No breakfast. Had problems with my reservation through Expedia. Had to switch rooms due to swampy wet smells. Luckily they didn't charge me for parking or the smoke alarm going off. The location although near midtown isn't quite as walkable as I hoped and the surrounding traffic is dense.
- 4.5/5
Staff was very helpful. Location is good, close to the office I was visiting. Facilities were clean and the room was quite spacious.
- 4/5
Property was cleaned, ample parking for middle of week stay. It was for just one night. Nearby to restaurants in the Mid town area

The gentleman who checked me in (I wish I got his name) was phenomenal. He was professional, courteous, answered every question, and was very welcoming.

The hotel is located approximately 15 minutes from the Arts Center metro station. It is a 20-minute walk to Atlantic Station, an area with restaurants and shops. In the opposite direction, a 35-minute walk takes you to the World of Coca-Cola and other tourist attractions. We were there on a family vacation. The hotel offered good value for money and met our expectations. The reception staff were attentive and polite—including a Brazilian staff member who provided us with helpful tips.
- 4/5
Decent room, convenient to downtown or midtown with easy parking, firm beds and friendly staff. Bathroom not as nicely updated as bedroom. All in all nothing special but a great price for the location. Should you need breakfast, lobby snack bar offerings are meager and unappealing. We walked to a neat Diner down the street.
- 3/5
Property is starting to look tattered and worn. Great location but the whole place needs a refresh.

Great location in midtown Atlanta close to restaurants, traffic, GTech, & everything else. Was down for the Carribean carnival for memorial weekend. Despite the rain had a grand of a time. Will be back soon. Ooh great room clean & spacious, was last minute & still was able to get a good price on the room. Staff was lovely!

I booked 2 rooms 3 months in advance and called ahead to confirm adjoining rooms as requested. After a long day of traveling we arrived and were placed in last minute rooms. The bathroom had no fan. Housekeeping was non existent for our entire visit (2 days). Bathroom door was tricky to get out of when fully shut. The staff gave us a handwritten pass for the dashboard of our vehicle to ensure we would not be towed. I would not recommend and would not stay here again. Cable TV at this hotel sucks. We also encountered a random straggler that was rude and angry at not being able to access the parking lot.

The front desk guy was very nice and with very good customer-service attitude. The location was convenient. We chose the unit that included breakfast. In the second morning, the lady at the breakfast bar told us that we were only allowed to order the cold items. Cigarette smoke was heavy in the hallway. We saw through the window cigarette was dropping from upstairs, because one of the curtains was missing. During our two night stay, it seemed like there was a party upstairs. The screaming, yelling, and stomping sounds lasted until 2-3 am. I would not recommend this hotel to people with kids.

The room is VERY cold! You can turn it off if you want, which was good. The room was clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful! I was disappointed by the breakfast, which consisted of only yogurt, coffee, cereal in a cup, etc. This was my 2nd time staying here, and I will be back again!

Everything was pretty decent, my only issue was that there was no microwave in the room and I had to walk all the way down to the end of the hallway to use one.

The hotel was in a great location to attend a concert at Bobby Dodd Stadium. It was simply a 20 min walk. The hotel was fine for the most part. Our only gripe was that our room had a musty odor on arrival. We soon realized it was due to the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. So taking hot showers were a little unbearable and the musty odor just got worse over the course of the trip.
- 5/5
No comments everything was 5 star
- 1/5
Pestered by staff for a malfunctioning fire alarm. On top of this, laundry machine is broken with no notice before payment.
- 4/5
I liked that it was close enough to Bobby Dodd Stadium that the Uber over was only 5 minutes. The breakfast was very good. The atmosphere and the staff were nice. Parking was easy and convenient. We were not a huge fan of the beds. We didn’t find them super comfortable but it was okay for a one night stay. The shower seemed like it wasn’t thoroughly clean because there were a few hairs that were still on the edges when we first got to the room. The room also had somewhat of a smell like it hadn’t been aired out for a while. I would give the room a 6/10.

Everything about this place was great, especially for the price! Hotel, staff, bed comfort, water pressure- all great. The only thing is how loud the Highway was. I’m a light sleeper so my husband slept great, I barely got any. I don’t know if it would help to request a room on the other side, it couldn’t hurt. Ease to get here and its location are another plus gator. The young man checking everyone in was wonderful at handling the long line I walked into, everyone checking in at once for a concert. Very professional and patient.

