I paid for a room with a king bed several days in advance. On arrival I was told that I had to settle for the room with a full size bed..Desk clerk couldn’t help me and manager not on site, called Hotels.com and requested a solution but again, no manager working the weekend.

It was a nice place close to relatives so perfect location. The best free breakfasts I've had. Only complaint is the coffee. It was watered down one day and burnt the next. Room was clean but no shampoo in the bottle. Overall a great stay.

Nice hotel. We got two rooms. One was good, one was dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned by housekeeping from the last person. They made it right and got us a new room. Plenty of space. My only advice is ask for the parking lot side because the highways in the back of the building are VERY noisy all night

The only downside is its next to the highway, you'll hear traffic noise at night when trying to sleep. Though you can tell they sound-proofed the windows, it only works so much being that close to the traffic. Request an odd-numbered room, the even-numbered rooms are on the highway side.

I called the night prior to arrival to confirm the pool was in working order. It definitely was not which seems to be a common theme. I called Expedia directly and the hotel front desk and both confirmed it was fully functional. At check in when I asked where the pool was they advised it was not working and went out over the weekend (This was Monday) I explained the whole reason why I booked here was the pool and the manager said she was reaching out to Expedia for a full refund and we still could enjoy our stay. It wasn't enjoyable, the bathroom was dirty with hair, etc. The breakfast had almost 0 real protein. Had powdered eggs, fake sausage, and even the waffles somehow were wrong with no pre-cook spray so you could peel your waffle off. The orange juice was not juice it was tang. I mean overall the breakfast was additionally another huge disappointment. Ultimately in the end Expedia issued nothing for the issue with the pool as the Hotel had promised and I was fully charged.

Hotel was great and staff was excellent. Only wish we hadn’t gone when there were also several travel soccer teams staying there as well. Which made breakfast hectic in the morning. But that is not the hotels or the staffs problem.

Will not stay at this hotel again. The manager was on the phone placing a liquor order and didn't stop to speak to us when we entered the lobby. She finally stopped to ask another employee to check us in and that woman had the personality of a brick. The room as ok but the AC needed to be services, the shower controls were placed on the end of the glass walled shower where you couldn't turn it on without stepping into the shower and getting wet. Their signs indicated there was a 'vending' area on the floor but when I looked for it there were no machines or ice maker on the floor. On top of it all, without telling me, they placed a $100 hold on my credit card for 'incidentials'.

Definitely won’t be staying here again!! Both my wife and I are disabled veterans, our room was on the fifth floor, and there were zero concessions, zero water, and zero ice machines!! Any time we needed water or ice we had to walk to the elevator, down to the first floor, and hope staff was there to help, which was hit or miss. Worst part of the room was the blinds don’t close!! Our room faced west so we had the sun shining in our room. At night it was bright lights from traffic and nearby buildings. Not sure who thought no blinds was a good idea. Definitely looking elsewhere on our next trip.

The room was nice, and the employees were courteous, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. The indoor pool was very cold and could use a heater. Unfortunately, my family was unable to enjoy it because the water temperature was too low.

Cut tall grass and open up view to walk way walking to store on Lamar and Palmer,it will boost everything.

The room was not as clean. Their was pubic hair in the tub and on the sink were the lotion was. So I washed the whole tub with hot water and body wash before using the tub. The beds were small and very hard. I didn't take any pictures of the bathroom.

I have never been treated so kindly and warmly at any hotel, or any business, for that matter. The check-in process was so easy, the staff was extremely nice, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great! The staff constantly checked in to see if we needed anything, remembered what room we were in, and answered any questions I had. The room was very spacious and provided ample room for my family. The pool area was also very clean and always had towels stocked. Normally, on weekend stays, I have to ask for towels and such, but our room was restocked daily. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. If we ever return that way, we will certainly book this hotel again!

Close to downtown Austin (Zilker Park) and close to the Round Rock Outlets. Relatively quiet area. There was a decent gym and a small indoor pool as well as a large outside patio area. Great healthy breakfast options (spinach and egg quiche, veggie sausage and Udi muffins) as well as waffles, oatmeal, fruit, etc. The bathroom was clean and the room had a microwave, a tall mini-fridge and a smart tv. The only downside: My carpet could have been vacuumed better - I noticed a small piece of plastic next to the bed. Overall, though, loved the place and will def be back!

AIR CONDITIONER REALLY DOES NOT KEEP ROOM COOL, ROOM IS STUFFY. HAIR WAS IN SHOWER AND ON SINK. JUST DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE.

Breakfast was pretty good for being the free option. Sometimes it’s pretty basic, this one was good. The staff was attentive and nice. I was really dehydrated and need rest, there was a jr high school band group there and we ended up by an aspiring violinist. After several hours of heavily mediocre serenades, the staff was very nice and accommodating when we asked for another room. Went to the 5th floor within 10 mins. Will stay at a Fairfield again. And again… this one’s staff was particularly nice and attentive.

