Great location, superb service, good breakfast. The rooms are really nice, great beds and bedding, nice curtains to keep away the light. Super comfy to sleep. The staff at the bar on Saturday night seemed overwhelmed, there was a long line. The boy who served looked young and lacked experience. The carpets in the corridors could be cleaned more often. I would appreciate thinking about small necessities, so providing toothpaste, for example. I am a bit surprised by the trend to charge you extra for parking when you already pay 1000 zl per night. But that seems to be a trend around Zakopane.

Only the location was good near the center I had very high expectations from Radisson Blu Zakopane, especially given the price of around €500 per night, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. • On arrival, there was no bellboy to assist with luggage, which is unacceptable for a 4–5 star hotel. When I asked about help, the employee told me I have to carry it myself. • The room assigned to us was located in a completely different building far from the reception, and no staff accompanied or directed us there. It took us nearly 15 minutes of walking and asking other guests just to find our room. • The extra bed provided was dirty and dusty, clearly not prepared for guests. • The paid parking was full, and to make matters worse, the car parked next to mine scratched my rental vehicle. • Finally, the bathroom sink was blocked (I have photos for proof). Overall, for the price paid, the service and facilities were far below expectations. Radisson Blu is a well-known brand, but in this case, the standards were not met at all.

Nor really 5 stars hotel, the cleaning of rooms and lobby can be better, the lunch wasn’t so good better to get lunch in restaurant’s near the hotel.

Every thing was perfect, it was 15 min away (walking) from the main train station and same distance from the center

Nice and spacious room, great breakfast. Gym was average size but empty so no issues with equipment access. Close to Aquapark and city center.
