Hello we recently traveled with our children for the weekend. The rooms were great the only thing I would say is that they need a touch up on the paint. When we first arrived we switched

The staff made all the difference. Good location, comfy rooms, but really the staff was amazing.

This is a nice clean property that is well maintained with very friendly and attended staff. Location is key and it's close to me museums. The room was very quiet and private just as I expected. I would definitely return to this property.

Amazing stay
- 5/5
More than anything, the staff was extremely accommodating I’m never a fan of having to pay for incidentals upon arrival, and not being informed until check-in. Those things need to be specified in advance.

Clean room and comfortable beds!

Everything was great except for the bed. The mattress and the bedding seemed very worn and needs to be replaced. Otherwise everything else was just right.

There was a staff named Sarah that was not as pleasant as I would have liked. She took both of my drink vouchers and put them in one cup after I asked her for an empty cup to separate them she got attitude. I usually stay at the Embassy suites near the park. Never had an issue at happy hour.

Front desk staff was amazing. They made my stay worth it with their pleasant and friendly attitude. However the lady at the omelette station was not the friendliest and actually became annoyed when I attempted to order avocado toast on Saturday morning. She told me it’s not available with an attitude. When selecting this hotel, I opted to pay extra because this stay included breakfast which is apparently limited on weekends when larger crowds are expected. What a disappointment. Overall nice hotel with a evening vibe during cocktails

Room was clean check in was easy!

At of all the five hotels I stayed in Atlanta This is the best hotel I had stayed at
- 5/5
The building staff was so helpful. They even provided me with a loaner wheel chair. The only complaint I have is that the hallways smelled of marijuana both days I was there. Parking was not included in the stay.

Check-in, on a prepaid room for 3 nights at 3am took at least 30 mins to happen. Apparently we were supposed to alert the staff of our late arrival, which I had never heard of or done before. The time it took to check-in was bothersome. We had just drove 7 hours with a baby to have a great time in ATL. Restaurant on site was nice. Food was delicious. Clean open areas and clean elevators. Breakfast was ok. We didn't appreciate the staff refusing to make more coffee or give us clean bowls when we arrived 40 mins to closing time. Everyone was complaining and frantic to get their food and drinks. Seemed like an easy issue to solve.

Great location for walking around this area of Atlanta.
- 4.5/5
I liked the location and the food at the restaurant was great. Shower tile could have been cleaner. The bed was made but the sheets were dis shoveled which made it somewhat uncomfortable.
- 4/5
The hotel was beautiful with a large clean lobby. Happy hour with drink specials and tasty snacks daily. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a slow drain in our bathroom sink but maintenance staff came up and quickly fixed it. The staff at breakfast and the lobby was friendly and helpful. I love this centrally located Atlanta hotel. Walking distance to Atlantic station and minutes away from tons of other attractions in Atlanta.

Breakfast is a joke, really. Very low-quality food is served, and the restaurant is very busy. One thing or another is missing/empty all the time.

The hotel is really amazing. Modern and clean. Although everything was excellent, what we loved most was the friendliness and efficiency of the reception staff and those in charge of the breakfast service.

Maintenance issues, wrong room at check in
- 2/5
The room was out of shower soap, the bed lamp life was not working. The stains on the door and paint peeled off on the barn door. The mattress was lumpy due to a lack off flipping. It created my sciatica to flare up. The food and coffee was out wen I came down to breakfast. But that omelet worker was such a hard worker, she was serving the people. I truly Love the Embassy Suites, so I was truly disappointed with this Hotel at 290 17th street Atlanta.

