    It was hosting the marble show we were attending. There were places to eat nearby. There was no complimentary breakfast and for the price of the stay, I would have expected that. We stayed there because of the marble show, but I’d have wanted to be closer to downtown otherwise.

    The rooms are clean. The ladies work hard to keep it clean. The area has an Olive Garden right across which was nice. The only thing we didn’t like and the most important is the check in counter staff. They are all terrible, not just one all of them they should get trained to do better. It was bad. They are rude and they start laughing at patrons and they have no customer service skills.

    Didn't use bar. Waited 15 minutes for person to come to front desk. Ask bartender if someone was available and his response was should be there. Told representative I had been waiting and told bartender and she said he was to radio her if someone showed up.

    Room was very nice, friendly staff, safety 👌. A big plus is the vent fan in the bathroom to keep the steam away while showering. The only negative is no coffee in the lobby 24/7. Had to pay for the restaurant starbucks for $7.98. Room coffee without cream wasnt very good. Next stay, I'll bring own coffee and creamer.

    It was a newer hotel and clean They double charged me after we checked out, I have the receipt from them saying I owe nothing and then another receipt where they charged the card I used for incidentals. They told me they got a new system and couldn’t refund me, even though they could see I was charged twice

    The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The cashier who made our breakfast was awesome ? Upon check in the lady at the front desk tried to charge us again for the room but I'm guessing this app doesn't allow them to see when you've paid for the room so it's not her fault at all. Also the bathroom light in 310 is connected to the main lights when you enter the room. So in order to have light in the bathroom you have to turn on every light in the room. The shower walls & tub weren't completely clean but we had our own cleaning supplies so we solved that issue.

    Everything was excellent except two issues. First, I did not appreciate that the rooms are not clean daily like most other hotels or at least the front desk should notify you so people don’t place the towels on the floor. Front desk ststed cleaning is done every other day. Second, try to get breakfast but no one was available that I only had time for coffee after finding someone to help me. Will not be staying here again. Thank you

    The room was clean and comfortable (bed a little firm). Friendly and professional staff. The only issue was the patch up work to cover up either a water leak or just repainting. They just painted over wallpaper, which made it look hoody looking. A torn rip on the carpet, which didn't feel that well walking over it without shoes. We really liked the very cold ❄️ room after our Amana thermostat hack to stay on cool during our stay (Google it).

    Be careful in the pool. It’s INSANELY slippery and they have no warning signs about it. My baby was walking and fell straight on his forehead after slipping. We couldn’t even walk around without worrying about falling, so we left the pool early extremely disappointed. Unfortunately we chose the hotel due to the indoor pool (got told it was heated) but it was extremely cold.

    This was an elegant and very comfortable space. The staff was super friendly and even accepted an amazon order for me. I didn't realize there was an indoor pool. The only complaint I have - I reserved a room w a king bed and a sofa bed. There was no sofa in the room.

    We came with a group that booked about 10 rooms. On the first night vehicles were broken into. I had a few cards in my console that were taken and attempted to be used. Thank god for fraud alerts. When asked if we could view footage we were told to wait for management. When they arrived we were told the cameras do not face the parking lot they only face the building. So calling the police or seeing anyone would be hard.

    The reason they gave me was something about 3 rooms not being available and they forgot to take that off the inventory that Hotels.com had. I had to wait around for about 2 hours when I got to Austin to have a rep from Hotels.com help find me another hotel. He got me a room at a Hyatt Place in the area. Hotels.com covered the $175+ difference since the Hyatt Place hotel was more expensive for 3 days. The reason for this review is I'm wondering why Marriott doesn't have a system in place A) to prevent this from happening. B) If it does happen, having a system that helps guests find another Marriott branded hotel in the area. Basically, they lost the money they were making on the 3 nights and now I'm not that excited about booking at a Marriott branded hotel next time. The woman at the front desk of this Marriott acted like there was nothing they could do about it because it was booked through a third party. I tried to explain to her that it was me, a real human standing in front of her that was going to be sleeping at the hotel. Not some "third party". She did not care. It was basically a "I don't care at all to try and help you." attitude.

    The front desk clerk was never welcoming and did not have even a smile or welcoming demeanor throughout the 4 day stay.     The room smelled really bad and the cleaning lady had to come in and clean it all over. It turned out it was the carlet over spilled coffee. I was told there is no other room available.

    They had bed bugs I stayed there the 3 rd but left the 5 th I asked my mom and my family white type of bite marks are they said bug bite marks I left everything in my room I went to the front desk and said these are bed bug marks she said I can get you a different room I said I want to go. She called the cops on me an and my baby . Beacuse the place is nasty never again.

    I booked a room with a king bed, they gave us a 2 queen bed room. When I went to ask the front desk, she informed me that booking through a third party only guarantees a room not the specific room type, which makes no sense to me because why would I book a specific room if there was a chance I wouldn’t get it? It just seemed like they put someone in our room and trying to cover it up. Next time I book through Expedia I hope I actually end up with the room I booked. Disappointing

    Room was nice but a lot of noise from nearby freeway. Went to exercise room, found weights missing and machines not working. Staff was friendly. Kinda disappointed in Marriott for this stay.

    This is a great hotel! Any Marriott I’ve been to has never disappointed! The room layout and design was quite nice and comfortable bed with welcoming feeling in the room. The only thing that was odd was the electrical switch controls were odd, where one switch would be the main switch controlling the over head bed and bathroom light but that’s not a problem at all, I just thought it was interesting. The bistro does have a limited selection and to be honest not worth the price but it’s okay! I wasn’t there to eat. I was there to rest and move on and it served that purpose.
