The location of this property is horrible and feels unsafe. I wished I had known.

My only complaint was trying to find things. We knew there was an indoor pool but couldnt find it until we went on a walk around the entire property and found it tucked away in a fitness center at the back of the complex, outside of the ballrooms. The outdoor pool was wonderful. The food choices were limited so we went out to eat which ended up being a great choice. Its close to everything we wanted to see. On our exploration of the city we went to the Candy Lady shop and got to meet the woman who made the "meth" for Breaking Bad and that was kinda cool, plus her shop had amazing fudge!

Friendliest staff Ive encountered in a long time. Great food, very considerate of us having a child and didnt charge extra to park our vehicle on property. Amazing stay

Most the staff was Nice and helpful. For as much money as I spent staying there, the manager should have been a bit more compassionate.

The indoor pool was cold and was not heated like it usually is
-
I remember it as a premiere Hilton Hotel when I was a child in the 70s. It was a fun step back in time for me and now as a Crowne Plaza it’s still very well maintained.
-
I didn't like the breakfast. The layout and asking for food from a server is not my idea of a breakfast buffet. I won't be back.
