Bed was very comfortable but small Room was small and construction taking place

Clean and good quiet location No English speaking tv channels . Room had no open window or door for ventilation

beautiful hotel - with view of the mountains - big room with balcony and a few min walk to town centre

Location of the hotel I was dissatisfied with the behavior of the male receptionist; however, the female staff member was more professional. Additionally, no one assisted us with taking our luggage to the room.

Absolutely loved this hotel! We had a big balcony with a nice view on the mountain. Room was big and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Room had AC inside and free wifi. Breakfast buffet was exceptional with so much food to choose from! Hotel staff is very nice!. We'll definitely stay there again next time.

Location close by to walking street, restaurant on the premises, rooms are spacious and all you need is there, breakfast very assorted and coffee available, also hot meals on demand. Parking private . Parking is a little bit to expensive!

Close to everywhere It looks like the food is just much you know how to say like it’s less and less. The first day was a little bit more than second morning was just felt like half what was previous year

My room was very good location was very good And breakfast was very good We where two rooms by two And one room single the single one was like a store room when she went to complain the one at the recaption told her that she booked the economy .i.Its a 4 star hotel you do not expect you find bed not good phone not working, water hot only ect

Overall, the hotel rooms are nice, and it is well located for a short trip in Zakopane. In the room, the shower is not good as the bottom of it is at the same level as the rest of the bathroom, so water flow easily all over the bathroom floor. At arrival time, the employee was very nice, but in the morning the employee was a real shame. Worse service and attitude to customer that you could have. First, he does not know anything, not even basic things like ski stations that are near by in the city area... Second, I had to do a video call meeting urgently in the morning for business reason, The guy was really bad, telling me that i can only seat in the waiting chair between the entrance and in the middle of the kid playground. I asked if I could seat in one of the table of the breakfast, restaurant area that was empty to do my call but be a little bit on the side. The other employee told me no because they need to "clean it". And cleaning was like spend 10s once per table with a vaccum cleaner. As it is a large area, a normal customer friendly hotel would have said "no problem" as it would obviously not have disturbed that. Then, it was like 1pm, we just needed 20 minutes to have a fast round trip at the ski shop at the corner, like 50 meters before leaving. But the guy told us that we have to leave "right now" the parking spot that we paid a very expensive price for our stay. We said that we will do very fast, just like 20/25min maximum. He was very rude, like "how come the customer dare to stay longer than the time that they did the checkout...". I will not say bad words here, but he clearly desserve a lot of it! It is not like that the parking was full and a new customer could have arrived at anytime and being blocked. There was more than dozen available parking spots, and it was still the case 1 hour later when we passed in front of the hotel again.

The location is close to the midtown The service was so bad, we asked the staff for water and coffee cups the first night, they didnt bring us and barely responded! The housekeeper didnt clean the room the day after, they left all the dirty cups we used in the hotel and didnt bring us even new towels and water! We had to ask the reception for these stuff again the day after and he was barely responding and didnt treat us well.. Very bad experience !! Very disappointed from this hotel and the bas service there!
