Willa Mak Residence - sauna, centrum

- Great location - No space in garage means you have to find street parking, parking is paid - Hotel was full and there was no space to sit during breakfast - Sauna was equally jam packed - Coffee machine was bad - No elevator

The property was very clean, had spacious, comfortable rooms and was conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shops and hikes. The staff were very helpful and kind. We really like the apartment style accommodations with room enough to spread out. The Willa was nicely decorated in highland style with historical pictures from the area. We did use the sauna which required a reservations and could accommodate up to 6 people. Overall, it was a great satay and I feel confident recommending without any hesitations Rooms were a bit warm but could easily be fixed by opening a window. we were there during a national holiday so there was a bit of night noise but only when the window was open. It was not bad and this wouldn't not be something that would impact my decision to stay. It is a truly lovely place.

Amazing hotel close to the city center, luxurious looking, very stylish, clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds, i slept like a baby. The stuff was very polite, easy and fast communication. Quiet area. Everything was perfect, thank you!

The receptionist was super kind and helpful

The apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay. Location was great, close to Krupowki street, within walking distance. Loads of shops/restaurants around. Great that it has underground parking, but you do need to pay for it separately. Breakfast was decent for what we needed, but quite pricey for what you get. The TV's definitely need to be updated as we constantly had issues with some license issues when attempting to open any of the apps like Netflix, Disney+, etc. The bathroom kept flooding every time we showered, but I had read this in previous reviews, so I knew of this before arriving.

The accommodations were very nice and comfy. The boutique like feel was a perk. The sauna/ steam room/ relaxation area was exactly what I needed after long days of skiing. The gentleman at the front desk (I forgot his name) was SO nice and accommodating!! The shower flooded the whole bathroom, but once we let the front desk staff know, they had the cleaning crew fix it for the remainder of the stay. The beds were too hard for our liking and only 1 pillow per person, but that's just a personal thoughts.

The room I booked was a bit small. I wish it was larger with more head space

Very clean, modern facility, Max at the front desk was fantastic. There is really nothing to dislike about the place. It’s very well put together.

Pillows are not so comfortable

The accommodation is beautiful. Apartment is spacious, clean, very comfortable and furnished tastefully. View from the balcony is very nice. There is a coffee machine and refillable water available at the reception, room had fridge, watter kettle, instant coffee and tea. The location is very convenient, its located off main street but still quiet. There is parking available on the street or in the garage. Several food options are available within 5 min walking distance. The only downside was, that soundproofing between the rooms is very poor. We were unlucky to get next door “neighbors” that were extremly loud and woke us up at 6am two days in the room by screaming, stomping and moving the chairs around.

Exceptional

The external style of the building was exceptional which also followed the interior style they had thought of every little detail..they went above and beyond to make it absolutely spotlessly clean the staff were amazing…the hotel was well positioned not too far from the main town all within walking distance we would definitely stay here again if we visited again.. Nothing

Superb

The property was very clean, the workmanship of the hotel was top notch. My card key wasn’t activated properly, and I had to call management to get a digital key. The manager was very patient and helpful, but it installed the worry that my key wouldn’t work, which stifled my freedom in coming back late.

Close to main street for food and transport. Staff especially Max were all so helpful. Coffee 24/7 and breakfast was great. Room was lovely and outside terrace decor was beautiful N/A