The AC in the second room, #707, had been set at 61. I turned the heat on. Later, my husband turned AC back on and a terrible sour odor came out of it. Scared it was a health hazard, he turned it off. The tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in decades. It had a hole under the overflow and by the drain. "Maintenance" came and said the tub was simply stained. I asked him to bring some bleach to remove the stains. Instead, he did a cursory wipe down of the tub. I pointed out the holes as a hazard and said they needed to be addressed as such. Water going where it shouldn't can lead to black mold. I then asked him to fix the phone. He said that the guy who could fix it wouldn't be there until Monday. It was Thursday. I asked him to go get a phone from another room. He ignored the request. He didn't even pick up the receiver to verify it didn't work. Next, the carpet was filthy. I have pictures of the tub and carpet. If I could have bottled the odor, I would have. I have never left a bad review until now. This place, except for the lobby, did not appear to be properly maintained. Lastly, the walls both external and internal are so thin that it's like standing on the hwy. I could understand the words of my neighbors through the wall.

I booked at this hotel because it said they had balconies. Being I’ve never been to Atlanta that was of interest to me so I could sit outside in the evening. However, when I got there, the balconies are not large enough to sit out on you can only stand. The first room we checked into had hand prints and fingerprints all over the window and a funny smell so I asked to move. We moved to a room without a balcony, but it had a view of the city. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The young lady at the breakfast counter was great! She made me one of the best bagels I’ve had in a long time! Everyone was very friendly, especially Brent in the housekeeping department. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room during the day. He was the swingshift person who came up and took care of bringing us towels, emptying the trash and changing sheets. Overall, a good experience.

My only concern was the cleanliness. The pillowcases had visible stains, the shower wasn’t very clean, and there were stains around the toilet area. The couch in the room also had noticeable stains. I didn’t report it at the time because I was extremely tired and only stayed briefly—Got there at 10pm ish and I had a surgery around 5 a.m. and needed to leave by 4 a.m.

I traveled for a volleyball tournament I had to switch rooms because the first one smelled strongly of mold, like wet rug. And my dtr quickly responded with her allergies The amenities are outdated and need improvement. The bed had a large stain on the side, and the bathroom also needs updating. The AC unit mount appeared worn and in need of repair. There was no proper space to open luggage, which forced me to place my belongings on the floor—something I prefer to avoid. I even had to use the ironing board as a makeshift surface, but it was heavily stained. The blackout curtains and shower curtains needs immediate attention!!!!!! Most of the outlets (about 90%) were not working, so I had to charge my phone using the outlet behind the television. Additionally, there weren’t enough towels or washcloths provided. The iron was also unusable, and the ironing board was in poor condition. The café downstairs appeared to be more for display than actual use, as it was never open during my stay. There were also no nearby grocery stores or food options, forcing me to rely on Uber or DoorDash for meals. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.

The carpets either need cleaned or replaced. A few oddities here and there in the property like the closet was lopsided. No issues with cleanliness. The staff were great. One member was good but very nonchalant. I’d stay again. Not perfect but not bad.
- 5/5
For the most part, everything was great, but their systems aren’t working so smooth I had to go back downstairs a number of times to have my access to my room reset on the card. And upon checking out, he wasn’t able to print me a receipt or confirmation that I checked out, but I did inform him that I was utilizing my metaclasses at this point in time to record this interaction as I did check out before 4 o’clock before 11 AM, which is the checkout time, and hopefully they returned my deposit within a timely manner. I also recorded my exit from the room. The room was left as I found it. Trash was left by the door in a bag. Dirty towers were left in the bathroom and the bed was made, even though they were strip it. I find it mindful to try to leave the room as best as you found it. I recorded that process as well showing that I left the room and a great Standing so there should not be any further charges or they should not try to confiscate my deposit. I entered the room with my glasses recording. I exited the room with my glasses recording. Hopefully they do right by me as a guest of that hotel if so, I will return because it was a great stay in a great location

My partner and I read the reviews prior to our stay, but wanted to give benefit of the doubt, considering our even was right by this hotel. First, the listing said free self parking, that is not true, we were charged $28 per day parking in addition to the fees being $50 more at time of check in than was originally listed on the site. The elevator was scary and jumpy and made sounds as if it was going to break down. My partner found old make up and trash behind the furniture there and we left to go get food and came back and our keys did not work and we couldn’t get in front gate or our room and had to go to front desk to get them reissued. Also the ice machine on our floor did not work and we had to go to different floors just to find ice. Also, pets are allowed to roam freely in this hotel, which I wish that was told to us, given fear of dogs, one lives in hotel and freely walks around, apparently, it belongs to the manager. Breakfast was a joke and not free for the things you actually want.and our room was supposed to have a city view, but we could se a corner of a building and the rest wooded area. Would definitely not recommend this hotel for the working class or anyone that values cleanliness and safety while staying somewhere.

