The hallway look like it hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. The breakfast was not very good! The location is somewhat sketchy.
-
Clean and comfortable. The pool area was not. No towels available. The whirlpool was green.
-
The room floor was sticky. The refigerator didn't work at all. The microwave didn't heat up. The breakfast was just ok. The staff was nice.
-
The restroom curtain was not enough protection to keep the water spilling outside of the Bathtub. IG seemed like they were in process of fixing and it was left half way done.
-
AC didn’t work most of the time bathtub looked like it was falling apart beds were not comfortable the pool and hot tub were really dirty
-
The room itself was nice and clean. Outside and nearby buildings were a little sketchy, lobby and hallways didnt look so clean or smelled it either. Only thing inside room that I could critique is the metal in sink faucet and other places in bathroom had a bit of corrosion.

We didn't care for the area the hotel was in, but other than that, it was a nice, clean hotel.

Although it was a short stay it was good, the beds were great and the room was amazing!

This hotel was amazing for our one night stay on our long road trip. It is dog friendly, but doesn’t have the smell that I have experienced at other dog friendly hotels. The beds were very comfortable and the room very spacious. The included breakfast was limited but still a nice perk. The parking lot is well lit and security patrolled. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff was pleasant & professional. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast had good choices and plenty of food. Hot tub and pool was comfortable and relaxing. Definitely will return here on next trip to Albuquerque.
-
The only drawback were that the luggage carts need their wheels repaired and the bathroom required regrouting and drywall repair. Past that - it was a good night's sleep and a relaxing atmosphere.

Great comfortable room. You changed my floor from the requested 1st floor. Then gave me keys to the 2nd floor. Shift changed and I was told one door over. We went to the 2nd floor. We were exhausted. Key would not work. Room was moved to another floor up, floor 3. My husband is 80 and very gripy. I got chewed out by him and I couldnt breathe. I know now that I had the flu that leaves you weak. I was collapsing. So back to the elevator, to the 3rd floor. The hotel was awesome. The service desk employees did not meet my needs.

Was an issue with housekeeping. But they did finally figure it out the following day. Very frustrating.

The room was OK but the property was not well kept, there were weeds everywhere. The breakfast was awful!!! They were constantly running out of food and there was no service staff around to let them know. The first morning my daughter wanted pancakes but there was no batter in the pancake machine and no staff around! The second morning there were no eggs and the coffee was cold and no staff around!! Just bad service. Won't stay here again!!

We liked the private courtyard and that we could bring our dog We stayed at the same hotel, same exact room on two separate weekends. Each time one of the beds smelled like pee and like a mattress in a nursing home. The bathroom had brown splatters all over the walls the first night we stayed and when we went back the next weekend, the SAME bathroom had the SAME splatters all over the wall. I don't think the staff actually cleans thoroughly. Room 109 to be exact. We won't be staying at that hotel again.