The hotel and rooms were as stated or looked when we booked. What you see on the website is really what you get which is a good thing. Spacious, comfy, nice room with all necessary facilities. And really good location. However, the downs were more than the good. Most times there aren’t a lot of receptionist when you check in or at the front desk and that creates a queue. Also, the reception staff (Jeanie in particular - the duty manager) was particularly horrible and hostile. I am appalled that someone like that can be the manager. She was even telling the nicer receptionists not to attend to us well ie, not give us water (eventhough we never had the courtesy daily drinks we were entitled to at the bar). She was just not nice from Day 1. However, there was a particular receptionist, Lazarus who was so kind from Day 1 until we left. I definitely want to commend his kindness and exceptional service provided by him. Another downside of this hotel is that, there isn’t just enough breakfast neither is there varieties of things to eat. Coming from England, I will rate breakfast at this hotel 10%. There isn’t enough staff especially when the hotel got busier, they were running Helter-skelter to meet up, highly disorganised and breakfast exceptionally poor. The kitchen lady who was meant to serve fresh fried egg on the spot even shouted on my kids out of frustration! Never seen anything like it before and I have been to several places. And lastly, the swimming pool looked like something that haven’t been used in years, the water was cloudy and I couldn’t bring my kids to swim in that kind of water. The card key system for the gym entry also didn’t work initially but did in the end but we also kept going back to the reception to reactivate the card. Overall, the downs were more than the good for this hotel and I am not one to complain. Apart from the room not sure there was anything good about it to be honest. I just hope the staff change and help this nicely located hotel still stay in business!

This was my 3rd or 4th stay and I really loved how Embassy made my stay feel personal by having “Welcome Jonia” on the tv screen in the room. The room was very clean including the towelettes, bedding, and the bathroom. I always enjoy the included free drinks during happy hour during every stay. I didn’t like that I had to pay $40 for parking on their property because I’ve stayed at the Embassy by the airport in Georgia and I’ve stayed at the Embassy in Orlando, FL and both had free parking on their property.

The breakfast was good. However, the house keeping was one of the worst experiences thst I have ever had.I’ve stayed at multiple Embassy Suites throughout the United States. This one was not good as far as service and housekeeping conditions.i have a complaint that I am about to address with instructions from one of the managers @ that establishment. I will be contacting Expedia customer service to have this issue resolved.

Check in was easy. When we got into our room, it clearly was not vacuumed -- small trash was evident in the bedroom. The carpet was so sticky so we wore our shoes the whole time.... unbelievable. The couch looked like it was REALLY worn in with stains so we didn't sit on it at all. Bed was comfy. Bathroom toilet was leaking the whole time on the floor, so gross (thankfully its tile or else it would have warped). The shower and next to the toilet had body hair follicles and it was SO gross!! We had a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door, left for breakfast, came back to the maid cleaning our room!!! INCREDIBLY unprofessional and NOT OKAY!!! All my jewelry was on the sink and my purse with cash/credit cards on the table, it could have been stolen!! The walls were super thin -- we woke up the next morning at 7am to kids screaming and could hear the entire conversations of the guests next door -- WILD!! I had to bang on the wall for them to stop screaming and talking loud. We went to breakfast and there was literally overcooked eggs and sausage, spicy potatoes and fruit. The omelet line was INCREDIBLY long (had to wait for 30+ minutes for a 2 egg omelet). The coffee tasted like gas station coffee. The gym was great. The pool was SUPER murky and I was disappointed I couldn't swim because it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

I cannot say enough about the staff two people in particular Christian and Anita because they were not only helpful they went above and beyond to help us in anything that we needed! Also the complementary breakfast and the young lady who made the bar during happy hour was beyond stellar! Will only stay here when we visit Georgia from now on

This hotel gave our rooms away! They over booked and didnt even have the thought to call and inform me of the situation. We drove all the way theee only to find out we had no where to lay our heads for the night. What really makes matters worse is I actually called to let them know we would arrive a few minutes after check in!! I was very disappointed in their service and disregard for my time.

