comfortable, clean and nice room. Opposite bus stop which is very convenient. none
-
heater didn't work properly, we faced late entry difficulties, no clear instructions for self entry.

The ease of access to the room and checking in was great. The balcony looked at another guest apartman building which was okay, but could not catch much of the beautful views of the mountans, but hey, for the price I paid it was good enough!

Good and quiet stay

Quiet and peaceful place in the heart of the city, very friendly staff. Not far from the entrance to the national park. I liked it very much. There was a quite small room. While this is enough for a solo traveler, and it was just right for me, it may not be enough space for a couple.

The reception is not clear where, we were with a child and could hardly find a reception on the other street to register. Yana the receptionist was a very unfriendly woman who made us wait very long. Snow fell indirectly from the roof onto the cars and could fall on a person’s head, very dangerously.

The water was Luke warm. Could not take a proper shower and with freezing temperatures outside that was unacceptable. Needed a code to enter the rooms and no staff on premises. We called them and said that we had to go to reception which was a 30m walkto and from the reception to check in and get the codes.

Room is big and bright. Bed was comfortable. Everything was prepared. Breakfest was also nice -Towels weren't changed -drain in the shower worked badly, bathroom flooded -no shampoo or shower gel. only two tiny pieces of soap for the whole stay -no cleaning during stay

Location good. Breakfast very average. Wifi reliable.

Location from the mountain trails (Nosal, Kuźnice, Hala Gasienicowa) is excellent, you can reach all by foot. The room was spacey with two sleeping areas and nice cute kitchen. Although there is no reception the check in at Hyrny hotel and code use was flawless. They even said that we can use swimming pool but we didn’t check it. Breakfast is excellent, full of local delicacies and scrambled eggs is awesome! There was fire alarm few times during our stay and it was just by mistake (reason not clarified). So it was stressful, this needs to be solved. The building (especially from outside) needs still some renovation, eg balconies. In the room, although very nicely renovated and comfortable there were few annoying things like: water going down very slow in bathroom (both shower and sink), no cover on the roof window above coach (so if you sleep there you wake up early), the airco although works (which is good!) doesn’t spread air to the coach area. The tv could be around coach and not in bedroom. But those things can be fixed and overall it was very nice stay! I also recommend Karczma przy Młynie nearby for dinner

I liked how clean the room was, shower was nice, and obviously location because it was couple minutes walk of the very centre. Price was very good compared to location and room.. It is a room...But... And there are many buts.... Toilet is like for Hobbits .. if you are over 180cm you have no chance to have a piss while standing up... And even if you sit down its just uncomfortable after minute... Its like for kids... Sink in bathroom is nice but just unpractical. Wide but too narrow.. battery doesn't move to the sides so it's just ridiculous to wash your face without making a flood in the whole bathroom. And no bin .. not just in the washroom but in the whole room... ridiculous. So if your girlfriend having a period she need to dispose her used pads somewhere across the street I guess. And having any kind of trash pile up somewhere...To continue there are no coat hangers, no any other basic things.. just a room with a bed, wardrobe ( no hangers ), washroom ( nice but no practicality ), balcony ( with that I need to say that windows and balcony doors had shades very bad and didn't close all the way ), TV witch been actually quite good and that's it.....

I liked the location. The fact that upon arrival, we had to go to different hotel for check in, it was late at night, then come back to villa. There was no one to talk to at Villa. We have learnt at last minute that breakfast will have to be served at different hotel! There was no regular housekeeping, I needed to request empting the bin and fresh towels. Facillities were not up to standard at the highest possible price. Guests were not informed about ongoing refurbishment, drilling at 7 am, constant noice in the morning.

No info how far the registration is, breakfast NOT on site but 500m away, no window covers except curtains, you sit with artificial light or expose for the world to see, parking was also not provided on site but 700m away, the toiletries meant tiny soap, towels were clean but have not seen white in years, no hairdryer, no no phone and no handicap access, I could go on and on. INFORMATION !!!, I would never book this hotel if the information was truthful
