Everything was great about the hotel, charm of the southern hospitality, the rooms, the live entertainment on the lawn and the food was yummy. The only slightly negative thing I could say about it is that I don’t love carpet in hotel room rooms and the music came on by the pool by 10 AM on Saturday and we heard it inside our room

Gorgeous property, well maintained, room was spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. I appreciated the wonderful pillows and linens used on the beds. That there was only a valet option to park.

My daughter and I stayed for UT orientation and it was perfect. The food, the bar, the room, the pool, the staff…everything was amazing!

Wonderful small boutique hotel in perfect location and staff was so lovely. Great bar and beautiful grounds in center of city.

They charged me $35 a day as additional fee. This is being dishonest. They did not have body lotion- a standard for alll hotels I’ve stayed in. The ac was not effective in the bathroom. The room had a lot of angles that made it easy to hit your head at night.

Small room that did not have any place to work, but the porch is really nice.

Cleanliness and historic details. Not comfortable poolside chairs at all. I actually hurt myself on one that collapsed.

Austie and Caroline are the best you can’t go wrong with the Ella.

Nice room, great value, parking is tough unless you valet but that's D/T Austin.

And we love their quesadillas in the bar.

Location great. Hotel is in desperate need of a total refresh. Everything is old and tired. Pool area is tiny. Not enough chairs and horrible towels. The towels in the room were actually worse. The food by the pool was quite good

Singer .. it was the first visit to Hotel Ella . The staff , parking guys , maids , Bar staff & Wonderful Restaurant Staff@, Goodalls .. We certainly plan to come & spend time there , we never left the hotel … all the amenities were outstanding .. a very nice respite we enjoyed Immensely .. thank you for amazing stay , Christine R
