Zakopane is beautiful and the owner of this hotel was amazing. He was so helpful and even made an early breakfast for us one day when we had to depart before regular breakfast hours. Breakfast every day was awesome and local cuisine. Our room was clean and larger than most with a nice view of the Tatras. We had a sink and a little fridge for our drinks a table and a little sofa. It was very much chalet style with tons of natural light. Quiet and away from the crowds. This was a small chalet, so there was no elevator. We had to carry our bags up to the 4th floor, just take this into consideration when booking your room. Also, there are no curtains and it gets light around 4:45, bring a sleeping mask. Lastly, our top room had a couple of low ceiling sections, like over the bed and sofa. Watch your head if you are tall.

The location of the place is good. There is a parking lot in front of the house and it is free for the use of the guests. Wonderful breakfast! The staff were welcoming and very nice. The beds were comfortable and there are closets for your stuff. The heating is great. Good pressure in the shower and the toiletries are of good quality. The kitchen is well equipped with stove and small refrigerator. Shared microwave, coffee and sugar are outside the apartment, on the same floor. There is a shared playroom with games for small kids and a lobby with sofas for the use of the guests. If you need to check in late, you can do a self check-in. Overall a great apartment for family! There are 3 floors in the house and there is no elevator. Carrying 20 kg suitcases to the third floor was a bit difficult. We advise not to use the spa. It doesn't worth it (160 zl/hour for private use). Although it looks very nice, the sauna is not heated enough, the jacuzzi has too much of chlorine - we couldn't use it and it irritated our eyes because the level of chlorine was too high. The shower doesn't have a pressure at all and the restroom of the spa is ice cold. Bottom line - we could only use the sauna. But! You get bathrobes. Even for kids (kid size). No slippers.

Everything is modern and convenient, a short walk to "Krupowki" the tourist must see place. Highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay in Zakopane. They do not state this in their description, but you can arrive later than their check-in time. The owner leaves you with enter code and details at the reception. You fill it out, everything. The rooms are new and refurbished, the WC place is also new, everything is tidy, and it looks great. The site is near the Termny SPA and mountains. Amazing spot. There are limited spaces for parking, but you should probably find the space for it.

The location is perfect, close to the Tatra Mountains and train station, making it easy to explore the area. Stuff is friendly. Sauna was 60C and most of the time we were waiting for it to warm up at least to 80C. Jacuzzi was great though. It was a lovely stay in general.

The hotel is close to the center, nice room, and the breakfast was very tasty, big variation of the food, good quality. The owner is very helpful and kind The room was very small and the bed too and not too comforable mattress. The cofee mashine is not a super one, the wifi is not stabil in the room, and you have to pay for the parking which is not a good feeling after you payed a big amount for the small room.

Perfect location, typical rustic style of the house and the host was very friendly and helpful. Perfectly walkable to the start of the hiking trails and the center. Also nice sauna and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi could have been cleaner.

We stayed in two bedroom unit and the room space was a very precious part to have. Two bedrooms but only two chairs in the whole unit makes it difficult to sit while talking.
