Very nice hotel, great to walk around Atlantic Station. Do Not stay on the road side of the hotel (17th st). You will not sleep. Cars street race all night until around 3 or 4 am. The sound bounces between the buildings and is not ignorable. Stay higher up if possible.

The room was nice the only thing was the ice maker didn't work and the shower head was a little rusty. I would stay again to see the pool area we didn't get a chance to see it in person..

I did like the rooftop pool, we were lucky enough to also have the pool to ourselves which was relaxing. We also had pleasant and helpful conversations with the staff. As well as our room being clean upon arrival. We did not like that the kitchen wasn’t very useful. We had groceries for our stay and the refrigerator didn’t keep anything cooled, we played around with the settings and nothing worked. The freezer portion was also a problem it eventually got semi cold, but it felt like it was at the temperature of how a refrigerator should be. So that’s where we ended up putting our groceries. Also, the dishwasher wasn’t effective or it was the dishwasher pods, but either way the dishes were just as dirty when they went in as when they came out. And also, the water pressure in the sink in very low. And speaking of water, the shower water went cold in less than 5 minutes. Another thing was that the pictures didn’t really look like what we booked, it states in the booking that there was supposed to be a washing and dryer machine, but there wasn’t one in the actual stay. And if you go through the pictures none of them actually are what was given to us, they are similar in the fact that they have the same style and furniture. However the architecture of how the rooms, kitchen and bathroom were completely different from the pictures. Also the ice machine was extremely hard to find, my husband went to every floor and couldn’t find one until luckily he ran into a employee on their way out and they helped him find one that was actually hidden. Another example is the shower in the picture it was a connected bath/shower what we got was a small separated cubed shower and tub on its own, which isn’t necessarily a problem I just don’t like that it wasn’t what was advertised. We still had a good time and made the best of everything but these are things that definitely need some work!

I had a reservation made & my option was to “pay at property” ! The lady I spoke with stated my reservation was cancelled & it was no other rooms available due to prom .. cardi b concert.. etc .. she stated they tried to call me but my number wasn’t on file . Before I complete ANY booking .. a number & email is ALWAYS needed. I traveled many miles just for all that stupidity to happen. I am very UPSET ! I will not be recommending this location to anyone.

I loved the staff that was on duty. We got held up driving in because of traffic accidents. I called the hotel and Ms. Mercedes was so nice and told us not to worry as long as we arrived safely. Ms. Olivia was a gem also after I pointed out some room issues. She comped breakfast for me, which I told her was not necessary. The valet I didn't get his name was very good. The room was nice but had cleaning issue. Found eyelash left on magazine. The only phone in the room didn't work. The sofa sleeper was broken and finally stains on the bottom of curtains.

I always enjoy staying here. Everything was wonderful for my family and I. I didn’t have anything that I don’t like about the hotel.

The location No internet during my entire stay so I couldn’t enjoy Netflix or any apps. I thought i couldn’t fix the problem by connecting my hotspot to the tv but nope the television was old and that feature was unavailable. I even tried to mirror it to the tv but nope television did not support it. Rey disappointing. Water leaking down the front door from the silver box attached to the door. The bathroom shower had a weird smell like mildew and looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. The bathroom shower was much older, rust on vents. The hotel needs some renovation in the rooms as well as outside of the elevators on each floor. I was super excited about my stay but disappointed once I arrived.

The convenience of the location,walkable shopping and dinning. The restaurant was undergoing renovations, so it wasn’t open.

Akeem who was working at the front desk was very patient and kind! I had trouble locating the best place to park and Akeem took several of my calls to insure I was able to find parking.

Enjoyed my stay will definitely be back. Loved the full kitchen. One of the t.v remotes didn't work and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Other than that I had a great experience.

The property was nice and right by Atlantic Station, where there are so many restaurants and family friendly activites. There was a constant rattling noise in one of the closets but besides that it was a very comfortable experience.

Also, the valet phone number did not work for me to retrieve my vehicle, which caused me to lose time as I headed out for the evening. Also, the checkout time on this site is listed as noon. However, on site, it was 11 am.

