The Ellsworth Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Room was clean and comfortable, except for the couch, which was way too hard.

Good and decent hotel if you are around Grand Canyon area.

Suite was clean & the staff was awesome. Location of the hotel was perfect. Close to downtown, grocery store across the street & a great place to eat & have drinks right next door. Will stay here again in the very near future.

Loved our 2 night stay here. Very friendly and attentive host. Room was spacious , clean, modern and comfortable. There is no restaurant but there are vending machines and a coffee station in the lobby. The bar is also in the lobby and open until 2am. Not sure if anyone was there until 2am, way past our bedtime now, but it caused us no issues. They also have a pool table. An ice machine was also on our floor and a laundry for guest use on the ground floor. If you have a special occasion whilst there, they will happily arrange flowers, balloons etc for you. We also found all the different entrances/exits very useful, depending on which way you were headed. The hotel is across the street from Safeway which was very handy. The hotel is situated at the west end of the main route 66 and within walking distance to all that Williams has to offer. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are ever in Williams again. Not a complaint as such but the power shower is exactly that. Very powerful. My husband loved it, but the pressure was too high for me.

The property was recently renovated & it is beautiful! Linh at the front desk couldn't be any nicer! The staff that cleaned the rooms were outstanding! It was very enjoyable & we’ll definitely be back! Walkable to anywhere yown town

The rooms were clean, well equipped, refrigerator, microwave, Iron board, iron and curling iron.

Very clean, nice room, and amenities. It’s far from the main town, but right across from a grocery store, so that was good. No pool.

It was amazing place to stay centrally located. Rooms were very clean and Linh up at the front desk was amazing.

It was very nice and quiet The shower head barely worked and water pressure was pretty bad.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking was good and the location is great. I was disappointed that at the price for one night there was no complementary breakfast included. Check in was a bit awkward/slow but found out later that the employee is still new.

Location. Beds and pillows. Bar in lobby…but more comfortable seating…lighting. No pool table needed. Communication ….lack of…got zero messaging from staff on power outage from 11-2. No ac, no lighting, no notice.

We had a great stay at Ellsworth. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location is extremely convenient, especially if you want to explore downtown Williams. There is also plenty of parking available, which made our stay even easier. The only issue we encountered was that the TV was not working properly complicated to operate. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is perfectly located in Williams along Route 66. The complimentary parking is great with lots of spaces available. The room was very large, comfortable and extremely clean. I only spent 12 hours in the hotel on my way to Las Vegas, so I can't really say anything negative about it. The only slight complaint is that they are not equipped to serve any kind of food, as they only have a small bar on site. Just something to keep in mind.

Disappointing

Location, this is in the mainstreet of a small town route 66 themed village, and it's awesome! Clean and spacious rooms, lots of dining options around and cool shops in the mainstreet to keep you busy when traveling through the area.

I would never ever stay here again. The power went off for three hours, the water smelled like sewage, the carbon monoxide detector went off around 11 pm in my daddy’s room and they had to move. Then this morning when I woke up at 555- the elevators weren’t even working. Poor communication. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at
