Everything was perfect, the staff was suuuper friendly, the spa was clean and the room cozy and clean!! Location is also amazing as it is calm but still close to everything! Would definitely stay here again :)

Beautiful hotel with clean rooms, a mini-fridge, and great WiFi. The absolute highlight was the spa and salt cave. Delicious breakfast buffet and extremely friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Loved the spa downstairs, breakfast was really good with a lot of variety, staff helpful, parking easy. Billards offered which would have been fun if we had more time. Store across street and bus to ski resort and hiking area. Carpets in room were worn with lots of stains, but room still felt clean. Rooms a bit smaller than expected compared to other places in Poland

Wonderful place, clean room and beds, good size of bathroom. Spa after long cold walking day was perfect to relax in the sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast is top ?. Center about 15 min through the Main Street Krupowki. Very friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed staying in this property. One thing it’s limited time for spa and need to make a booking. You can hear a bit noisy from outside ( cars ) .

Helpful staff

Very close to the main part of town, about a 10 min or less walk. The spa facilities were very nice to use after a long day of walking/hiking and the breakfast selection was excellent. Also loved the professional coffee machine which made an excellent cup of coffee to start your day! Finding a parking spot can sometimes be tough in the evenings but still manageable.

Good central location, staffs were great and very helpful. Early breakfast with many choices was convenient to started the day. Room was clean, and fresh, comfortable and quiet. Definitely stay here again. Very nice spa to used after long day especially from hiking. Convenient bus stop across the street. Shortcuts walks to the park to train station. My room was on the top floor where the roof located. Hit my head a few times because of the design, I was used to high ceiling but not an issue after turning the chair around.

The one thing: as a tall person, I could barely stand up in the room (4th floor).

The room, the spa and the breakfast...everything in this hotel was just right for me: not too posh, but way above my expectation. There's also a supermarket nearby, and the staffs were exceptional. Each time I came back to the hotel, I felt like I was coming back home. This was the only hotel I stayed at in Zakopane, so I can't compare it to others in the area. However, I found it exceptional and would likely choose to stay here again on my next visit. I had to leave this wonderful hotel after checkout...!!

The staff is really nice Specially the receptionist at night's, he helped me a lot and was very kind. The place is nice and quiet, close to the mountain.

Liked the breakfast very much! Villa is very close to the main street of Zakopane, 7-10 mins by foot The price was quite high for the small room, but Xmas probably was the reason of it
