Location is good. Room was clean. No one was monitoring the front desk when we arrived for almost 10 minutes. I had to walk around to find employee. Says a "No Smoking" facility but people are allowed to smoke next to the front door causing the facility to smell like an 80s bowling alley. Stairwell needs a good cleaning. Said it would sleep 5 but did not have a couch or cot available. One had to sleep on the floor.

Check in time was 3:00 p.m. we arrived at 5:15 and the front desk said they didn't have any rooms ready after a half hour we got into a room. There was no hand towels or no kleenexes in the room there was cobwebs in corners and slang written on the ceiling. Also absolutely no coffee anywhere in the hotel. The lady at the front desk never got up off her chair, making you look over the front desk. I've worked at hotels and I feel that was very rude. Maybe I should say she was lazy. The hotel itself in the stairwells all hallways and elevators had a very bad odors. Upon entering my room it smells of marijuana. I will never stay there again if in the area.

Save yourself the trouble and just don’t stay here if you have any standards for a living space. Roaches, bed bugs, loiterers, piss soaked carpets, disgusting beds, incompetent staff. Absolutely the worst place Ive ever stayed. Actually had a mental break down every single day because of how terrible this “hotel” is. Here’s a tip if you choose to ignore the warnings, if you argue the temporarily held $100 even a little bit they won’t charge you. I only know that because after I paid it, I happened to hear two other guests not have to pay it.

As in you can't really even blame it, but I don't think this is what you're necessarily looking for. There's a Holiday Inn across the street. This is a rundown place. Do NOT pay more than $50 a night. It seems safe enough, but it is way below average. Nothing personal, but I wish someone had written the review you're reading right now. If you can't afford anything else right now, okay. But don't book this thinking it's going to be clean or comfortable. It will NOT be. I am not a wealthy man, but i'm telling you, don't just reserve this and move on. You will be disappointed and it will be too late.

The room was clean. The parking lot was like a horror movie. There were all kinds of individuals in the parking lot, I didn’t feel safe at all leaving my car in the parking lot with anything in it. I was being watched when I arrived, in a poorly lit parking lot. I parked up half a mile from the hotel to feel like my vehicle wouldn’t be broken into. There was visible prostitution being offered, drug deals happening, dogs all over the hotel, staff had undressed babies in their arms while “checking me in”, and the gentlemen who was working alongside her was extremely rude. I didn’t even dare to see what was on offer in the morning. During a power outage, the only “leadership” was a young girl being berated by a “manager” who was ordering over the phone. My friend and I felt endangered, unsafe, and questioned staying in the car at the local Walmart over this experience. The morning staff were equally as rude when I asked about compensation for not being able to check in until 2am. Once we got to our room, the noise all night was enough to keep a hypersomniac awake - barking from the hotel, car horns, people shouting in the lobby - ALL NIGHT LONG. Other than that it was great.

There was a few problems. The water pressure goes down to almost a dribble while taking a shower. They said that was normal. They had us put a 100 dollar refundable payment down for things we might beeak. They said it can take a week yo get that credit back. We got to our room and toke pictes of a wardrobe stand that had a corner broke out of it. We let them know of the problem right away and the young man said he will put a note in our paperwork. Paint was peeling off the bathroom shower. The sink plug did not work. You could close the bathroom door but not lock it because the door knob did not work. The building had a stale smell. When we left at 7am and no was at the desk. We called their hotel number and no one answered. There was even another couple waiting in the lobby to register and they couldn't find anyone either. Not a place i would ever stop at again.

I received a phone call from the Front desk that pets are $20 a day PLUS a $100.00 deposit. The Room was not clean and we found a bug on the bed. When we stripped the sheets off, the bed pad was stained. I have the photo to prove it. Next the water pressure and hot temperature did not work and I was told by staff just “run the water for a while until it works.” We took plenty of birdie showers on this trip. The TV remote was a dollar store remote that did not work with a LG television. EXHAUSTING. The only bright spot was a very intelligent and hardworking beautiful read headed woman at the front desk who had the sheets changed and problems SOLVED. There is a LARGE 5G tower attached to the property. Ugh. The property can be so much better. We loved the local artwork in the halls and room.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, but had a funny smell to it when first walking in. Not a bad smell, just maybe like the scent of the cleaner used. Being on the 5th floor, the water pressure in the sink was pretty low. The shower was OK though. The fan in the Wall Heater/AC was VERY loud. I thought it was a car out on the street racing when it first started up. The mattress was a little soft for me. Finally, when I was leaving, I had to search for the ice maker (4th Floor), and then it was just about empty when I wanted to fill a Ziplock bag for my cooler. There was no one at the front desk in the morning. Other than the fan being so loud, my complaints are minor. I would stay here again.

The room was fine. The staff was fine. The area was sketchy and that parking lot was the worst. Especially if you had to park in the back. It did the job of giving me a place to sleep. Don’t expect much more.

Blinds didn't work. Onky elevator was extremely slow & I wondered numerous times if this was the time I was going to be stuck in the elevator. No plastic bag for the ice bucket (guess because they knew they didn't have a working ice machine).

Room was fine. Really liked the walk in shower. Hotel is basic, no breakfast & ice machine was broken. Had to go to Ingles to get ice.

Room was very clean. Walls are very thin I could hear my neighbors on both sides. A lot of people hanging around outside. Looks sketch but hotel is in good condition.

The hotel and area felt very unsafe. Very limited parking options. Also front desk never answered their phone for me to cancel and when I called back the next day, they said they couldn’t find me in the system. It was a nightmare so I ended up staying with another hotel.

We requested a change of room, which looked better, but even the sheets were stained.

Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Transient people hanging out throughout parking lot. First floor smelled terribly like stinky feet. Could hear ppl next door arguing throughout the night. Shower was disgusting. Would definitely not recommend.