Our stay at Embassy Suites started off with a bump in the road. After traveling for hours, we were told that the room type we reserved was not available. Our choice was to drive to a neighboring hotel which had the room or separate our family into two separate rooms. We chose to take the separate rooms and figured our issue would be resolved the next morning. Unfortunately, we were told that the room was still NOT available. We were instructed to call Expedia. This was aggravating and time consuming. Eventually, the manager of the Embassy Suites did provide us the room we reserved for the next two nights. The Breakfast Bar and the Happy Hour were excellent. The woman making the omelettes was impressive. Not only did the omelettes taste delicious she made them quickly. Embassy Suites (Midtown) has a friendly staff which made our stay pleasurable.

Front desk staff was amazing. Woman working breakfast buffet didn't seem very friendly or accommodating. Only complaint with the facilities were the elevators were incredibly slow and they seem to be going up and down between floors in an inconsistent manner

I called ahead of time and specifically booked the room especially for the indoor amenities and the pool was closed, maintenance never followed up with me or reopened the pool and my kids were upset. Breakfast was cold and we waited 45 minutes for items to be refilled and there were no clean tables to sit at. The wall was thin and I heard my neighbors all night. I haven’t encountered a problem like this at other Hilton’s as a honors member before.
- 2/5
The property was lovely, however, neither TV worked and the engineer only fixed one TV before leaving. After calling the front desk and getting no answer, we went to front desk and changed rooms. The room was never cleaned during our two night stay, and the lobby on Sunday morning was dirty.
- 3/5
They were able to accommodate an early check-in, which I really appreciated and it started things off on a positive note. Ms. Anita at the front desk was absolutely amazing and welcomed us with true southern hospitality. She really set the tone for the beginning of our trip. We were given a nice corner room, which I was initially pleased with. However, when I approached the room, the door was not fully shut. At first, I assumed housekeeping didn’t close it properly, but I later realized the door does not close on its own and has to be pulled firmly to latch, which was concerning. The room was very spacious, but there were a few issues. The loveseat was visibly dirty and not inviting to sit on. The bathroom door was also broken and would not stay closed, which made it uncomfortable when in use. Breakfast was good, but the stations were not consistently maintained. The coffee area in particular was messy, with trash present and items not fully stocked. Overall, I still had a good trip. The location was great, and with some attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this property could meet the standard I expect from Embassy Suites. I would consider staying here again.

- 2/5
The entry to check into the hotel was cumbersome. No place to park while you complete check in and get keys. The garage door only opens with a hotel key. Just a backwards situation. Parking is not optional. Add $80 to your total bill. My room door wouldn't lock. I tried to call maintenance to get help and no one answered the front desk. I had to leave my room unlocked and physically go down to the lobby to report the door. Front desk staff were rude, dismissive and inattentive. As a Hilton Honors member, I should have received my complimentary water at check in. I had to request it next day and still had trouble getting it then. Overall horrible experience. I wanted so badly to like It.

I love the omelet station and the African American woman who prepared them. I also loved the entire hotel. I usually don't book with Embassy because of other properties that were horrible that I had to stay at for my children's sports events, but this location was amazing. I don't shop at Target anymore, but this location was a perfect location for everything--food, activities, bar, etc and within walking distance. We were in town for college tours and I couldn't have picked a better location! I didn't like the first bed in our bedroom. I slept in the first bed the first night and woke up with my back hurting. I switched with my kids and slept in the bed closest to the window, and slept much better. Our room was 533 so if they could get rid of that worn-down mattress, that would be great.

