Nice place, great breakfast, clean updated rooms. Pool was small is about the only down side Overall great place.

Breakfast was not good. Everything was OK but the hot food was terrible. The eggs were dry. Some of the potatoes weren’t cooked for what we paid for what we paid to stay there. The quality should’ve been a lot better.

The room was clean. It was a suite so we had plenty of toom. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. It is dog friendly. The decor was very cute all over the hotel. The breakfast was yummy. The staff was friendly. The lady at might was super friendly and helpful. The lady in the morning was also super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. We had a sixth floor suite. The view was even nice.

Starting with the positives, location of the hotel was an advantage for our planned activities in Asheville. Convenient to interstates & attractions. We were greeted promptly. Friendly staff. Indoor pool. As far as negatives, our room was not quite finished on our arrival after the stated check-in time. Our bathroom toilet had not been cleaned (urine still in the bowl). We lost power one evening. TV did not work 2 days of our 3 day stay. Breakfast food was blah. Crowded area for the number of people. Hard time finding a place to sit. Ended up leaving a day early, but told that we would be charged for the additional day. Based on our experience, we cannot say that we would recommend this hotel.

Bathroom was dirty (hair in bathtub, on floor and in sink). Pillows were awful. I’ve never been to a hotel that used small, throw size pillows instead of standard pillows.

I would not hesitate to rebook at the Hampton Inn and Suites Asheville Biltmore Area on Brevard Rd. The hotel has a nice gathering area with breakfast in the morning and a bar with beer taps and wine for evening socialization. Every area is clean and well maintained. And the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone who asks where to stay when visiting the NC Arboretum.

The room was clean and the staff was welcoming. There was a variety of food available at breakfast. The location was adjacent to the highway, an outlet mall, restaurants and a grocery store.

Second night we were there, relaxing in the room, heavy cigarette smoke entered the room from around the headboards of the beds. I called the front desk and reported it. It did go away after a while. Sunday morning, when I went down for breakfast, there was absolutely no food in the containers nor even a piece of bread I thought maybe I could get some cereal but the milk containers are empty. This was around 9:00 AM. I reported it to the front desk, lady. She says we’re not out of food. There’s just not out there. as more people gathered in the kitchen area and saw there was no food. Someone came out of the kitchen and moved some of the empty containers. A while later another lady came, went into the kitchen and came back out and I said are you gonna have food for us and she said we’re heating it up now. I just left.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. My room exceeded my expectations.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was exemplary. The main issue was lack of items during breakfast time. Primarily Sunday morning there were several empty spots. For example no orange juice, apple juice, bagels, muffins and fresh omelette. I was at breakfast around 9 so didn’t arrive late.

Rude staff. Pushy on check out. I was 30 minutes past 11 check out. Puking in the parking lot and they were super pushy about me leaving and not concerned about an I’ll guest. Won’t be staying here again and they should be mindful of who stays at their location. I know people high up in the company, very high.

Our stay was perfect from the service at the front desk from Tammie to the spacious, clean and comfortable room. We were using this a stop over on the way to Hilton Head. Will definitely do this again!

The hotel itself was great. No complaints with the room or anything but the front desk staff definitely left me angry and feeling like I didn’t matter even though what I was reporting to them was also in the hotel’s best interest cause people weren’t following safety rules. I went to the front desk to complain about a bunch of unattended kids at the indoor pool who were doing things where someone easily could’ve gotten hurt such as using the handicap pool chair as a diving board and almost jumping on top of my husband holding my baby and throwing a football all over and almost hitting us and one shoved my daughter but when the front desk staff was approached by the mom of the boys they never showed her the security camera footage to back up what I was reporting and so she could see how bad it was and so the mom thought I was in the wrong cause “boys will be boys” and to make matters worse those boys made a mess running from the indoor pool to the gym and still the staff praised that mom about how polite her kids were cause when the manager approached them they turned it around real quick, making me look like an absolute liar. I just wish they would’ve showed that mom the hotel camera footage of their rambunctious behavior to back me up but I’m the one who ended up looking bad. Still not happy at all.

Everything was great from friendly staff to nice room to better breakfast than any other! We highly recommend the Hampton Inn and Suites in the Asheville Biltmore area.

