Located on the south-western slope of the Antałówka Hill, 10 minutes’ walk from the center of Zakopane, Kompleks Antałówka Termy & Med offers free Wi-Fi in public areas. The direct access to the great Termal Baths, which are very impressive! You can walk from your room with a swimming suit directly and free of charge, we finished every day in the baths. The stuff was very nice and. Happy to help with anything. The standard rooms are old and outdated. But very clean though. The bed is too soft, towels are very old and dry, water pressure is very low, there is also an issue with the hot water system, it doesn’t mix the hot and cold water but provides millisecond of cold water and millisecond of very hot water. It is very uncomfortable! Please take the new studio rooms, that might be better. Breakfast is very basic and minimalist, the service is very good and the place is very clean and decorated.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The water park was absolutely amazing, offering endless fun with its exciting slides and refreshing pools. A fantastic experience overall! There was very little variety of gluten-free options for breakfast, despite our request in advance. However, the staff made a genuine effort to help by finding alternative options, which we truly appreciated.

The hotel is very good, breakfast has good food options, the hot springs are great too. Nothing to complain about, we would definitely stay at the same place again.

The mattresses was too soft (worn out?) that the middle went down to shape a cauldron. Uncomfortable to sleep and back pain secured for every morning because of this. The power sockets were hidden (behind furniture, desk, etc), inaccessible. Only one was accessible in the middle of the room. I'd expect at least one, close to each bed.

The renovated rooms are very nice, big and comfortable. The part of the hotel with direct connection to Spa is much better and comfortable choice. Locaiton near city centre. Good breakfast, nice personal. The not renovated rooms are in need for renovation - insufficient and dangerous wall sockets, too much light through the windows, not that comfortable beds. The part of the hotel not directly connected to Spa and Reception is in disadvantage - very unpractical to go to breakfast and spa through the outside area all the time.
