Everything exceptional, just little bit far from the Main Street, the cleaning wasn’t every day and wasn’t fantastic, only 2 lifts for the large hotel, dinners are not with big choice.

Exelent brekfast woth very big variaty, frrsh and tasty for kids and adults. The pools with hot water , in door and outdoor. Rooms were not clean evry day, even when we asked spesifecly.

There is no daily non limit ticket to Termy. Entrance per hour was too expensive

Excellent location, service, rooms. Exceptional list of choices at breakfast. Restaurant offer quality food. And with added access to water park, probably the best place to stay at.

!5 minutes walk to Krupowki. Decent breakfast. Convenient parking. But our stay was ruined from the beginning by a rude clerk. Staff was rude and confrontational, except for one man who was helpful and a manager who intervened with checking in. They seem not to understand what you are saying or asking. People in this facility , both hotel and Aqua Park, in general are not friendly. Nobody explains the thermal bath rules , one hour paid for doesn't cover everything and there is an additional charge for using sauna or going to the pool.

The room we got at the beginning didn't match the picture of the room on Booking. When we asked - they couldn't change it, and replace the room just a night later I wouldn't pay this again

I really liked the location, the nearby Termy Zakopiańskie, the staff, and the food — expensive but delicious! There are a lot of stains of different colors and shapes all over the carpet in the room. It’s upsetting, especially when you’re paying over 800+ zł per night.

Amazing breakfast, rich and fresh, everything you can imagine. Games rooms for kids are awesome (big advantage), parking is convenient (costs extra), the staff is very nice, quick and useful. Location is very close to everything, we had a great stay, awesome value for.money The water park deal is definitely not attractive (basically the highest offer), and I'd prefer better shower products (only shampoo and soap in one). Also, it would be nice to improve the coffee counter in the room, or at least to suggest a free one for the hotel, but other than that, amazing hotel.

Integration of the aqua park in the building. Breakfast is extraordinary and everything very clean. The tap water is not drinkable and the Aquapark access is sadly not part of the room prices anymore.

Fabulous breakfast, ladies at omelette/egg station cooked wonderful food. Everything you can imagine for breakfast was at this hotel and always stocked up Amazing room and complimentary upgrade. The most beautiful bedroom and super bathroom .. Well stocked mini bar .. A little too much of a walk from town centre at night time but having said that…. A fabulous 5 mins from train station which cancels need for taxis so I suppose it’s location could be a plus, not a minus I most definitely would stay here again