This hotel was booked by me and then they emailed me hours later saying that my reservation was canceled. I reached out and couldn’t get anyone on the phone for hours. I partnered with booking . Com and they reached out for over a hour. Once we finally talked to someone at the desk around 4am they still didn’t have a reason as to why they cancelled my reservation after it was booked over 12hrs earlier. We even asked to be accommodated or honor the stay and they said no. They still had multiple rooms available for the same dates and still said no to us staying there. Booking . Com had to help me find another hotel and honor my stay somewhere else. Terrible experience at this hotel and we didn’t even stay there.

Power went out and there was zero communication until I was told my reservation was canceled less than 24 hrs prior

First room we were given didn't have hot water. So unable to shower, they chamged our room. Second room, remotes barely worked and internet did not work. For the price and caliber of hotel expected much better.

Quinn was amazing, but besides him, I was very disappointed. The carpet smelled so bad, even the candles I bought couldn’t mask it. There was a broken fingernail in the utensils drawer, and countless stains on the furniture.

The king size bed needs to be tossed in trash, barely got any rest. Safely door latch was loose, screws need to be tightened. Floors where dirty, I have higher expectations, this stay didn’t cut it!

I loved the apartment feel but the amenities where not so good. The TV was on the fritz the entire stay the bathroom door knob was broken which once notified got fixed pretty fast. The property was really beautiful it was just small inconveniences.

Amazing area and a lovely 4 star hotel. My only gripe is the in house bar (she admitted to not knowing how to make the drinks and it took 40min until I decided to cancel my order) and the front desk was giving me issues about my debit card when I was checking in and I’m not sure what that was about. They kept saying they don’t take “3rd party cards”.

Everyone at the hotel was very accommodating and helpful. There was a problem with one of the doors in our room but there was a maintenance person named Robert that worked there that went above and beyond to make the situation right by the next morning of my stay. Location was also great.

Twelve Midtown was everything! It’s located near shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store. We stayed for three nights during Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter weekend and the location wasn’t too far from the Mercedes Benz stadium. It’s very clean and the decor gives a modern feel. The full kitchen and in-unit washer & dryer are a plus and it made it feel like we had everything we needed in one location. The beds were comfy and clean and I lovedddd the floor to ceiling windows and balcony. This will definitely be my go-to stay whenever I’m in the Atlanta area.

Wonderful hotel with amazing front desk staff! (Wish I got the ladies names) Cleaning of the bathrooms could’ve been better upon our arrival and during our stay. Otherwise, this property is 8-10. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

So I don't leave that many reviews, unless it was superb, and this hotel was superb!!! Everything was clean, staff was so kind and helpful, the food was awesome, and the location was just astounding! Didn't have any issues checking in, getting my car parked, and no complaints on the food. Although the only downfall to our stay was the shower and bath took a moment for the hot water to come on. But overall this was such a pleasant and wonderful stay, I even almost stayed for another night just because how amazing it was!

No sound proof glass, so all the sounds of traffic would be heard even in the bed room area. The ice maker and water from fridge did not work, shower and tub was way smaller than they looked in the photos.

My things was stolen it was the worst

The restaurant was not appetizing and it was quite loud with an interesting crowd, not something we were interest in. The outside is loud from the cars throughout the night but there are no chairs on the balcony so you can't truly enjoy it. They could make the place more comfy with more seating and larger tv’s in the main room. And chairs on the balcony. Perhaps a coffee shop on property. There was also a mildew smell in the hallway and our initial room because of the large amounts of rain lately. The front desk staff was accommodating and kind. We were moved to another room that was a bit better with the smell. I would stay again but there is room for improvement.

Traveling to the property was cery stressful due to unforseen circumstances however, once we arrived Gigget & Quin definitely changed the mood amd made this a very memorable experience!!!! Also, want to give a major shout out to Abby for helping us during the booking process. Overall when we return to GA this will definitely be where we stay!

It felt more like a high-end apartment than a typical hotel room, which made the entire experience feel extra relaxing and luxurious. I loved the location—being steps away from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment was so convenient. It was the perfect home base for exploring Midtown Atlanta, and I appreciated how walkable and vibrant the area was.

