The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bedroom gets DARK and is reasonably soundproofed from the sounds of the city. The location is great, with a bodega and several restaurants and bars nearby. We also made good use of the kitchen. Living area needs curtains in front of the sliding glass door for privacy (I can see right into the apartments across the street, and they can almost certainly see me!). Need at least one additional towel hook in bathroom. The handles of the cookware in the kitchen get too hot to handle while cooking, so likely should either switch to a different brand or provide kitchen towels for handling the pots.

Location was accessible to shopping and restaurants by foot. Easy in and out to main roads. Exceptionally clean and felt safe. Staff were all kind and professional. Pool area was aesthetically nice. No real views. Faced other buildings. Pool area was gorgeous BUT not covered all the seating were drenched from early morning rains and no provided towels anywhere. Floors were extremely slippery materials outside pool area. Needed to request towels and a set of blankets and took 5-6hours to receive. Great balcony with zero chairs. No tv in the bedroom. Bed was hard and squeaky and pillows were flat I didn’t sleep well. Coffee pods provided however only 2 sugars and two creamers available. No ice maker, no filtered water, no bottled water nothing to make a stay comfortable. I wasn’t aware until day of check in of an additional $150 deposit and parking is also $25 per day. I’m a local and I was hopeful to enjoy a home away from home. This property felt like a hotel with the important elements I would’ve wanted absent. This would be best for a single work traveler or someone not staying in the room much.

In addition, there was extremely loud music playing on my floor around 2 AM on Tuesday, and I had to contact the front desk because of the noise. Overall, while the location and space were good, the cleanliness and noise level made this a very poor experience.

I've stayed here a few times and it feels like they put the bare minimum into maintaining the building and cleaning the units.

The property was clean, in a great location, had spacious rooms, and all of the amenities one could ask for.