When I asked the conditioner in shower is out and needs to be filled in. I called in at around 8pm on Jan28. The person at the counter responded saying we won’t fill it in till next day morning 8am. I argued it is necessary item and I needed it. I asked to contact supervisor and was told that even supervises are not available till next day morning 8. Somehow after 15-20 min, a person showed up and filled in the conditioner. The behavior or type of response was not appropriate. Secondly, the phone never worked from day 1 of stay. I did complain and I was told someone would come by and fix it. I had to call front desk using my phone. Not worth paying more than $300 per day!!! Sorry about my comments and thought it might help to improve for future use.

staff was great, the room however was not. The room was dingy and this is not anything against the staff, i just believe that the hotel is old. we got locked out of our room everytime we came back, in one instance the battery to the door even died. The room phone also did not work at all. This was a very last minute trip, so this is what was available. i guess you get what you pay for.

Overall good hotel. Very convenient location. Staff was very accommodating. Did find a dead roach in our room as we were departing, but no sign of any live ones.

Everything was exactly what I was looking for, except that I had to limit my AC usage because it was smelling like sulfur, and the room did not come with a refrigerator.

Crummy hotel, average cleanliness, loud a/c, horrible pillows, lazy room service upon request (you had to get towels in the lobby). I will never stay here again. Staff was average help at best.

The saddest part about this entire transaction is that I paid money and I’m unable to get a refund. I had no way of knowing how terrible the circumstances were at this location. I would not book through Expedia without going to the location and check it out for myself never again.

I Booked 4 rooms for entire family and one of them smelled like smoke and the other I found a piece of eyelash on the BR floor. Plus it says free breakfast when I asked they had nothing and I asked for extra blanket they had none and the one so had with dirty I even found a hair on the bed when I first got there. Never again

The room had spots where the facility touched up but used the wrong paint in serval spaces which is clear to see not only in the room but also in the bathroom. The ceiling in the shower had mold from not being cleaned. The staff was pleasant but the room almost gave me an untrustworthy vibe. I stay at the Sonesta’s in LA and never had this problem but willing to give this place another try since the rates and location is reasonable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything was well organized, quiet, and exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the excellent service and care provided. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Sofa had a foul smell. We were under the impression based on our calls to the hotel that we could take our dogs out through the stairs in/out property. We later realized there was no access in from the stairs, making this more tedious. Phones did not work. Housekeeping didn't come to our room. Third floor looked very outdated and dirty. Our room had two lightbulbs that didn't work.

Great stay!
- 3/5
Although the room was ok the bed was very comfy. I was very disappointed No breakfast, no coffee included! Not a bagel, cereal nothing! Was very happy with the staff super nice. just not happy that even a simple cereal bagel, donuts coffee was not included!!
- 3/5
Room was semi dirty but nice size couch and desk.
- 3/5
It was okay! Fine for a quick night stay. Overpriced for parking in my opinion
- 1/5
The bathroom door locks didn't work. The ice box had trash in it. No complimentary water in the rooms, or even water filling machines. Low quality bathroom supplies.
- 1/5
The staff seemed accommodating but clearing the cleaning crew is not doing their job.
- 3/5
A bit dingy but good location
- 5/5
Was a very checkin process.
- 4/5
We were given a key for our room, and when we opened it someone else was in it! When we went back to front desk, we told the man what happened, and he said oh, and gave us another room key . No apology at all. The room had a dirty sock and trash beside the chair. We were too tired from being at the hospital, and it was so late we just stayed. There was no way we were eating the breakfast after that. The floors were nasty as well, and the drain in the shower was clogged. We checked out as fast as we could, and will never use this place again.
- 4/5
The description said there was a bar area, which apparently went away some time ago. Otherwise, everything was very pleasant.
- 5/5
I enjoyed all was clean snd staff polite.
- 5/5
Clean room, early checking in offer was very helpful.
- 4/5
Reasonable price for a football weekend
- 5/5
Good stay
- 3/5
There should be complimentary parking. There’s nothing complimentary. Was not informed that to have room service clean the room, it had to be requested by a certain time. The carpets need to be cleaned or replaced.
- 4/5
Air-conditioning was fine. Only had a yogurt and coffee for breakfast, which was fine also.
- 3/5
While everything seemed to be clean, the room needed work. The finish is about gone off the tub and it made it look nasty. Never could get the heat to work good. We had it turned up to 77 to get what felt like 68 or 69. We have smelt so much marijuana in the halls it made us sick. The hotel staff had to smell it as well. At 6am, we could smell it seeping in around our door. If this is a nonsmoking hotel, I would have thought that meant marijuana as well as cigarettes.
- 3/5
The room was noisy due to the proximity to the freeway.
- 4/5
Competent staff, clean rooms
- 2/5
The hotel is old. No USB plugs in the room. Both rooms had a lot of dust, and the carpet was stained, dirty, and coming up. Paint was peeling from the bathroom walls. The staff was friendly and available. Their excellent service is the only thing good about the hotel.
- 4/5
There was a pay per item breakfast. Coffee was about $3, for example. Didn’t buy anything other than coffee, so can’t comment further.
- 3/5
The room didn’t seem completely clean. There was dust and crumbs around the refrigerator. There was a wet towel in the bathroom when we entered the room for the first time. The heating/cooling unit was noisy. There was a large tear in the drapes.
- 4/5
Clean and staff was friendly
- 5/5
Wonderful clean and quiet stay. Will be staying again. Also it was convenient for cause of being there.
- 3/5
Had to switch rooms because the initial room had not been cleaned. While the bed had been made up, it was clear that the covers had not been changed since there was a bug, eyelashes and other debris on the bed sheets. So while changing rooms was not a problem, it was still an inconvenience that did not reflect very well on the hotel and its staff.
- 3/5
The staff were amazing really helpful and kind.
- 1/5
Basically customer service non existent.