We were created first thing my Ms. Shay. She was so friendly and sweet and did an amazing job making us feel welcomed. Our hotel was clean and huge it was just like the pictures described. And we were so close to everything. Everything was so clean and tidy when we came back to our room. We definitely will be staying here again when we come back to Atlanta.

Stay was ok. Would’ve loved to be higher for an actual city view. There was no ice, no chair on patio and no vending anywhere. Couch was very uncomfortable and worn out. Not sure if Peachtree location has same issues but yeah.

I tried to order room service but alas many hotels retired this service during COVID and never brought it back. The helpful staff member who answered my call to Allora, the hotel’s restaurant, informed me that I could order for pick up and pick it up in 20 minutes. I was starving so decided to take her advice. I ordered the Cajun Fettuccine Alfredo and crème brûlée cheesecake. OMG!! I’m from east Texas and have been spoiled by growing up eating the best Cajun food but let me tell you…this was the BEST Cajun Alfredo I’ve ever had! You can tell the pasta is made fresh too. It was chocked FULL of perfectly cooked shrimp, crawfish and andouille sausage. I was not even trippin about the $30 price tag. It’s worth every penny. The cheesecake was good too, not really anything to write home about but not bad. Next time I’m in ATL, I would maybe stay her again. The parking was a little confusing and expensive! I self parked and rode the elevator but decided to not bring any of my luggage up bc it would have been too tedious. Thankfully all my stuff was still there when I made it back to my car the next day. I would, however, DEFINITELY return to eat at Allora! Well done!!

The air conditioning didn’t work. The room wreaked of urine. The guy that checked us out was on the phone with a personal call. Will not be back. No room service. Just yuck.

The balcony was extremely small, did not match with the picture at all. On my reservation it said check out was at 12pm but the front desk told me it was not. She said it was at 11am even though it says on the website it is at 12pm. My points were not applied to my Marriot Rewards. I was told it would be applied but I still do not see it. The bathroom shower was very small ( I am 5ft 1 and very tiny so it was cramped inside shower) and there was no place to place bathroom items in the shower you had to sit them on the shower floor. Very confusing on how to get to the resturant the GPS takes you around the corner to a undisclosed parking lot with no one there to assist you. I had to flag some random person down to help me.

I wouldn’t recommend booking through a third party site because Marriott won’t honor the booking price.they will change the reservation without your consent or knowledge. Pay close attention at check in

I had two connecting rooms The heater in one kept tripping the circuit breaker they couldn’t fix. Moved me to a different room Provided no help moving. Kept bugging us to change the room when I told them my infant daughter was sleeping in the room. The new rooms were also with issues The bathroom door wouldn’t unlock/lock fearing for a child getting stuck in the bathroom. The shower curtain didn’t even reach the top of the tub let alone slightly in the tub. The basics are non-negotiable and for this price I expect way more than basics. I would not recommend staying here at all. They need to really look at their property and make simple basic fixes

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Twelve Midtown over the weekend. Hotel and restaurant staff were all very friendly and the service was fantastic. Our room was very clean and spacious. We will be back for sure.

My friend and I booked a last-minute stay at Twelve Midtown for her birthday. Our room was beautiful and humungous and had a great skyline view. The location is next to many stores, bars and restaurants. The only compliant would be the parking.

We really enjoyed being in the center of shopping and a variety of restuarants.

The location is phenomenal. It is in a very safe area, there are plenty of shops and restaurants around. The room was incredible. It has exposed concrete to give it a loft feel, the design is rather unique which we loved. All of the fixtures, art, furniture, etc. are upscale. We loved this hotel, definitely going to stay at Twelve hotels again.

We were in town for the Atlanta Open. Twelve Midtown was in the best location. We used valet parking Friday afternoon when we arrived and didn’t need our vehicle until leaving Sunday evening.

A BIG Shout Out to technicians Von and Brian who assisted with repairing my television. I did have concerns with the cleaning of the room. Floor was not swept/vacuumed during my entire stay.

This should be a top-end property- I was very disappointed to have a loud mechanical closet in the room (which maintenance said was just how it would be) and then barely lukewarm water at best. The furniture is uncomfortable to sit on for any time, and the phone and one TV didn’t work. Not what I expect for the money.
