The rooms were very clean and spacious with good A/c regulation. Staff was nice and helpful, free spring water was provided on check in and out.

We wanted a hot tub. They said they had one. NO. Broken!!! Location

The workers were helpful with checking in. The room wasn’t clean as I would like! I did bring my own cleaning supplies. The pool was closed. It’s the summer so I expected that to be open. Ice machine on my floor was broken. The hotel breakfast was pleasant. I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff in the breakfast area!

The back parking space is kind of scary at night for a female. There is no proper lighting, it’s by fencing and grass. There isn’t much parking. there is never anyone at the desk. You almost always have to wait. Breakfast also doesn’t have many choice to choose from.

I'm not sure if they knew it would be a busy weekend, but they seemed short with the breakfast staff. The guys did their best to keep up, and honestly, the taste of all the items they have is great. The biscuits are delish! High quality yogurts and milks, but the pancake machine kept getting messed up and it would cause the circuit to break so they had to keep restarting it. Anyway, I hope that is not a daily issue....other than that all staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I do recommend.

The rooms are really old, when we first got to our room it smelled like wet carpet, we only stayed for one night but one night was enough. Breakfast was fine but overall would not stay again.

This hotel needs a refresh. The elavator is yuck, behind the front counter is messy (tape holding down carpet?), bathrooms were gross in the room. Mold on the tile, dirty grout, mold on the ceiling, and the worst part… a small German cockroach in the sink! I let them know and they moved us. But yuck. The other room had bathroom issues too with just not clean looking. I will say the beds were comfortable and clean so I definitely appreciated that. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again though.

I will never stay here again. It took our school group almost two hours to check in because they didn’t want to accept our state tax exempt form….they said it was the responsibility of the third party booking agent to take the taxes off. I’ve traveled with students for 11 years and this is the first time I’ve ever heard of this. Long story…but they also charge me extra (on my personal card) due to a policy in place by the third party. All around an uncalled for, horrible experience.

This is a terrible hotel & not at all reflective of the Holiday Inn brand name. No hot water. No working WiFi. No working hot tub. Lousy breakfast was not at all what was advertised. Stained sleeper sofa. Stained walls in the room. Water damage in our bathroom & caulk application was gross & sloppy. We could not shower because the water was too cold. I reported it immediately to the front desk & the guy came up to our room & tried to convince me it was fine. He then offered to have us switch rooms but NONE of the rooms had hot water. I know this because my sister was also staying there with her family & they had no hot water. Without hot water, how does this hotel sanitize the sheets, bedding and towels? We asked when the hot tub would be available & he said it was too expensive to repair. Then why is it featured on their website?? We had to check out early & find somewhere else to stay. The front desk said they would refund us for the night we didn’t stay but they never refunded our money. I asked to speak to the General Manager, Marlene Medina, but she refused to come to the front desk even though she was on-site. I was charged $707.85 for 4 nights for a terrible experience that ruined our vacation.

Our hotel didn’t have hot water for the two nights that we stayed. We had to cancel our last night because of this issue. Front desk was unhelpful to say the least. Our room wasn’t cleaned nor did we get towels/toilet paper delivered to the room while we were there. We had to ask the front desk for it at 7 am. All of the “amenities “ were either broken or not as pictured online. Even the breakfast wasn’t as pictured online.I ,not only, will never stay here again but I will also warn people about this place. Our vacation was ruined, we had to cancel the rest of our vacation to go home early and on top of that we had to drive home ,13 hours, dirty… the lack of accountability from the manager was the kicker. She sat in her office and refused to speak with me face to face while her poor employee had to mitigate all of the complaints. Disgusting management.

There was no hot water and apparently it was a problem for multiple days before my arrival. I should have been notified of the situation prior to checking in. Unfortunately it was a secret until we attempted to shower. The manager promised a full refund and provided proof by receipt. We will see if and when it is processed.

Staff was great, but entire floor that we stayed on smelled strongly of weed. Thankfully it stayed in the hallway and didn't come into the room. Breakfast was excellent and the two young men running it kept things filled and clean

The room with separate bedrooms was perfect for our family. I do wish we had been told that student athletes were staying in the hotel. There were a ton of them. They were very noisy at night and we couldn’t enjoy breakfast at the hotel our first morning. We had to leave and find an IHOP.