102$ for the smallest room no lights ONLY 4 small lamps in room. THE BED WAS HARD AS A BRICK!I promise you I’m not even exaggerating. Like wow! I’ve been to tons of hotels. Even way cheaper ones and the beds were nothing like this brick of a bed with a mattress topper on it. I confronted the staff at checkout. She claims she has never heard of that before. She seemed shocked to hear the things I am saying. There is no way lol. But whatever. You have a business to run. You have say what you have to say. She did say she will get maintenance to look at the room. Girl he is going to have to do more than look. He is going to need to install and actual room light in there. When I was putting my makeup on my husband had to shine a flashlight so I could actually see precisely. Oh let me mention the food I bough wasted bc the refrigerator did not work either. It was warm. The room was tiny which that part didn’t really bother me too much. The tv does not face towards the bed. Oh well to that too. What really bothers me is I tell her my issue and ask for a simple coffee. No that’s Starbucks I have to CHARGE YOU! Ok girl you know what fine. I don’t see a barista nor a logo WHATEVER! I know one thing- The Sonesta will not be seeing me and again.

Staff very friendly

I love this property. Anytime I’m near downtown or Midtown Atlanta. I stay here. Staff is excellent. They’re very nice and courteous. No complaints at all.
- 5/5
Good and clean. Parking is bad
- 5/5
Quick check-in, friendly staff and didn’t get the staff member who serviced my floor but she had great conversation
- 4/5
Very friendly staff. Nice to have Starbucks available in the lobby. The bed was a little hard, but not terrible. Location was very convenient. The ticket/gate presented some issue with Lyft drivers. The scanner wasn’t working well and was frustrating. Overall, I would stay again.

I thought the stay was fine overall but the gate at the entrance often was not functioning properly. The bedding was stained and breakfast was not complimentary.

Dirty room. Problems getting room cleaned. No laundry soap for two weeks. Try to cancel early and move to different hotel and the property and Expedia was worthless!
- 5/5
All great
- 5/5
Some places say parking is free and some say parking is $28/day. I wasn’t asked to pay on leaving
- 1/5
Ripped shower curtain- bad experience. Never again in this hotel
- 5/5
Hotel was like new, spotless room, very clean and comfortable bed, large TV, great shower and a staff that could not do enough to make your stay pleasant. An Atlanta icon, the Silver Skillet restaurant was a short walk away and a must for breakfast.
- 5/5
Great for the price and location.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and the room was fairly clean
- 5/5
- 4/5
The staff was very courteous. The suite was really nice for the price. The only downside was the tray table was dirty and I didn't like where the tv was from the bed
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
The room had about 4 stink bugs
- 2/5
The whole building smelled like smoke. That carpet was filthy. Would not stay here again!
- 4/5
Only one coffee cup and sleevs did not fit also just the city water taste like crap. I would stay here again parking is 28 dollors but for being in midtown that is the lowest price i would have ever had to pay, but the guy at the frent desk waived my parking fee
- 5/5