Pool was closed, specifically restved there because of indoor pool. When told person at desk the said they could cancel my reservation if i wanted. I drove 4 hours where would I stay. To where she had no response.

The customer service is amazing. Only thing is when I went the pool was getting maintenance done. So no pool. But the breakfast was amazing and also housekeeping.

As soon as we walked in another guest was compaining about the baby bed rail being broken and nothing had been done for 2 days. We still checked in .3 rooms.after we check in we come to find out the pool was closed. The reason we picked the hotel was because it had the indoor pool. There are bed bugs in our room. And room 205 had no hot water... ALL out rooms were hot. The ac is super loud and doesn't cool the room. We all slept with no blankets on thats how hot it was in our rooms. The front desk gentleman Jose Is very hars to hear even at 3 feet away. He literally whispers to guest.i will say beds are soft. If you use their shampoo and conditioner expect to have everything watered down.

We booked two nights and left after one. The walls are paper thin, and our neighbors chose to watch TV late into the night. I don’t think the TV was turned up all that loud, as I could hear the people just talking. They absolutely need to install some additional soundproofing in what is a relatively new property.

Neal was amazing. He helped arranged all our rooms to be next to each others. He make our check in and our stay amazing. Free included breakfast and free parking and very clean comfortable beds. We have large family and they all love the stay.

I stayed for 4 days 4 nights my room wasn't cleaned once no fresh towel. Are you doing check the garbage one time other than that housekeeping was not involved at all.

The room was in good condition. I did notice that the inside of the toilet had residue upon arrival. I also noticed makeup on the white comforter, overall we had a good stay.

We arrived but was turned away because the desk employee said they did not accept Chime as payment. There was nothing anywhere posted online to give this warning. We’ve never had issues with this before and had to search last minute on a busy weekend and pay a much higher rate because we were turned away

Key property equipment needs maintenance. The hotel has two elevators and one of them was permanently not available for 6 days. We were informed that it has been down for weeks. Only one slow elevator was left to share between cleaning staff and hotel guests. Really not acceptable. All other items were reasonably provided.

The ice makers weren’t working, only one elevator was working, the pool was not open, our carpet was wet when we arrived and made the room smell funny all weekend. There were no extra plugs for my devices. I had to unplug lights to plug my stuff in which was inconvenient.

Jose at the front desk really made a difference in our experience. We're grateful for such an easy check-in with all the information provided. He's has wonderful customer service which is most important these days.

Niel was super friendly and helpful.

The entire time we were there no one ever cleaned our room, took out the trash, replaced the linens, brought new towels. Every soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The sofa in our king suite was hard as a rock. The breakfast was cold. It was a horrible stay!

Noisey neighbors on my final night, the walls are thin. Other than that it was a great stay. Great breakfast, coffee wasnt great

Didn’t like the highway noise. Need to sound proof the windows. Staff were nice.

Service is bad. Didn’t give any toothpaste or water or anything in the room. Have to ask repeatedly. Cleanliness of the bedroom wasn’t there either. You could smell the sheets. Not a great experience. Would not be staying here again.

We enjoyed the stay at the property. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the pool was open until 11 which is great because we did get back a little later than expected.

I stay at quite a few hotels and this is the best for your buck in my opinion.

They lied to me they told me I wouldnt get charged for the 2nd day n I did get charged I would never book there again cause if they was going to still charge me I would of stayed there n not went to another place so I got charged for a night I didn’t stay bad bad

It was just right for the right occasion. I enjoyed the staff. Only thing that was strange was the security that patrols around the parking lot ? A little strange I went out late about 3 am and smoked a cigarette by my truck because obviously you cannot smoke in the rooms nor would I smoke inside any establishment but just parked by me and sat there and stared at me. That was strange but didn’t scare me I stared right back haha.

I thought the room with the King bed was rather small for two people. Otherwise, it was fine. The breakfasts were great with lots of variety.

I when to eat breakfast at 858 and it was no breakfast.... I ran a errand and I came back and My room changing before I could check out..l took off early because of the problem. It was supposed be simple.. and the inform me I could not have dog's on porpties on my car....help me understand these issues please.. please contact me

The property felt secure and was overall very clean. It does get very cool inside, but I know a lot of people like that. The only thing I did not like were the curtains. They only have sheer curtains that cover the entire window and you can pretty much see straight out, which bothered me since we were 1st floor and cars parked right outside the windows. Also, the TV and wifi were painfully slow, but not that big of a deal for a one night stay!

What we didn't like is the ada shower, would overflow all over the restroom floor, even to the carpet outside the restroom.

Elevator was not working properly. Usually had to wait for another guess to come down, just to use the elevator.

The stay was good overall. The staff was attentive and professional. The check-in and check-out process was easy and quick. The room was clean and well stocked. The only concern I have is the water pressure at about 10:30pm, was very weak and was not adjustable by me using the shower head.

The staff was incredibly friendly. Neil at thw front desk was particularly helpful and kind with my children. All of the staff greeted us when we were walking in the halls. The room was clean and we felt safe and secure staying there.
