Super 8 by Wyndham Williams West Route 66/Grand Canyon Area

When I booked the room, I didn't know it was in such a bad area. We had a very expensive classic car with us and didn't feel comfortable staying there. Also, the exterior painting was terrible. I booked a room at another hotel and felt much safer.

Pool/Spa not Available. I selected this because it Said Breakfast was Included. The apple and orange juice was heavily watered down. Nothing else to Grab and Go with except a cup of Coffee.

Unlike some of the rooms, this one had a small desk. Fairly spacious. Advertised free breakfast but couldn't find it. Bathroom fan very noisy, sounded like a banshee. Showered in the dark, not wanting to wake the neighbors. But if the light had been on, I would have seen the crappy paint job. Have you heard of masking tape?

Location Bed had springs sticking out of them, website state breakfast they did NOT offer breakfast, and had to pay for ice.

The staff was kind of nice the one time we saw them. The location was ok. The room was dirty and cramped. The parking was almost impossible on the back of the building where they put us. The curtains didn't cover the window. And you had to hold the toilet handle down to get it to flush

The room was clean, and the location is convenient with many places nearby. My check-in and check-out experience at the front desk was great. However, I had a disappointing experience with an older staff, I don't know if he is the security guard or a hotel helper, he is Indian man. The way he approached and spoke to me very rude and unprofessional. I hope the management can improve customer service and ensure guest are treated respectfully.

The facilities were old and not maintained. There was no breakfast, as stated. Food that was supplied consisted of coffee and juice

Finally got to the hotel and the room was filthy. Dirt all over the floor,hair on sheet and weird stains on the bed. Walls were patched up.The manager said there was no maid in today. Sent us to another room same story. Don't stay here !

Not a well kept place

Yes, the door chain was broken, as was the door to the adjoining room, there were chunks of tile missing out of the floor. The pool was empty and had shopping carts in it. Also nately any water pressure in the shower

I liked the bed and the heater. Staff was friendly. Everything was old and the door and window were messed up. Promised breakfast and only received coffee and juice.

The room was okay, bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The key card for the door did not work several times and I had to make several trips to the office for help. The TV did not work, and they had to come to the room to fix it. I must say though, my disappointment with this hotel was my fault. I thought I was booking a different hotel. The lady in the office did try to make things right. I was tired and frustrated for making this mistake on my part.

It’s a good location. Right on Route 66. The room was very small and the walls were thin. It’s an old property.

The Mini refrigerator didn't keep food.cold..was only a half roll of toilet paper when I checked in.the bed wasn't that comfy.. had a stain on the cover..but it was a good decent stay..