The whole parking situation in Atlanta is crazy. Secondly the room was not clean as it could’ve been. The bathroom had so much loose strands of hair I opened the door and I swore I thought it was a gigantic spider. Nope just someone’s pubeş. My tv said WELCOME STEVEN enjoy your stay. My name isn’t Steven. The worst of it is I was woken up at 7:21am with a knock on the door I didn’t answer the at 8:30 another knock claiming to be housekeeping. Check out time is 11. So either housekeeping needs some training or there is some shady stuff going on. I ended up checking out by 8:45 after showering and packing because I felt so uncomfortable. I asked the man was that normal for housekeeping to do that he said he was the housekeeping manager and no. He would “talk to them”. Upon leaving I tried to stop at Starbucks in the lobby and the lady was so slow and had an attitude. I left instead. Won’t be back.
- 1/5
Not clean enough to allow dogs
- 5/5
The room was clean, and staff were great
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable. Breakfast overpriced, (2 cups of coffee, banana and a muffin $25).
- 5/5
Awesome!
- 1/5
After checking in and heading towards the room, things start turning. First off, the hallways and elevators smell disgusting. Like a mix of BO and weed. There are many reviews about the rooms being dirty and being covered in someone else’s long black hair. Mine was too. It’s disgusting, like an employee is purposely leaving their hair over the room, in the sink, in the bathroom, etc. The wall had stains, the comforter had stains, which is absolutely gross. I called the front desk telling them about the gross blanket and they sent me a tiny think blanket, and the man that brought it seemed inconvenienced by me asking for it. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the neighbors tv all night, another neighbor snoring, every step the person upstairs took, etc. This place is terrible. Do not stay here.
- 4/5
The gentlemen that was at the front desk upon our check in was very pleasant. On the property description it says about food available for breakfast and also in the evening time from 6-9 pm . However, when we arrived there was no serving of food. Which we were traveling and didn’t stop to eat cause we were looking forward to eating at the hotel. That was a very big disappointment. Especially with my young daughter with us. So we had to spend unnecessary money to order pizza. And being that I am currently a government employee who is working without being paid , spending unnecessary money was very disheartening. We came to Atlanta from Tennessee for a doctor appointment so money is tight.
- 4/5
Rooms need renovation and there’s a lot of furniture for such a small room. The duvet wasn’t the best but for the price and location it was good.
- 3/5
The bad: the frontdesk guy did not have it together at all. He gave me a room keycard. I went to my room. It wouldn't open the doorlock. So, I went down back to the frontdesk to tell him that. He re-coded the keycard. I went back up to try it again. After a few more failed attempts...a guy comes out and says he's already in that room. I showed him my room number and he agreed they did assign me that number but he was already an occupant. Fortunately, the occupant of that room was kind enough to come back down to the front desk to straighten it out. Both of us were just shaking our heads in disbelief. Also, there were many reviews on Expedia (where I booked my room) that said parking was free with booking the room. That turned out to be false. It was $28/night. Not a great experience, except the room itself was nice.
- 3/5
The check in staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It was just the hotel had a funny smell of coffee and weed that I felt I was breathing as I slept.
- 1/5
Bathroom wasn’t clean.. pillow case was dirty, hair in sheets.. no microwave nor refrigerator, had bad smell in room
- 5/5
Room was fine.
- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
Good value and location for the price we paid. Only complaint is there was a 150$ deposit charged in addition to the room fee that we weren't warned about when we booked.
- 2/5
Was not told of the 28$ parking charge until after checking in. Booked the room for the good price but was over priced after parking charge.
- 5/5
Courteous staff, spotless/spacious room, bed was like heaven
- 4/5
The stay was good, just over priced for average breakfast products that appeared to be continental type food. No visible menu if more was available
- 4/5
The staff was accommodating and welcoming. The rooms could have been a little cleaner. Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel was close to the food, local stores, and the park foe the festival. We eeally enjoyed the cucumber water, very refreshing!
- 3/5
Would be nice to have all the towels in the room when we check in. We had to ask for more big towels and to not have another persons name on the tv when we arrived to our room. Also to get the phone in the rooms working I called twice to front desk and it never ranged
- 5/5
Staff was amazing, rooms were clean and parking was easy.
- 4/5
Cleanliness
- 2/5
No housekeeping for three days ... noticed on checking out its apparently MY responsibility to get housekeeping Disgraceful
- 4/5
There was no free breakfast and the items that was for sale was too pricy and not woth the cost. The frig in my room did not work.
- 3/5
The air barely worked in my room. I also stated for the weekend and didn’t get my room cleaned the entire weekend. The staff was nice and they had good fresh water in the lobby and they had made to order breakfast.
- 1/5
The free breakfast was not free, there were bugs in the room, and it was not cleaned well at all
- 5/5
The accommodations were not a disappointment. It’s what we were looking for.
- 2/5
Room could’ve been better cleaned, housekeeping never came.
- 3/5
We came here for one music fest from Canada, I booked a hotel with a pool to catch a lil sun before winter in Canada, no where on the site does it say it closes. And additionally the website says there is a restaurant on site and there was not. I messed up my booking and when I realized I needed to book one day earlier I called and spoke to someone that worked here for 15 min and he said he booked me in for the day before but when we turned up from our early flight they said there was no changes made to my booking. It was all good they had space but it could have been bad if that wasn’t the case. The staff was pretty good overall but didn’t really tell us anything about the hotel and the breakfast or anything, I asked to talk to the manager they gave me a card that went to the front desk, so we emailed the manager because our room there were some dead bugs and some blood looking stain on our bedding, and we wanted to let them know to change their website as I’m sure other people will be disappointed the pool is closed and there is no restaurant. The manager never responded to our email.. we did get early check in which was great cause we arrived on a red eye so early so that was positive and overall people were chill and there was a cute dog. But just a few disappointing things to mention and things they could be transparent about.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Didn’t have a time