The only thing good about the property was it’s cleanliness and it’s breakfast. Our check-in was at 3:00. We were not even able to access the the room until after 7:00 because “the laundry” was not available and they were running behind. After we finally got in the room to get comfortable, neither tv worked. I called it in the the front desk and maintenance was supposed to come up to check it out. We decided to step out for family activities and upon returning, after 11:00pm, tv still wasn’t working, and maintenance got off at 11:00, the issue was not even forwarded to management. After that we was just over it. We slept and ate breakfast and just hauled out of there as fast as we could. However, before leaving the nice gentleman; who was the morning manager, asked how our stay was and I told him it was ok, but he could tell I wasn’t happy at all. He asked me to tell him step by step how things were because I didn’t say that the stay was great. After explaining the mishaps, he offered and stated that the night stay will be on them and they will issue out a refund to booking.com, so they then can send it back to us. Fast forward 3 weeks later, four customer service calls to booking.com and the hotel, no refund has been issued. Everytime I call booking.com, they say that the matter has been resolved and I will have a refund as soon as Embassy suites take care of confirming some last details. When I spoke with the hotel, they confirmed that the refund has been sent and booking.com just won’t send it back to me. Long story short, I’m over the back and forth, especially since it was an offer to begin with, I just will not be booking embassy suites or booking.com ever again due to lack of urgency.

Our rooms was not ready when we arrived after check in time. The Staff was friendly but obviously overworked. Only one attendant was available to check-in 12 guests in line, plus rooms were not cleaned by 4pm check in. Parking was $25 every time you exited. Patience required.
- 3/5
Apparently my check in date fell on the same day they had a fully booked hotel checking out. I tried checking in at 4 pm, but they couldn’t accommodate me, the lady at the desk took my number and said she would call me when available. I went shopping for a bit and decided to get myself something to eat. I had been in class all day, at 7 pm, I was ready to relax. I hadn’t heard from staff but decided to go anyway. When I arrived, people ahead of me were getting room keys and heading up. I was a little miffed by this as I had been out killing time…the woman who checked me in was very helpful, everyone was working very hard to accommodate us and I understood there are breakdowns in communication. When I got ready to shower, there were no towels, I tried to use the room phone but it was dead, so I go back downstairs. Towels were delivered to my room. Oh, I forgot, the elevator up button was not working, that took some conversation with other guests to figure out. Anyway, the room was way more than I needed, and I got a good nights rest. Was thankful for the night breakfast and cooked to order omelet. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean, coffee was good. All in all, the hotel and staff were very nice. A few hiccups but it turned out good in the end. Thank you!

We stayed at this hotel for one week and had a wonderful experience. The location is very central, close to everything, which made it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The included breakfast was excellent, fresh, varied, and satisfying every morning. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, soft beds, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Not sure who overbooked… booking.com or the Hilton. The room wasn’t available so we had to find somewhere else to stay. The staff was nice and very helpful. Plus they provided a refund. Booking.com helped find us another place to stay. It was just late at night and I had my family other than that, the experience was ok.

It should be a separate container wear tips can go in for the young ladies out cleaning the table. Do there are busting their butts and no tips are being left. It should be a separate container, big enough, where people can see it so they can lead tips for the world cleaning the tables, but for myself, I worked as a housekeeper before and a waiter so I know how he goes to keep in the lobby clean or the eatery area and don’t get any appreciation The older lady with the glasses on who was doing the cooking she had a tip jar, but as her line was getting longer, she was getting a little grumpy. You can tell by the attitude. Yes, she needed some help. Then the fact that the bacon is kept behind the counter where she is and not on the bar. People need to see that bacon it was crispy and cook just perfect.

The shower handle was broken and missing the backing that holds it on the glass door. It was just sitting in the hole and came completely off when I went to get in the shower. Notified the front but no one came to fix it. The white sheer curtain to the window was full of holes/ripped, and had brown stains all over it. The couch also had many stains on it, the walls were dirty and needed cleaning. Whoever was in charge of cleaning that room did a horrible job and should have noticed all of the things mentioned that needed repair and reported to management. I notified the front and showed them all the videos and pictures of the things wrong with the room and all they did was say sorry, did not try to rectify the issues. For $250 a night, I should have been offered some kind of refund or points towards future stays.

