Willa Park

Breakfast was really rich. The kitchen staff was really kind and friendly. The location is perfect, quite from the street (no noise) and 500 m from the downtown. One of the hotel staff offered us a broom to clean the car from the fresh snow, very nice gesture. Thank you. A couple of hangers in the bathroom for the towels would be useful. Also liquid handwasher could be replaced with soap. Bring your own shower gel as the ones offered are small. Also would be nice to have English maps and advertising for activities in Zakopane, as only Polish ones were available.

Great location, easy parking and the breakfast is amazing.

Amazing hotel, close to the city center. There is parking so we could leave our car and enjoy the e city by foot! The breakfast was UNREAL! I would definitely recommend this hotel. We could also checkin before our time. The shower was a little small and not high enough for tall people

Good location close to city centre, parking next to house. Greate breakfast service. The double bed was a bit smaller. Something like 3/4 of standard one.

The size of the rooms and the location was very good. It is close to Krupówki street and plenty of restaurant options with zabka around the corner. The breakfast options were limited but also very good. Hotel doesnt have elevators. Need to climb with your heavy luggage 2 floors. But the guy at the reception was decent enough to help us. The beds are weak but enough to give you proper sleep.

Perfect location to explore Zakopane and Tetra Mountains. Within 20 minutes drive you are at one of the many thermal baths. The beds could be better and were not too comfortable, but still okay.

Exceptional

The area is nice, the location is perfect. The building looks good and traditional from outside. There is a parking place you can use. The bed was comfortable. There is not even an advertising table to make easier to find the hotel. You have to run circles while you find out if you are on the place. The neighborhood plot is a ruined building, just crashed. The rooms are very old, all equipments are cheap and very overused. Its not a good quality-price ratio.

The location was in the center of everithink. The staff was very helpfull The room was big. Good breakfast Some of the bed mattresses were rather old and the bed mattress springs were sticking out and disturbing my sleep.

The breakfast and location were fantastic. Short walk to some trails as well as the spa, shops, Main Street etc. The pillows and Mattress were uncomfortable and the shower head could do with a higher “holder” but this latter is a minor point. Perhaps they can just put a mattress topper and have better pillows and I would give it a 10/10 for value and location!

Good and nice place, near centre, but quiet. Helpful stuff, good breakfast. Bed was too soft. And would be nice to get breakfast little bit earlier. When you go to mountains before 7, breafast from 8 bit too late....