- 4/5
The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. We weren't told when leave or re-entering to use our room key so I was charged $28 which the front desk said couldn't be refunded. Then the 2nd night, our room keys didn't work for some reason so had to go get them reactivated.
- 4/5
Room was clean and housekeeping was very nice. It was nice place to recharge.
- 3/5
Rooms need update and better cleaning
- 1/5
There was no working phone or clock in the room. There was a cockroach in my bathroom. No one came to fix anything or accommodate me. I had to continuously bring up the issue but I was given a late checkout as a bonus.
- 5/5
Awesome location
- 3/5
Room smelled musty
- 4/5
Good hotel
- 3/5
Needs renovation ... looks more like a hotel for the Georgia Tech out town football fans ....
- 1/5
Upon arrival the staff was all just siting around slumping in their chairs and not really engaged. I was given my key promptly. The room was dirty, smelled heavily of Body odor and the tv basically fried while watching late night. I was in Atlanta for a concert at Atlanta Symphony Hall and this location was perfect for walking to and from the show. I would not recommend this hotel. We did not have breakfast as we were up and out of there early and back on the road. The sofa looked stained and the room was filled with a terrible smell of stinky socks or uncleanly people. This was a date night and was NOT anything like described. The only good thing about our stay was the lovely representative who checked us out. She was engaged. She smiled, she looked professional and was a great ambassador for the hotel.
- 4/5
Great location, good hotel will stay again if needed
- 2/5
Damage bathroom, didn’t refill my soap, A/C IS HORRIBLE. Rooms don’t look they are properly clean
- 5/5
Great hotel and great price, everyone was very friendly.
- 1/5
Stained sheets. We asked multiple times for more blankets and towels and none were provided
- 2/5
also, note this is a 'sonesta 'select' which is marketing companies way of saying 'not really as good as an actual sonesta. This brand 'focuses on what you want' which apparently doesn't include having your room serviced unless you are there for 10 days. Property is in great shape. Cafe downstairs? Can only speak to the coffee which was shocking. The staff were nice enough. Ranging from helpful to dead eyed 'i can't help you' cute little dog though.
- 4/5
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay while visiting my son, who attends Georgia Tech. The staff was friendly. Our room had some issues like the tub didn't drain properly while showering, there are some buckled parts of the paint in the bathroom from water damage, and the full length mirror was cracked and taped to the bathroom door with blue tape all over it. It was a little run down and needs some TLC.
- 4/5
very nice and clean
- 5/5
The small hotel is located in midtown and closed to Georgia tech, it is easy to access I85/75. Marta Train station is in walking distance. The facility is clean, staff are friendly. Recommended!
- 2/5
2. The staff were rude and when we requested for coffee pods, we got 2 when the reservation was for 3 people. We were told they ran out of coffee and check the next day. 3. Lights over the sink were not working and wasn’t fixed through the whole stay.
- 5/5
Absolutely no complaints
- 3/5
The phone in the room did not work. Ceiling was dripping water in bathroom. Towels weren’t exchanged. Trash was not emptied.
- 2/5
Room wasn't ready. Hallways feel like a oven. Elevator had food on the floor when we left for the day in the morning, and when we came back at night same food was still on the floor.
- 4/5
Very reasonable price, great location
- 5/5
Our stay was wonderful. The staff was friendly, the place was clean & location was good for our purpose.
- 5/5
great location to access mid-town
- 5/5
They suggest this is midtown, but there is about a quarter mile walk before you actually get into the nice district that is midtown But if you have the ability to walk or Uber, you are absolutely not far from lots of activity
- 4/5
Fairly clean and nice bed and pillows. Very walkable to Piedmont Park.
- 5/5
Location was great, and parking was easy.
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms. Lots of free parking.
- 5/5
Clean room, close to downtown and over all a good hotel.
- 5/5
Customer service was amazing. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. I recommend it to anyone! We will definitely book with them for our next stay!
- 5/5
Location to Midtowm and Downtown. Rooms were nice.
- 2/5
We chose this property for being pet friendly. Overall is was decent, the bathroom was in poor condition and the room we were in had an unpleasant smell to it. The location was very nice and right off the interstate with convenient parking at the hotel.
- 5/5
The staff is amazing
- 3/5
Outside and common areas were pleasant and nice. But inside the hotel is really outdated. Service was amazing upon checkout. But check in was unsatisfactory. I was actually ignored up on walking up to the desk because the employee was on there phone. I was treated like I was an annoyance.
- 5/5
Had a great time there the staff was fantastic and very helpful, i will definitely be coming back
- 5/5
The hotel is outdated.
- 4/5
The stay was nice.
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Will be repeat customer.
- 4/5
It was a pretty decent stay for the price.
- 3/5
The position of the bed and TV where at an angle of 90 degrees, which made watching TV in bed impossible!
- 3/5
The stay was okay. Nothing to rave about. I was upset with having to go make a request at the front desk daily and then aome of those request not being fulfilled. I had to request an iron since the one in the roo. Was broken. I requested towels and bed refresh with clean linen and that didn't happen the day requested, then when it did happen the clean linen was just left on the bed folded. I had to pay for parking since I had a car but the gate broke after my first day and was never fixed. I was there for 7 nights. I probably won't be staying at this property again.
- 5/5
Great location, nice rooms.
- 2/5
Untrained staff. Miscommunication.
- 3/5
The carpet in the elevator was dirty, we couldn't use the pool. Just wasn't what I expected from what was on the website
- 5/5
Walking distance to the city
- 4/5
Wonderful stay
- 4/5
Was good comfortable beds nice spacious room only bad about room was kept finding hair like when we first got there was a long black hair at pillow plus little black hairs on bed and on shower walls... but if your going to aquarium it was less than 10 min away so that's a plus
- 3/5
I really liked the night staff that was on. And the property was nice not far from anything
- 5/5
This was a great value, really very nice, clean and convenient to midtown . Staff was super!

