- Cleanness - Wide bathroom - Breakfast is OK - No way to turn the heating on (It is managed by land lords of the hotel, at least in my room). - With zero acoustic insulation between the rooms, a simple conversation with laughing at 10:15 PM prompted noise complaints from guests staying two doors down." - Cold water at showers never worked! - Bring your own shower-gel beforehand. - TVs are not the same across rooms, we rented 3 rooms, and every room has a different TV size. - Don't expect the staff to speak english fluently. - Beds and pillows are not really comfy

It is something like an old dormitory. Not bad but be aware of what you are booking. No amenities, no hair dryer.

Perfect location. Near the station. Near the store. Clean room. Good wi-fi. Very good breakfast and coffee.Walking on mountain trails will keep you energized all day. A very good base to stay for a few days. Bed mattresses need to be replaced. The springs poke in the sides.

The location of property is perfect: close to main station, grocery stores and to Zakopane terms. It was very clean in the room. Overall, our stay was pleasant and I would recommend this hotel to those who travel with the public transport. There is no room service and no one changed towels and cleaned the room the next day. The breakfast was fine but I’d like to add more warm stuff, like omelette, porridge etc.

Close to the city centre. The location is wonderful. If you arrive by train or bus, you can easily walk to the accommodation. Just so you’re aware, there is no elevator. The breakfast is below average, no fruits or juices. I stayed for three night and there was no change in the menu. Also if you go in the summer, no ac. You gotta keep the windows open and deal with a few bugs.
