Tree Inn & Suites Albuquerque.

Arrived at 6 pm and the staff member seemed confused that we had a reservation. She said she wasn’t sure if the rooms were clean or not we waited for her to figure it out but after driving for 8 hours we were tired. We ended up finding a room somewhere else in a better part of the city.

Booked with hotels.com, paid in advance and when we arrived there were no rooms! Said there were 4 rooms available! Not so much.....

Staff was nice Didn’t get a nonsmoking room as a preference, sheets were thin and cheap, no remote in room to tv, stains in bathroom and toilet. Not a good deal and much cheaper places would have been just a tad nicer. Also no staff in am for checkout. Not even coffee or tea in lobby in am. Like I said, staff was nice and friendly. Otherwise really run down joint.

I think they gave me a room that wasn’t ready even though I had a reservation. When I checked in she said she would have to look for a room.

Air conditioning was working good, but the room not good at all. I will never go back there at all.

Dissatisfied with my stay hotel was dirty and remodeling going on unsafe environment. Didn't accommodate my request.

Quiet and the staff were nice and friendly! Needs renovation, no breakfast, no swimming pool and house keeping didn’t get our trash.

Air conditioner was great.

The property and room was well maintained.
