Excellent location, immaculately clean. Fridge and kitchen area was a bonus. Pillow options would have been great. The large square pillow was good for sitting and leaning on but not great for sleeping on .

The room was exceptional. Very big, very clean, great facilities. The staff were excellent. We had to leave very early and they sorted breakfast for us an hour before it would usually start. Great location on a quiet street but just at the bottom is the main street through Zakopane. Nothing at all.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! So incredibly clean and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were very comfortable and breakfast lovely. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the Main Street. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

EN: Good location close to the city centre. Breakfast was quite basic and not varied. In 6 days of our stay there were sausages every day but eggs only once. We asked for eggs for our daughter and were told to wait as they have different things every day. No lift or help with luggage so keep that in mind if you have little kids or suitcases. Rooms were quite cold especially at night. Very small balconies. My kids couldn’t even stand properly outside as balcony was so tiny.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a delicious breakfast. The room was spacious, and the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Krupowki Street. Additionally, the hosts kindly provided a packed breakfast for our early checkout.