We enjoyed the size of our room, the hotel is clean, and the front desk/guest services were amazingly friendly and accommodating regardless of who was there at any given time. The location of the hotel is also a huge perk. It’s so close to just about anything you need. We did have to request linens for the pull out (would be nice if they were in the closet already), and we had to request hand soap for some reason, but the were very quick to accommodate our requests. I also had to complain about the noise upstairs, but they did not hesitate to send someone upstairs at 12:30am and they were also very willing to change my room the next day (didn’t end up needing to because the people above me checked out that morning). All in all- a positive stay!

The staff and building itself was beautiful. The upkeep of the building needs improvement immediately. The floors in the dining, pool, pool restrooms and guest rooms were gross to walk on. They feel and look sticky and piled up accumulation of products. The pool was white cloudy and hair all inside top and bottom, that i couldn't even bring myself to go in oas my ankles. Lastly the gym was wet as well as the machines whick was sticky but I had no choice I need to workout daily. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and sweet. The breakfast food to order lady was so sweet to everyone and greeted all in a loving way. Aja front desk was so sweet and we joined hilton rewards because of her. I would go back and bring my family but I do wish the housekeeping team can help maintain that beautiful structure.

Booked a room here for a last-minute stay. Great experience overall. After having an issue with my first room, I was upgraded to a suite. The property was clean and modern and I enjoyed the included breakfast. Located in Atlantic Station, a walkable area.

The happy hour has the most amazing bar staff. In particular Ryan was so sweet. We learned that in addition to working there she was also a student. She, along with Asia had a positive attitude and friendly smiles. Great place to bring in the New Year. The ranch dip is also top tier with fresh veggies and a nice selection of food on the menu with great drinks and good people.

Asia at the front desk was a sweetheart and was so personable. She welcomed us to Atlanta and also was a concierge in where to go around the city. Beautiful experience. Christian was friendly and we saw him greet all the guests during the happy hour reception. We were thankful for their consideration during our stay.

When we arrived, the sliding bathroom door was off its track and almost fell on my 10-year-old daughter. I let them know because I don't think anyone reported it to be repaired in time. My wife and I fixed it ourselves, and it took us about 10 minutes to do so, and I don't know why it wasn't repaired on time. Another issue is parking; nobody tells us anything about the cost. Normally, when you rent a room in a hotel, parking is free, but they charged me $120 for 3 nights. It's not only a rip-off but also ridiculously expensive.

The lobby was clean and welcoming, and the receptionist was standard. Our room appeared clean overall, but we did notice a few maintenance issues: a broken handle on one of the shower doors, the shampoo container had fallen off the wall, and the refrigerator was so cold that it froze our items overnight. Thankfully, that wasn’t a major inconvenience since it was only a one-night stay. At breakfast the next morning, there were also no plates available when we arrived. On a positive note, the older lady from Orlando, Florida working the omelette station was very friendly and provided great service. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience. We may stay again, especially for a short stay, but a few updates and improvements could make the visit even better.

The staff was courteous. Curtains in the room was broken. Some of the light fixtures did not work, so the room was not as bright as it could be. Both beds were comfortable. Sleeping sofa was very thin, uncomfortable. Extra bedding was not in the closet, so we had to ask the front desk. Continental breakfast was great. Overall average.

The breakfast was good to be a hotel, the rooms were decent far as cleanliness. The facility itself could use some maintenance care. My room was switched 3 times due to non functional reasons. Example heat and toliet to name a few. Staff was accommodating but not accommodating enough. 3 hours without a functioning room i feel like my stay should had been pro rated.

Our hotel room was disgusting. There was feces on the bathroom wall, hair on the clean towels, stains on the sofa and dirty bed linens. Our mini fridge was wedged into a cabinet and not plugged in. We asked to have it plugged in and instead of plugging it in, staff shoved the cord behind it. (We couldn’t access the back to plug it in ourselves) We spoke with staff multiple times of the issues. We were told the room would be cleaned but it never was. We were told management would be notified but we never heard anything back.

Amazingly friendly staff, especially those who made omelettes every morning. Also those behind the bar at happy hour!

