Hotel Mesa Albuquerque Midtown

The breakfast was virtually nonexistent. I was told by staff that three people one of them who might have been homeless came and took all the sausage within the first 10 minutes. Nothing was left when I got there except dried up scrambled eggs. Absolutely terrible.

Horrible staying, First of alll my keys did not work the 3 nights I stayed there I had to go about 6 times down stairs to tell them . Second when I came inside the room my Tv was not working. Third I went to check out the balcony and there was a whole heroin needle in the floor and mind you I have a 1 year old . I told them about it and they never came up to clean it out .

The staff treated me with no respect. They charged me for the hotel stay that I already paid for in full through Hotels.com.

Hotel had some water issues at check in. People were canceling their stay. Had a wonderful breakfast with bacon. The next morning and the rest of the stay the lady cooking said the hotel was full (it was not) and too busy for her to make bacon. This was a HUGE fail and my only complaint. She lied. She just didn’t want to do it. Shame on her.

My stay here was okay. The bathrooms looked very poor, like the cracking of the walls around the shower and toilet, and the shower literally looked so questionable i showered with crocs on. The room was decently clean, just don’t look under the bed 😂. The breakfast and pool was nice but hearing the worker complain made the experience not as pleasant. I’d give this place a 6/10

This place ripped me off for $180. I showed up to this disgusting property to check in after 11 hours of driving. Not a single person at the front desk for over 20 minutes. I left and requested a refund and they denied it. This place is absolutely disgusting do not go here.

Front desk was asleep right in front of me

No breakfast was provided or even available although it advertised as being included. No coffee was available, the pots were empty.

One worker was working the front desk and was very rude to me upon arrival the room was dirty that they put me in and i tried calling front desk no answer i went down there was a ill be back in 10 minutes sign i started. Stopwatch and wasted 45 minutes waiting. Don’t stay here

Carpet in room 309, is very dirty & stained. The front desk staff were friendly & courteous. Room was satisfactory with towels replaced. Needless to say I was very disappointed in my stay.

I didn't feel safe and the room smelled like musty the staff was rude the food at the breakfast tasted old. This was the worst experience and I didn't even stay but the 1 night I checked out the next day. Still waiting to refund my money .

When I got up to the room I had to have the sliding glass door repair because it was partially open and there were stains on the carpet and the carpet did not look like it had been well maintained. I also had to have maintenance come and put a handle on the sink in the room for the main faucet because it was missing. The front reception area was very inviting but the rest of the hotel was dated and partially under construction and the room that I was assigned was supposed to have a king bed but instead had two full size beds. The staff was very very helpful though and was very accommodating with all of my requests. Also the elevator was not in very good condition and it also seemed that it was not going to be operative at times. In the picture it shows one of the plugs that was not working and the refrigerator TV and lamp were plugged into a power strip. Also the furniture appear to have been well used and or obtained from another property or clearance outlet.

Check in staff did not make us feel welcome, provide any orientation of the property or how to get to the rooms. Treated me like a criminal and made me pay two different deposits one for each room despite both rooms booked on the same reservation. Room was dirty, lamp shades were bent and damaged, no toilet paper and the TV didn't work. I have never had to pay a deposit on a room ever, and this place was so run down. I booked three nights and only stayed one, had it not been so late and hadn't driven 10 hours, I wouldn't have even stayed. Breakfast was good and pool hot tub was acceptable.

First night my room on third floor had no running water in the shower. The handles on the water faucets in the bathroom broke. I went down to 1 floor with faucet knob and was told to go to another room on the same 3 floor on the other side of the building. New room 360 had a running shower but when it came to turn off the shower it kept running. Microwave almost sparked a fire when I attempted to warm up microwave popcorn. New room had broken arm chair on one side. Toilet was low flow. I was charged $150 which I better get back since I didn't cause the issues to the room. Swimming pool has too much chlorine and caused me to break out in hives and red bumps. Jacuzzi bubbles didn't work
