywhere we needed to get to.

You booked me into a hotel that doesn’t take pets. I told you I would have a dog with me. I did not get to stay at hotel. 10 pm in middle of Austin on a Friday night and I had no hotel room.

I really liked that the property had an indoor pool and a bar. And I was super grateful of how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was. I only stayed one night, but it was a great stay.

Great place to stay. We had no issues. The description for the hotel was accurate. Clean and safe to stay. Hotel personnel was courteous and helpful. I would book this place again.

But the issues range from: •Key card had to be replaced at least 5x because of deactivation •Toilet was running for the first 1.5 days •No ice machine and the bartender would leave if he saw people approaching needing ice. No one else would help. •A/C was out at the front desk

None of the ice machines worked, no free breakfast and they were limited on supplies in their little convenient store. The hotel keys kept going out had to keep getting new copies. The doctor in the rooms are a little dated and the bathroom didn't look so clean either.

There’s some ants in my bathroom, and someone laughing around 1:00a.m outside of my room(my room is on first floor)which makes me feel unsafe, I strongly suggest that travelers select higher floor. Overall, this hotel is well maintained.

The TV never worked and couldn’t call front desk because phone wasn’t working either. Went downstairs to tell manager and sent sent maintenance person. Maintenance did not fix it and told manager again. No one ever came to fix it. Very poor customer service