Very convienant to local shopping, movie theatre, and restuarants.

Unfortunately the tv in the living room didn’t work right off hand, when we got it on the screen was dark with no volume. The shower was great but the toilet didn’t have enough water in it and we had to keep adding after each flush.
- 4/5
Staff members Precious and Star went above and beyond to help make my stay nice during their property management change
- 4/5
Only thing I would change is add more sofa seating in the common area.
- 3/5
The property overall aesthetics and cleanliness was great, but the customers service/mamagement could be improved. Upon arrival we were told that the property is under new management and that the check in time on my confirmation and what was posted at the check in desk was incorrect and actually a hour later at 4pm. The check in receptionist indicated if we wanted to check in any earlier there would be a $75 charge and there were no concessions for Hilton reward members. I clearly left, but upon returning at 4pm I was greated by customer rep Precious who apologize for the previois encounter and indicated there should have been some concessions made. Precious rectified the situation and checked on me through the remainder of my stay.

We were two adult sisters traveling together and did not feel secure after that incident. The lack of communication and basic security was very concerning. I hope management takes steps to improve key handling procedures and guest privacy so that others don’t have a similar experience.
- 1/5
As a Hilton Honors member I was beyond dissatisfied and disappointed with this property. The room upon arrival was absolutely filthy from the furniture, to the floor, to the walls. While the area is good, the hotel is not and the housekeeping standards are the worst I have seen. The breakfast was good and well stocked with good choices. There is $100 a day incidence fee that the property puts on your card which I was informed for the first time about upon check in. I will not ever stay at this location again.
- 5/5
My city view-amazing. Being in the heart of Atlantic Station was- amazing. I parked my car on arrival & never moved it until departure time. Everything is walkable. Happy hour included 2 free drinks. The free breakfast hit the spot.

Hotel right across from Atlantic Station which is full of shopping and restaurants. There’s a free shuttle which runs you to Marta Station so no need for an Uber. Great staff and wonderful breakfast.

- 5/5
The hotel was very convenient to Piedmont Medical.
- 1/5
Alarm would not turn off and hotel could not nor could the fire department. There was a bug in the alarm.
- 5/5
We had a great 2 nights in a king room
- 3/5
Asia who was working check in was excellent, we had issues with the room, the TV was not working in the sitting area, she gave us options to address the issue. She was extremely professional and courteous. However the room 217 had a major issue we could hear what had to be drain pipes, we could hear other rooms next to us and above us water being drained from toilets and showers throughout the night and mornings before we went out for the day. We had a roll in shower and the water would run over toward the toilet and sink areas. The hotel was clean and had no bad odors ,hotel did run out of kleenex, so we didn't have any kleenex in the room. Breakfast was good, the cook for breakfast doing the omelets too order needs a raise she was excellent, didn't get her name, but she worked September 13th and 14th for breakfast. The sofa bed needs to be replaced. Our stay was okay but knowing embassy suites reputation and our previous stays at embassy suites this could have been better.

Cleanliness
- 4/5
The lady working the am shift on the more of 8/28 was very unfriendly, dismissive, cold, and seemed annoyed to be dealing with guests. However the team that evening and the ladies working the morning of the 29th at the front desk were amazing and almost redeemed the negative of the previous staff interaction. Breakfast was amazing and the facility as a whole was clean and well maintained.
- 3/5
When we arrived at 330pm we couldn't check until after 4...Got into our room not enough towels and the tv didn't work....called and called no one answered from the front desk....so i went down and asked..tv was fixed never got the towels called again im still waiting....And the sofa it was full of dog hair...i sat down and i was covered...This stay wasn't as pleasant as it usually is.But breakfast was amazing especially the omlet chef !!!! She needs a raise !!!!!!!!