Check-in staff was for pleasant. The hotel was centrally located around everywhere we wanted to go. The tube in room 110 had rust stain in the tub. Also the water was luke warm, no hot water

This was my 2nd time at this hotel and had excellent service last time so decided to stay again. We arrived at hotel past midnight to be told my reservation was cancelled due to declined transaction and time limit was at 3pm. I NEVER received phone calls or emails advising of this. I even received an email at 8ish pm asking to rate my check in. I showed my call log to the personnel showing no missed calls. What I believe is that my room was given to someone else and I was left without a room. Unfornatently there were no more 2 queen bedrooms and I was not going to stay without a room because I had my two daughters with me and it was past midnight. I had to get a more expensive room ($100+ more) for a mistaken that was done on their part. I will not stay at this hotel again.

You Can hear everything from the outside (hall) There were some cars that left at 3-4am one of the bights, and they started their engines in front of our room, with the lights on for about 20min. Engine was súper loud and didn't let me sleep. They were also chatting with some people and being loud. Will have loved that there were a security guy that would ask them to leave and let the guests rest

There were bugs, in our room, and the a/c made crazy noise all night long. Changed rooms, because we were with a group, would have definitely changed hotels if on our own. They comp'd one night, but who cares about money when you are worried about BUGS! Both my daughter and I had several BITES!

We enjoyed the very friendly staff and nearby restaurants. Dessert in the conference room was amazing. The room was clean and very comfortable. When the AC is off, there is an odd smell that accumulates the longer it is off.

We are frequent travelers and this was our first time booking a Holiday Inn Express and Suites property. I was pleasantly surprised during our stay. Right off the bat, staff accommodated us with a room type change request. We did have a minor issue with a leaky toilet. Maintenance tried to repair but could not; therefore, we were immediately moved to another room. Breakfast was excellent and well stocked. All staff we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The hotel is located in a very safe area. I will gladly return to this property.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. The breakfast had a vast selection of items, which definitely helps when traveling with picky eaters. My children most enjoyed the pool, asking if we could finish up with our other adventures to go back to the hotel and swim.

It is spacious, new and clan room. Pool and jets were inviting as well ! Breakfast was served hot and good choices , eggs, tatter toast, sausage and gravy, yoghurt , muffins and chocolate milk.

This hotel was nice, quiet, and clean. We felt safe and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Only one problem. We were there three days and two of those days our key card quit working. Hopefully someone with maintenance changed the batteries or changed out the key card door opener

This is my go to hotel anytime I go to the North Austin area. There are several restaurants adjacent to the property within easy walking distance. There is a gas station directly across the street in the Lakeline mall on the other side of the freeway. The facility is well equipped very clean and will staff. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to the North Austin area.

We arrived 15 minutes early and lady in the front desk very professional and welcoming, she did let us check in 15 minutes early. Room was clean. Except elevator has some wired smell. Staff was very nice. Parking is available. Will recommend..

Check in was exceptional. Allison was great, very informative & nice. She was so nice that we booked another night. The beds were so comfortable & the room was clean. Pool area was clean & the hot tub felt good. Breakfast was hot & good. Eggs, bacon (yes I said bacon😁) biscuits & gravy, tater tots, muffins, yogurt & bagels. Coffee was good.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express twice this year. Both times we were checked in by a very friendly front desk person who also engaged us in conversation later during the day to make sure everything was going well. Our room at this Holiday Inn was very spacious and clean. I’m sort of a snob about sheets and they use excellent soft linens at this property Granted, this is a Holiday Inn and not a luxury brand. But for the price you can’t beat it. The stay includes afternoon, wine, and snacks during the week and a good hot breakfast. We will definitely definitely stay here when we come up to Cedar Park for a visit in the future.