The front desk staff was very welcoming and efficient. The room was clean and cool with a comfortable bed and everything in good working order. In my room the traffic nearby came through a little loud at times when emergency vehicles or cars with loud exhausts went by. Maybe other rooms would be better? But a pleasant stay.

There is no housekeeping during the stay that is not unusual these days but on the longer stay it becomes more of an issue because they don’t refill your coffee in the room or take away the garbage. Other than that it was fine.

we stay at Sonesta Select because it is close to GA Tech. But this place really needs to update its housekeeping. I was aghast at all the hair everywhere in the bathroom when I entered my room for the first time. There was hair also on the towels that were folded. I called Front desk and thankfully they sent a fresh set. But the bathroom stank the whole time. Something musty. I think cleaned with dirty rag. Their plumbing sucks too. When you are taking a bath, the water does not drain. You are literally stainding in 6 inch of water.

I stay here every time I visit ATL. The staff is so helpful it's like they're a concierge. Would definitely recommend. Place is clean and they are pet friendly. Perfect location and cost. I can go on and on.

The elevator carpet has a bad smell. Other than that everything else was great. Also, great customer service.

Great!
- 1/5
Was the worst stay ive had .
- 2/5
The rooms were not clean at all. And the elevators were also filthy and smelly! I will never stay at this property again! The only great thing was that the staff was very kind and very attentive. However, that does not make up for the lack of cleanliness.
- 4/5
Hand soap was empty both days. White curtain was torn in the room. The coffee station should have more creamers available.
- 3/5
The elevator smelled bad and the carpets were not clean. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was below average.
- 1/5
Location is close to downtown, which is convenient. But it's not every walkable because it's right next to a major highway/road. There's only 1 washer and 1 dryer in the hotel. Luckily no other customers were washing their clothes, otherwise it would have been very time consuming to do laundry.
- 4/5
Needs to have more food options especially during breakfast also the entrance to the parking lot barrier arm needs to be fixed
- 3/5
The staff was extremely friendly! The bathroom in the room didn’t have any hand soap, the toilet and tub was not clean.
- 5/5
Convenience, parking, price

