Third time staying here in Austin. Staff is friendly and attentive. We needed a toiletry item, front desk staff quickly gave us one. Love that coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is always available!

Did not use hot tub or pool. Breakfast was good. Did not care for the omelet or potatoes. Oatmeal was excellent. Would like to have known ahead of time that there was a pet fee.

There was no microwave.The tv was very small and placed on the sidewall next to the bed. Water temp in the shower was a bit difficult to get to the right temp.

Stayed for one night for a comedy show in Austin. Breakfast was good. (They didn’t have traditional breakfast sausage) but the hotel was clean didn’t smell like smoke

When housekeeping came, they remade the bed and changed the trash cans but left the obvious bags of trash next to the trash cans, they did not replace the toilet paper or tissues and both were needed as they were out. Also, one of the new towels left had a huge swipe of blood and a bloody smear was left on the tub while we were out. We asked if the hot tub was good to get into as it looked dirty and we were told someone was coming on the 2nd day of 4 we were there, when we asked if we could go in after the cane, we were told we would have to drive to another facility as theirs wasn’t working. Other than that, it was a good stay!

My allergies were horrible here as animals must have been in the room before and they didn’t clean well. Front desk shrugged it off when I brought it up. The room also had areas where they patched but didn’t paint. Room wasn’t horrible. But closer to 2 stars than 3 stars. It’s too bad because the last time I stayed here, it was nicer. Won’t visit again though.

Everything about the hotel was great except for cleaning the room. The scheduled service demanded clean once every other day but the days I stayed the room was made only a handful of times.

Several things in the room broken and missing. Outlets next to the bed broken and not usable, closet door/mirror completely gone and the bathroom was not well stocked. We had to go find someone for towels and toilet paper. Also, the price when we booked the room, was not what I was charged at check in. Not much we could do about it at 11:00 at night after driving 7 hours to get there.

The first error we noticed in our hotel was the fridge being completely down. I called to the front and Jansen put in an order for a new fridge to be placed within the next day (which was resolved) and offered to keep our leftovers in the front. Besides this, the sink was clogged in our hotel and took a minute to drain. There was no specific vent switch for the bathroom, so everytime one of us used it, the bathroom smelt like *it* for a while before eventually venting out on its own. The smell of urine was very strong in the room after using the bathroom and wouldn't dissipate for hours. Lastly, it was clear the carpet hadn't received proper TLC. I am usually a shoe/sock wearer after the shower, but I got out one night and walked around on the floor and my feet were black. Water pressure was not great. Staff was AMAZING though, I cannot emphasize more. We forgot to pack some things and they were accomodating with toothbrushes, toothpaste, scissors, and an ice bucket because our hotel didn't have one.

The staff was very friendly and competent at check in and the room was ready even though it was just a few minutes after 3. The room was clean and everything worked including the wide variety of outlets and USB ports. The AC was quiet and responded when we adjusted it. The beds were comfortable and the hallway was quiet all night. In the morning the tasty breakfast was ready and the coffee was hot. Checkout was smooth. After traveling for about an hour my daughter noticed she forgot her cell phone in the room. We contacted the hotel and it was already at the front desk and they had called me but the call didn't go through because it was an unknown number. The phone with wallet case was returned with everything there. Thanks a lot for helping her out. There is some construction near that made it a little challenging getting on and off the freeway but plenty of eating and shopping choices nearby. Very much worth the price we will look for it again.

Staff were kind and helpful, welcoming. The room and facility clean and no problems, as was the breakfast. However, one evening I returned and the elevator lights were out. That meant I either had to ride in a malfunctioning pitch black elevator or walk with bags to end of hotel and use the stairways thus was horrible for my fears of elevators and more so my injured knee. On morning of departure, I needed a luggage cart, but they hadn’t been returned from previous night. This is not acceptable.

Aside from that, our stay was okay. The hotel itself was clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, the room never really felt cool, as if the AC wasn’t working properly. Since we were only there for one night, I didn’t bring it up. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but between the initial interaction and the AC issue, I’m not sure that I’d choose to stay here again.

The first night was ok but the second night we had outage middle of the night and room was so hot and we couldn't sleep and also I was working on a project on my laptop and couldn't finish it because it was dark and exhausted due to being so hot.

It was hot outside and the room was not cooling down. I notified staff because the thermostat on the wall was missing lines to be able to tell what it was set on. We turned it down to 67° and it still was not cooling down the room. The area by the fan by the wall had soaked the carpet. I got my house shoes soaked when I walked in the area. The staff was notified of the problem and she said that she would notify maintenance. But it did not make for a pleasant experience when it was so hot out!

Quiet location

Overall , OK, but three issues: Noisy HVAC, not just from my room but from all the ones around it. When they turned on and off , loud noise all night long. Cold air blew up and right onto bed, so you were either warm or too cold. Sticker on mirror in bathroom said daily room service for towels , cleaning etc. Nothing done first day, and when checking at the desk they said service was every other day unless you asked. It was stupid to have a sign up saying daily service if their policy had changed.

This hotel is just off the larger road but very easy to access and conveniently located close to both food and shopping options. It was so nice and quiet! I was very pleasantly surprised! The staff was friendly. The room was clean. I didn't have breakfast, but the setup and eating space/lobby area was nice. The price was great, esp for the area. It's not overly fancy, but clean, quiet, and cheap is always a win.

My Apple air pods were left in the room by accident when e checked out and I reached out to the hotel, I was told if they found them they would call me to send them back, I have received several notifications that they been “seen” and haven’t been able to contact the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Also the pool photos are a catfish, the pool is way smaller as is the hot tub

The breakfast is super low quality and mostly unhealthy. Coffee is so weak it's see-through. The reception people are hit and miss. (the guy was nice) Our King-size suite had a malfunctioning shower/bathtub nozzle; wasteful of water and VERY loud. Super basic on all levels.

Mattress was lumpy, pillows were so small and thick, couldn't get comfortable. Hot water coming out of the bathroom faucet took forever to get hot. Mini fridge barely kept things cold, and freezer didnt work at all. The air conditioner in the room was so incredibly loud and rattling all night long, and really didnt cool that well. No ice machines working excepts 1st floor. Wouldnt stay here again for free.

The ice supply machines on the second and third floors are both out of order.

I had to do laundry at one point and that was the most unpleasant part because the washer and dryer are old and noisy plus it's all the way on the third floor. But you have to get change from the front desk. My stay overall was pleasant. Despite these things. I slept good woke up I felt refreshed. I room didn't smell bad. They had breakfast every morning. I used the gym did some lifting and some treadmill. The staff was really friendly everyone down to the maintenance man..

Our stay was pretty good. Clean hotel, friendly staff. The elevator did break while we were there, and we were on the 3rd floor, as well as our ice maker breaking and having to trek the stairs to the first floor, but just a few minor inconveniences. Overall great stay!

A little far from downtown, but fun shopping and restaurants nearby, walkable even!

I enjoyed the continental breakfast and the coffee/tea available at the lobby. The clerk Michael was very polite and always make sure our needs ate taken care of. The location of the hotel is in a very quite residential area.

The mattress were very uncomfortable but it smelled good throughout the facility and was clean.