Im still waiting to be refunded money they charged me “on accident”. A car was broken into right before we entered. The sheets were dirty on arrival, when asked for clean ones they made us go downstairs and get them. The ac randomly turned off by itself the first night while we slept. The door handle was loose and made it difficult for us to open. It was just a uncomfortable stay overall.

The stay is great at the price of $121 per night. For the money it's definitely worth it because the price includes breakfast and I loved the happy hour nights from 6 pm to 9 pm, great idea guys!

He checked me in early and gave me a choice of which floor I wanted to be on. Gave me information pertaining to the property and when breakfast would be and where it would be held. The room is spacious and clean. Mini fridge is a decent size. There are two(2) peep holes 🕳on the hotel room door, one for the adult and one for the little ones. So stinkin’ caute. And in the best spot, right under the counter by the coffee center and microwave. Modern desk and office chair as well a ample seating all over the room. A roller cube seat that is tucked away neatly. Ample closet space with iron and ironing board. The hair dryer is on corner shelf in the entry of the hotel room. The shower has Dove products that smell amazing. So many spots to sleep on..fold out sofa and King size bed. Fitness center that is open 24/7, nice size hot tub, and an outdoor pool that is 6ft deep. This Holiday Inn Express and Suites Austin NW is not far from restaurants, movie theater, Lakeline Mall, carwash, H.E.B plus! I’m excited that the property will be getting a landscaping makeover. Rocks and cactuses 🌵 around the property, parking lot redone(repaved and fresh paint), native plants in the planters at the entry of the building, the pool area where the chairs are redone, and the land behind or beside the pool area will be more appealing.

We were greeted with a smile @ check in. The room was really nice & clean. Bed sheets clean & white! The bed is really firm & neither of us slept good. If the bed was more comfortable we would have given 5 stars. We will stay again because everything else was great. The pool was nice & clean. Plenty of seating & if you’re a smoker you can smoke outside. The breakfast was good, fresh, & hot. Seating area for breakfast was clean! We really enjoyed our overnight stay in Austin.

Staff nice, but there was mold and rust stains in shower, also was not wiped down, dirty. Coffee maker did not work, door kept getting stuck.

The room was fine but it needs some repair work, bathroom shower the ceiling was repaired it i no it well. The AC while it kept the room cool just fine it did not remove the humidity at all, and the last night our refrigerator started having problems and to make sure our food didn’t go bad we had to fill our cooler with ice and empty the refrigerator.

I never write reviews but I felt I should for this hotel. I was in town for a wedding and I booked this hotel last minute. I wasn’t expecting much for a Holiday Inn but I was absolutely surprised at how great the hotel was. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff is polite and accommodating. The pool area is older but once they update that I think this is bar far the best Holiday inn that I have stayed at in any city.

Very comfortable beds, which is hard to find at any hotel. The Only downside was the pancake machine was broken

It was very bad experience, the room was smells so bad, and when we woke up in the morning, we went down around 8:30 am, there was no breakfast left. When I talked to the manager she sqid its a busy day. An acceptable reason.

We arrived relatively late at night but the staff who took care of our check in was so kind, pleasant and efficient. The property is nicely renovated and clean.

It was nice and clean and quiet. The location is awesome.

Booked the wrong date on the app and hotel.com customer service stated “we are unable to help you. Contact the hotel directly.” Contacted hotel and they refused to help since it was third party so they refused to help me instead of doing the right thing and helping me fix the check in date. Done using this app.

Nice room. Nice bed. The breakfast management was exceptionally courteous and professional.

The staff was always friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. We did lack some bedding for the pull-out couch, but the night staff was very quick to supply what we needed.

The latch on the door did not work. Housekeeping when into the room twice while they had said there would be no housekeeping unless we notified them.

Great property, great staff, very clean and quiet, great location adjacent to 2 restaurants, a service station, and across the street from the mall. Included hot breakfast buffet and parking. I will be back.

Clean, well maintained property with attentive staff. I utilized the business center and the fitness room during my stay and both were clean and well equipped. Property has two restaurants adjacent to it's parking lot, with a gas station and convenience store across the street. There is a shopping mall across the highway. The hot breakfast buffet was great, along with the free parking on site. I will stay at this property again.