I initially booked one of the king suites but had to change to a double room due to mildew on the walls and base of the tub. The room itself also has a mildew smell. We had a great experience with the staff .
- 2/5
The entire hotel stunk. Especially the elevator - both of them smelt like throw up and pee. The room was good enough but old. I just needed a hotel for 2 days for a quick trip and it was centrally located to a lot of things I wanted to do but I won’t be back.
- 3/5
Staff was very personable. The room was pretty dated. There was no toilet paper and a bottle of cleaning solution was left by the staff. One of the lights wasn’t working. There was a stain on one of the comforters.
- 3/5
The room smell like cat.
- 5/5
The staff was really nice and helpful “.great location easy to walk to stores and interesting sites
- 2/5
Hotel faces the busy highway 85 with not much around it. We reserved a room for 4 people. We had only 3 towel sets and the bathtub backed up the minute the water started running. We were there for two nights and asked that they give us more towels, take out the trash and have maintenance unclog the tub drain. They did none of those things nor did they replenish our room coffee. We’ll never stay here again.

Everything was good at first and the staff was very friendly. I’m disappointed because I had to leave early due to a family emergency and hotel.com guaranteed I’d get my money back and I never received a refund. I was also told I’d receive a call from the manager at the hotel and nobody has reached out to me.

The room had a musty smell the entire stay. The air never went past 68° we woke up in a sweat multiple times a night. The shower had poor water pressure and the tub looked like it was due to be repainted. Housekeeping has to be requested but they won’t come when you request they will show up at anytime they please.
- 5/5
The staff was knowledgeable, the prices were comparable. Working with the reservations we’re very easy. The staff was very kind and served with a smile. Thank you for our stay in Atlanta, Georgia. Our future services will be with your organization.

The pool is very dirty, people smoking in the pool. It is summer, pool is a must
- 4/5
Don't think the AC was working to good and came back to ants all over the table
- 2/5
You have to pay to park here. It’s $28 for the entire stay. You also have to pay extra for breakfast. The check in area was nice but after that it went downhill. The carpets were dirty and stunk. The rooms were ok. Not the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Our AC unit leaked and drenched the carpet. Was not terrible but not worth it for the price once you pay for parking and breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a nice place and a value for the price considering how busy the city was.

Room was above pool and lounge where smoke could enter the AC.

This hotel is a catfish, dont believe the online photos lol. They tried to make me stay in a room that smelt like hospice.
- 3/5
It was okay, I wish they had more dining options

Friendly employees, clean room, very comfortable space

The stay was nice …

I had a nice stay. The property was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
- 2/5
This place has roaches and I know that happens sometimes in hotels with high volumes of people in and out daily but it still startles me as I am not used to seeing large cockroaches, however, the night auditor lady with the locs was helpful and kind about it. I had no problem in the following room. Not sure if I’d be back though, some of the staff were not very welcoming/friendly.

Great for a short stay. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was very nice and clean. Will stay again!
- 4/5
It was very accommodating and conveniently located in the city. The pool was a bit too cold but it seemed nice. The staff was helpful and courteous when called upon as well.
- 5/5
Was peaceful and well organized. I liked my stay. No issues!
- 5/5
My family truly enjoyed our stay! From the pool to the comfortable beds, we felt safe in the big city. Be warned that parking is not free, which that is listed in advance. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Very friendly people staff will return

Great location, free parking

it was cool

Their hotel rooms have balconies which I thought was an interesting plus.
- 5/5
Convenient to Georgia Tech and close enough to walk to Whole Foods. I was able to use Lime scooters to get around the whole time. Staff were kind and friendly. Best of all, nobody bothered me! I felt that staff were there if I needed them but there was no pushing to offer me services and get me to "engage" -- just a good, clean, quiet room.
- 5/5
The employees were very nice and fixed any problems immediately. I will be around here when I come back to Atlanta , it’s only about 15-20 min from everything but about 3 min from downtown Atlanta ..
- 4/5
It was nice. The air condition was the only thing that didn’t get the coldest, but for the location and price it was amazing.
- 3/5
Checked in went to room and it was not cleaned from the previous guess. Went back down explain the situation and was given another room. Wish things were more updated in room as well. However new room was clean and cannot complain. Thank you for a safe stay.

This is a great property… A highlight was one of the front desk employees, Jeremiah, went out of his way to find me some bug spray even though they didn’t have any on hand. Clean, friendly, and great location. The laundry machines on site with apple pay was a big plus. Would/will stay here again.