For the price, this hotel served my purposed of a place to stay during my 2 day business trip, but I was not overly impressed. Staff was friendly. My accessible room was huge - too big for my needs and the furniture provided, and didn't feel homey. Coffee at breakfast was good - the rest of the food just average.
- 5/5
All Great

The breakfast, the chef was very cool. The young lady who was in charge for Tuesday night's event; Jackie? Very professional and I also enjoyed Bianca. You can tell she cares about what she does.

This complaint is for Expedia and Embassy Suites Midtown! Neither one assisted with rectifying their wrong doings! Upon arriving and going to my room around 9:30pm, it was immediately clear that the hotel gave my family a studio suite instead of a one-bedroom suite. I immediately went to the front desk and was told the fault was on Expedia and there were no other rooms due to the hotel being fully booked. I immediately called Expedia and was told that at first they would rectify the situation but that never happened! After speaking with 3 representatives (a male customer service rep, specialist named Gijham, and a Supervisor named Jacqueline) and being on hold for a total of 2 1/2 hours, I was hung up on by the Supervisor! Now 1am the next day, we had to get another reservation at a different hotel on our own at our expense! Expedia did not value my best interest as a long standing customer! I'm disappointed at the actions of their customer service and the Supervisor!

Very nice
- 5/5
I love the environment. I love how close it was to a shopping center
- 4/5
The property is so beautiful. They offer 2 complimentary drinks and apps at night. Convenient to area attractions. Staff was very helpful. Only issue pool was cold
- 1/5
Staff was rude except the bartender. It was no sheets on the sofa bed and when I asked for some I was told housekeeping was closed. So I had to give my son the sheets off my bed smh. The sink was broken, the couch was FILTHY!! The refrigerator was broke down and dirty as well. Hilton did nothing about it!!! Stay AWAYYY!!

Internet, bed, space
- 2/5
Breakfast was amazing, staff was great, location was good, convenient to Georgia Tech. Housekeeping could step it up. Makeup stains on the back of the bathroom door, scuff marks on walls, queen mattress pad on a king bed. I know housekeeping is given a short time to turn over the room, but management needs to reassess. Maybe take 1 room a day, all hands on deck and deep clean that room. Charges 100/night deposit, not mentioned on the website. Companion's TV did not work first night, no offer to move them to another room.
- 5/5
The stay was great! The rooms were clean and the staff provided great customer service. The staff was attentive and answering our questions and make sure we were taken care of. The happy hour and buffet breakfast was great.
- 4/5
While they were overbooked and we had to wait to.see if they even had a room, the manager went above and beyond to accomodate us. Mistakes happen, it is how we deal with them that makes the difference and this lady was top notch! The FREE Breakfast was fantastic, the dining staff even came out to check that everyone's food was delicious and be sure everyone was done before closing. The parking garage and elevators were even clean and well-kept.
- 5/5
Easy access to elevators from parking. Area is clean and welcoming and puts you at ease just walking around or driving up.
- 3/5
I was so upset ….. I just took a walk to Target before I exploded. I am calm….. she just needed some customer service as my question this time was different and I could not call as I told her earlier, the phones in the room were not working . Room 211 - no phone. Upon return I spoke with another rep who said tomorrow she would do her best to relocate me. My partner arrived after me, and we decided to just enjoy the weekend.
- 5/5
Love the design of the hotel. the direct access to garage from the elevators make it very easy to bring luggage inside and go directly to room. Great location access to everything you need in walking distance.
- 5/5
Service is great. Breakfast is very nice. Location is fantastic. Nothing to complain. Excellent stay.

Beautiful hotel. The parking is way to expensive but hotel is nice. Staff was nice.
- 1/5
We did not get the room until 5pm. Front desk staff (Quin) was not friendly and unwelcoming. The room’s couch was very dirty and the spring mattress under the sofa bed would cause back pain to anyone. Happy hour is from 5-6:30pm daily but they ran out of all HH beers at 6pm. I ended up buying a beer. Won’t recommend it to anyone, especially when traveling with families. The staff doing breakfast service including the omlet station chef were nice and good at their jobs.
- 5/5
This was a great place to stay. We will return and book again.

