Absolutely nothing except the breakfast. The room was weird.There was no WiFi, stains on the floor , bed sheets and pillows were ripped, bathroom light didn’t work , bed was too soft and was very hard to sleep on. Unfortunately we lost the key (it is very small and they only gave us one) and they charged us 250 zł and they had to change the lock (completely a scam). I was in so many hotels and this was the weirdest and scamming hotel ever.

The room was perfect as i requested with balcony. Breakfast was delicious and very nice decoration. The location is very close to train or bus station around 5 minutes by walk and around 15 minutes to the center.

Very quiet and peaceful, with tasteful rooms and decor throughout. Breakfast was a beautiful spread, very nice! We wish we could have stayed longer. Staff were very helpful with any questions. Check-in was a bit confusing for us, but details were ironed out with one phone call from Willa Bór Staff.

We spent a couple of days here, everything was perfect. For breakfast it was a big variety of food, we had the chance to taste everything, they changed the empty/half empty dishes frequently. We also had the chance to see Zakopane in snow, the hotel was even more beautiful from the outside! We highly recommend, as it is near the center and also the bus and train stations. The room was a bit cold for us, but the staff was so kind to lift up the temperature in our room, and we also got a heater.

Very nice and cosy villa close to the pedestrian street, it took 10-15 minutes even walking in the snow. The room was nice and clean, breakfast was also perfect. Parking was free and there was parking place. Nothing to complain about.

I liked that you can get to the property on foot from the train station, it's like 15 min at most. Breakfast room is furnished nicely. Overall atmosphere is cozy. There were issues with heating but they were resolved quickly. Pillow was terrible, very thin, I had to fold it in two to make it a little bit more comfortable. Also, in the shower there was no shelf whatsoever to put soap, shampoo or anything else.

Everything was fine. The whole villa is beautiful, the staff is nice. I give everything a 10/10 rating. The only thing missing was the kitchen and/or there is no microwave oven, which would have been important because of the children, but we solved it, so in the end I didn't miss it that much either :).