Didn’t like that we couldn’t close curtains all the way- it allowed a lot of light in from the parking lights. Also our room faced Brevard Road, so it was noisy.

We were not satisfied with our stay. We asked for a refund for the last night since we had no water in the room. We could not shower, brush our teeth, or flush the toilet. Not acceptable for the price we paid. Hotel evidently is doing construction on the pipes. We asked for a refund and were told they will talk with Expedia. Don’t stay here.

My husband and I along with our grandson had a wonderful time. The employees were so nice. My grandson loved the pool! We always stay at this Hampton Inn every time we come to Asheville.

I can’t think of one negative thing to say. The lobby desk couldn’t of been more helpful and one employee named Gift, went far beyond his normal duties.

Great location to the Tanger Outlets. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was good. My only complaint would be the bedding and mattress. The mattress was a 6 outta 10 as far as being comfortable. Thinking bed had 4 pillows. 2 standard and 2 small square pillows. The bedding had a STRONG fragrance, which really bothered my allergies and gave me a headache.

I had to point out to cleaning staff the dried urine around the toilet bowl..which smelled terrible. The bed smelled of body odour and urine. Very offensive,.. in fact nauseating. I saw a coach roach on the floor on my way to the breakfast area. The dark out curtains did not cover the window area… the curtains just covered a small portion on each side of the window. The room was filled with very bright lights all night. The worst hotel stay l have ever had. Counted the hours to get out of there.

We also had our small dog with us and though this facility is pet friendly there is essentially no grass for pets to use to go potty.

We stayed here the Friday night of Hurricane Helene. We were booked to tour the Biltmore the next day. It was a godsend to get off of the road and into a clean room with a roof and a door. The hotel was clean and in good condition. The young lady (and her husband) at the front desk were amazing!

Accommodations were great except a couple of things. First, the queen size beds were firm but made noises every time you moved and that is annoying. Secondly, the breakfast could have more variety (i.e. danishes, more choices for cereal, juice that is not watered down).

I will not be using Expedia again. There are two hotels called Hampton Inn (Biltmore) and Hampton Inn (Biltmore (area). Went to the wrong hotel. My daughter had a blowout and needed a shower asap. We could not drive to the other hotel. It was an emergency. So we ended up at the other hotel. I called the hotel and told me they were completely booked and this was great for them because other people have been looking. So they were not going to charge me. Then they called me back and told me that, sadly, Expedia would be charging me. I tried calling all I got was automated system stating that I was out of luck.

Well spoken nice staff, especially front desk staff (except weird bartender). Hotel has a bar (no mixed drinks though). Nice waterfall in very clean indoor pool. Hotel seemed like new, but it isn’t. Very comfortable seating in lounge. Good place for our family to play board games and for eating breakfast.

Right off the interstate

Hotel positioned itself as “Biltmore Area” which is actually near the airport. It is 20 to 25 minutes in heavy traffic to get to the actual Biltmore area. BEWARE!! NO SHUTTLE also. My last time at Hampton and Hilton affiliates.

It was great stay. The service was fantastic. They were very kind and attentive. The free breakfast was as good as it could be. There were a variety of items; something for everyone even for the picky eaters. I was able to take my dog and the hotel was prepared to receive him. I believe I got the handicapped room and it was conveniently large for a family of 5. They brought a rollaway bed and it was very comfortable. It wasn’t like those cheap spring, foldable beds. The location was centralized. They were was an outdoor mall across from the hotel and grocery store down the road. It was a very nice an experience.

Manager on duty at the time escalated and treated me with extreme disrespect when a compromised credit card causes issues with authorizing payment, ultimately theeatening to remove us from the hotel when we had another credit vard and simply had to call our bank to permot payment to be authorized. Avoid.

Our stay (daughters and grandchildren with me) was perfect for our midway stop to the beach. Robin was most helpful when helping me make reservations with my family in mind. Hotel room and guest areas were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect for kids to help themselves, and those in charge were quick to help. Though we were there for just an evening, I would recommend for those with a longer stay in the Asheville area.

However the lady doing breakfast with short dreadlocks was extremely rude when I asked for a cup of ice because the ice machine on my floor was broken. All other staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay there again!