The hotel is immaculate, the condition and service was beyond our expectations. My wife and I were extremely happy with our stay. The complimentary morning breakfast w/ the chef making fresh made to order omelet was areally nice surprise. Happy hour, in the lounge was an awesome touch. We enjoyed complimentary drinks everyday of our stay. The Ac in the room and every area we frequented, was totally refreshing, especially because we were in Atlanta during a heat wave. Needless to say we will most definitely look to stay here whenever we make it back to ATL.

Overall great stay. My only complaint is housekeeping only came once during my 3 night say and it was the afternoon before checkout
- 5/5
This is what customer service looks like: solutions without excuses or attitudes to make the guest's experience outstanding. This is what brings people back!! I am also giving a huge shout out to the Chef at the omelette station! Her personality was huge and she made breakfast fun!
- 1/5
Could not sleep and they had to move my room in the middle of the night at 2 am. After sending someone to try to fix it at 930 pm
- 5/5
Okay, she can share a promotion with Jackie who is also wonderful. And there was a night manager, who was funny and very kind as well, but I can't remember his name! I'm sorry I can't remember his name! But he is also awesome! The amenities were spectacular and this was the best hotel experience for me. I will tell everyone and their aunties to come visit this spot in ATL. Close by to everything. Only 10 minutes to the arena where I saw my concert and ease of access to enough where you can totally hunker down and not even leave the room for long if you so wish.

Th property was the worst embassy suites i have ever stayed at. We usually rpefer embassy suites due to superior quality and service but the staff at check in was horrible. They did not have any pillows or comforter for the pull out sofa and the pull out itself was in such bad shape that the springs were poking my spine when i lied down on it. We were party of 5 with 3 kids so i ended up.sleeping on the bare floor.

The lighting in the room is poorly dim. Its hard to read and see what you need. I requested a higher wattage light bulb and was told by the maintenance person that they would accommodate. Needless to say, did nothing about my request. Other issues I noted is that the breakfast hours are not fully honored, they closed the doors 15-20 mins before the posted times and they ran out of cups for juice and coffee and didn't seem to care about getting more. The omelette station took too long, they needed two people to cook omelettes for the volume of people staying at this hotel. I've been to other Hilton hotels as a member and received better service that this hotel. I was appalled that this service was just ok. This hotel could also us a refresh or remodel, found the carpets to be old and dusty especially in the corners.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Very accommodating. I requested an early check-in and they didn’t have a room ready just yet, so they checked my bags and recommended restaurants for lunch while I wait.

I had a very pleasant stay. Was granted the early check in and James was exceptional. Great customer service. Only complaint is breakfast. No grits and the juice was watery. Not enough toppings for the oatmeal. Red skin potatoes were good. By comparison the breakfast bar didn’t live up to the Embassy Suites standard.

Locationa nd nearby venues was excellent. Breakfast and eating accomodations were top notch. The amenities and service and cleanliness were very good. Parking and access was simple and we felt secure. The only downsides were the comfort of the mattress and pillows which was sunken and not supportive. Additionally, once-used towels and washclothes were removed without replacement, and required a service call to be replaced.

My family of four stayed here for spring break for 6 days. The area felt very safe, convenient walkable location to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, bowling, movies, coffee shops etc. the room was very spacious, almost like its own bedroom and living area. Microwave and fridge were a perk for an extended stay. The staff were very nice, the two breakfast buffet host employees, one was Mary and I’m not sure the other name but they went above and beyond. The lady at the omelet station was very inviting and personable. James at the front desk was super helpful. My only complaint is the hotel charged $100 a night security deposit. This seemed absolutely crazy! I’ve paid one at every other hotel but never that much or per night. Usually it’s a one time fee. Also the pool was freezing. Clean area and nice but my five year old daughter wouldn’t even stay in because it was so cold.
