Gave me a room on first floor. Could not sleep through the night. People fighting loudly in hall way. Unwanted guest outside the patio door that was barred for guests safety. Request for new room. Very clean, comfortable with a better view on second floor. No ELEVATOR. Parking had a security driving through the night. Staff friendly no hot tub while I was there.

Pool and spa needs some upgrades!

We got there late in the afternoon and they had our room ready and cooled down for us. Super clean, but kinda old looking outside of the rooms. Great price and location.

TOO NOISY FROM PEOPLE SLAMMING DOORS, KIDS RUNNING THRU THE HALL, TOOK MY GRANDSON TO THE POOL AND HAD TO DEAL WITH SOME UNSUPERVISED KIDS SQUIRTING US IN THE HEAD AND FACE WITH THEIR SQUIRT GUNS, THEN THE TWO MOMS CAME IN WITH BEER IN GLASS BOTTLES WHICH IS A BIG NO, THEN SECURITY MADE THEN THROW THEM OUT. WE WENT TO GET THE SUPPOSEDLY GRAB N GO BREAKFAST FAIRLY EARLY BUT THE HOGS GOT THEIR FIRST. RUDE MOMS LAUGHING AT US WHEN WE LEFT THE POOL AREA. I AM ONE AND DONE WITH THAT PLACE. BTW THE BED WAS LUMPY.

This hotel is underrated. It is a little outdated, but for the price it is clean and safe. We have never had issues here. We enjoy the pool, also.

Stayed here a few times for work. Recommend

I stayed at this hotel for 3 individual nights. The first was OK, the second was disappointing and I found it needed upkeep, and the third would have been canceled if I had remembered the deadline. I traveled with my service dog and was given a room at the end of the hallway - it could be that non "pet" rooms were nicer. The room opened onto the internal courtyard. The curtains were dirty, and there was litter in the courtyard. Most annoying to me was the nightly LOUD partying by the resident workers (working at another hotel) in the courtyard - drinking, smoking, shouting etc and in the morning piles of broken glass and cigarette butts. When I went out late in the evening for my service dog, the presence of men sitting just outside my room, smoking, made me very uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. I would not stay here again.

We had a pleasant enough stay. Some things were concerning, like horrible stains on the bed linens and non-working doors. The staff was really helpful, helping us replace keys as necessary and allowing us to change rooms to avoid noisy customers. It was relatively peaceful and we always had good parking.

Very nice room for the price. Bed was clean and excellent quality. Great nights sleep! Great staycation! Awesome indoor pool! A tad chilly for an indoor, but lots of room even with a lot of other guests. Hot tub looked nice, but there were always little kids in there, so this spot is kid friendly. Good sized TV for a hotel. However, the antenna kept the actual TV from getting signal at times requiring me to go to internet TV for entertainment. Not a deal breaker for me, but be aware. Mini fridge. Desk, small balcony accessed by a sliding glass door, and a couch were nice extras. Bathroom was kinda on the small side. Shower was good and clean with good water pressure, but tub shower combo makes for a tight fit. The property is near an interesting part of the city, but the doors lock at 10 pm and the security patrols very regularly. I was a bit worried about my classic car sitting outside, but I was able to park right under my balcony and after I saw the security come by quite few times in an hour I slept peacefully. All in all a great experience that I world recommend to anyone in or out of town! 5/5 for me overall! Great job Querque! Bravo! I'll be back soon!
