The Bad: The hotel is ran by a third party I believe, and after waiting several minutes for some one to come to the front desk for check in, I was greeted by Will who apparently just got back from his marijuana break. After getting to our room, we came across a full trash can under the sink I know we should have called the front desk but we were hungry from traveling all day and just wanted to eat. The rest of the room looked clean so we just changed the bag and left it in the hallway where it remained the deration of our stay. We returned to dogs barking in the rooms across the hall, One wash rag in the room and no tv remote. IF YOU DO DECIDE TO STAY: make sure you get a room on the third floor!! These rooms have laminated wood flooring throughout the whole room and there load! Anyone on floor 1 or 2 is going to hear every footstep above them!!! Also the smoke alarms have a bright flashy light that goes off about every 15 seconds. Its like a plane is low over head.. So bring your eye mask

The hotel was in like-new condition. Very clean. Bill at the desk was super friendly. All good.

Wish they had a hot breakfast that would’ve been a cherry on the cake, but overall very pleasant and clean. Would recommend others to stay here.

Very clean and nice. Have to adk at desk gor plates, cutlery, etc. Did not expect a pet fee, but there is one.

It’s ok if you’re staying for a night, but the property lacks a pool, and any real amenities. The free breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets and nutrigrain bars. The bedding and towels had hair and our bathroom had blood on the wall. The water never got hot so showers were lukewarm at best. Spend a few more dollars and stay at Holiday Inn Express.

We had a wonderful stay here. Bill was so friendly and helpful at check in, an asset to the hotel for sure. Kitchen and room is very nice size!

Also, we had to cancel part of our stay and the staff promptly helped us to change the reservation and receive our refund for the time that we did not use. We would definitely go back if we visit the area again.

Room was clean. Everything was great. I don't think the hot plate stove top thing was working. But it is a great place to stay.

Asheville is dog city USA. Holding that name and being a dog friendly hotel they should have a small dog area or going to restroom or hanging out there wasn’t anything like this. over all 4 out of 5 would stay again for sure price was right

It was a great stay overall but the grab and go complimentary breakfast was missing decaf tea and decaf coffee. We don’t take advantage of the nice kitchenette in the room. Otherwise clean breakfast area with additional vending.

The beds weren’t comfortable but it is a good location for a vacation.

Under the bed, behind the recliner and underneath the A/C unit were dirty. The A/C had half an egg roll underneath. The inner blind was broken off and left on the window sill, only the blackout blind remained.

Rooms are super nice! Sketchy ride up there. Very sharp curve.
